For guests staying longer than 2 days, there should be more towels since most people are used to towel changes at least every 2 days. The same should apply for the guest packages. More dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and coffee. Especially when there are more than 2 people staying for a longer stay. Just my opinion.

• VladimirDeliu (7/5): - quite spacious place, cool design overall and the kitchen had most of what one needs for making breakfast the noise inbetween the rooms and in the whole building kind of messed up our trip. we went with a 1.5year old and the noise was insane. even though there are two bathrooms we woke him up a few times from the other room. i recommend it for couples as it's chick and downtown but not for families

• Oksana (8/5): Good stay - Nice flat with a modern design in around 20 mins walk to the city center. The living room is separated from the bedroom with a door. It was not visible on the photos, but it’s there. There are 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was very well equipped. The storage lockers were available free of charge after you checked out. The street can be a bit noisy because of the road. We were there for 4 days and got only one tablet for the washing machine and were not supplied with more under the request. It’s not logical. It would be also nice just to have a jar of salt and maybe a roll of dry wipes.

• Filip (10/5): Totally recommend for everyone! - The apartment is just perfect. Starting with entrance, even it is in old building, it is also shiny clean and easily accessible. You will be provided by entry code for both doors , the main entrance and apartment door with easy to follow instructions. We have asked for early check in and our host Sandra was more than willing to accomplish that for us. Inside, the apartment is completely renovated with modern appliances and furniture, even with a touch of luxury but still in some old and traditional Spanish style. Everything was sufficiently clean and functional. Both the bed and the sofa were comfortable. Towels and lining was with freshly washed scent. Two bathrooms are spacious and equipped with all basic necessities. Also there are washing and laundry machines and detergent capsules for both of them. There is even walk in closet… The building is situated in a quiet street, but just around the corner there are big markets, restaurants, children playgrounds, bus stops and other conveniences… You have to walk 20-25 minutes to reach the city center and old town but even the walk is pleasurable and you can use it to have a cheaper and quiet meal than in a city center which is crowded.

• NICOLE (10/5): Bello e comodo! - Appartamento nuovo e moto pulito. Avere due bagni a disposizione e' sicuramente un plus, soprattutto se si è in 3 donne: 3 lavandini , 2 docce e 2 phon . Letto molto comodo , anche il divano letto. Noi non abbiamo cucinato ma la cucina è dotata di tutto e c'è anche la lavatrice è una cabina armadio molto spaziosa. Ci ritornerei ! Gli asciugamani sono pochi, consiglierei di aggiungerne almeno uno a testa ! Lo staff dopo le 7 di sera e fino alle 10 di mattina non risponde e se si ha bisogno di qualcosa non si può contattare nessuno. Noi siamo arrivati la sera e abbiamo trovato il divano- letto ancora da preparare e abbiamo dovuto cercare le lenzuola in tutto l'appartamento! Nel caso succedesse, si trovano negli scatolini di tessuto , tipo Ikea, nella cabina armadio😉! La posizione è un pochino decentrata rispetto alla città vecchia ma con una passeggiata di 15/20 minuti si arriva al centro oppure in Plaça d'Espagna dove si può prendere la metro!

L'immeuble dispose de casiers pour les bagages, ce qui est très pratique lorsqu'on arrive le matin. La communication avec les hôtes, notamment Sandra, a été très fluide et satisfaisante. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

• Jean-Marion (5/5): Very unclear and stressful booking process - Very elegant apartment in quiet street. Poor communications with hosts. I received a message saying that my card was invalid and that I needed to update it on booking.com and click on a link to pay in advance. This sounded like exactly the sort of scam that booking.com warn about and so after checking that my card was active and had money, I told them and booking.com I would not pay via the link and tried to cancel. I received more and more unpleasant messages reminding me to pay via the link. By this time I was travelling and was using insecure wifi which made me more reluctant to use the link. When I managed to get secure wifi the server kept dropping so the payment did not go through, It was all very stressful. After multiple communications it became clear that they only take payment through their link and not via booking.com: if they had clarified this at the start and not said my card was invalid, I would not have been so suspicous and a lot of stress would have been avoided.

• Asya (10/5): Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again! - We had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and filled with natural light, which made it feel especially welcoming and comfortable. Having two bathrooms was such a pleasant surprise and made our stay even more convenient. We also really loved the large walk-in closet and the beautiful lighting throughout the space. Communication with the staff was easy and smooth from start to finish. The location is great as well. Сonvenient and within walking distance of the city center. The only small downside was that one evening there was a rather strong sewage smell. We hope it was just an isolated incident.
• Κατερίνα Ζ. (9/5): - Το κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικό, καθαρό και άνετο, σε καλή τοποθεσία, 20 λεπτά περπάτημα από το κέντρο, κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ, φούρνο, κλπ. Ήταν πολύ εξοπλισμένο και είχαμε ο,τι χρειαζόμασταν για τις μέρες που μείναμε. Η επικοινωνία μας με το κατάλυμα για πληροφορίες και βοήθεια ήταν αρκετά γρήγορη. Στο ισόγειο υπήρχαν ντουλάπια για τα πράγματα μας για πριν το check-in και μετά το check-out.
• Popa (9/5): Great experience, and i do reccomend the place! - Great location (15 minutes walk to the old city center), nice quiet street with Mercadona literally round the corner. The apartment is well equiped and the host provides you with complementary pods for disher and washing machine wich was very handy for me. They were also very kind and alowed us to check in earlyer ( me and my 8 year old son). Communicatios with the hosts was great via booking message box so thank you again Marta and Lina!
• Moca (9/5): Siamo stati a Valencia per trovare degli amici e sono stati loro a trovare l'appartamento. - Avendo marito e figlia entrambi architetti hanno gradito molto il lavoro di restauro fatto nell'appartamento: rispettoso del pssato e innovativo per tutto ciò che è necessario per un soggiorno moderno. Le stanze sono ariose e molto luminose, ma nella notte si riesce ad avere il buio adatto al riposo. Nelle vicinanze ci sono tanti negozi, bar e qualsiasi cosa si abbia bisogno. Inoltre abbiamo trovato geniale anche il locker per depositare i bagagli. Il bagno più piccolo ha un cattivo odore, ma penso non sia colpa dei proprietari, ma perchè si tratta di un vecchio fabbricato. Ma chiusa la porta del bagno, l'odore non esce fuori. Personalmente avrei gradito un asciugamano più grande in dotazione per ognuno di noi: ma mi rendo conto che è una cosa che per me è importante, ma per altri no.

Gleichzeitig hat man den alten Flair behalten, was sehr schön war. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, das ist sehr bequem. Zugang zur Wohnung war digital, hat gut funktioniert. Die Wände sind ein wenig hellhörig. Gut dass man keine lauten Nachbarn hatte)). In einem Badezimmer war die Dusche verstopft. Bei dem anderen lief Wasser einmischen aus. Salz und Pfeffer war nur sehr wenig, in einem kleinen Tütchen. Das ist für 3 Personen für mehrere Tage windig zu wenig. Aber das ist weniger Kritik als eine Empfehlung
• icaroh (9/5): Fenomenal - El apartamento tiene de todo para pasar unos días tranquilamente. Sandra nos proporcionó toda la información necesaria para acceder cómodamente. Está cerca de la estación, que es lo que buscábamos y adicionalmente hay un Mercadona al lado, una pizzería y varios bares, por lo que la ubicación es estupenda. Por poner una pega, el pago no se realizaba automáticamente a través de booking, que creo que es más cómodo sobre todo si te lo van a cargar antes de llegar.

Praticamente tutto perfetto, sarebbe un plus trovare delle acqua in frigorifero per chi fa check in tardi la sera. Da segnalare divano letto scomodo ma per 3 giorni ci si adatta

• Mandy (8/5): Heel fijn verblijf hier gehad! - Het is een heel fijn, net en modern appartement met twee badkamers. Een goed ruim bed met stevig matras in de slaapkamer. De keuken is goed uitgerust, van alle gemakken voorzien (hoewel we in het begin de kopjes en glazen niet konden vinden vanwege een "blinde" kastdeur :) ) Het matras van de slaapbank in de woonkamer was helaas te dun en doorgezakt, niet comfortabel. En er kwam regelmatig een rioollucht uit een van de badkamers.

• Claire (7/5): Good value for money, great location, good communication - Great location only 20 minute walk to city centre but shops and restaurants close by, a mercadona almost outside. Good communication. Light spacious accomodation, very aesthetic. Good value. Although the apartment looks amazing, it is not hugely functional. Kitchen units are hard to open, the socket by the sofa bed wasn't working. The shower flooded the first evening, the hosts were brilliant at managing this, sorted quickly, but we then had a sewage smell in the apartment for the rest of our stay.

• Federico (10/5): Molto piacevole, servizio hosting da 10 - Il mio soggiorno in questo appartamento è stato davvero piacevole. Posizione abbastanza centrale ma tranquilla, ideale per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse senza rinunciare al silenzio e al relax. L’appartamento è luminoso e ben arredato, con spazi curati che trasmettono subito una sensazione di accoglienza. La cucina era completa di tutto il necessario, perfetta per preparare una colazione o una cena veloce dopo una giornata di visite. Ho trovato la pulizia impeccabile, un dettaglio che fa davvero la differenza. Un altro punto forte è stata l’ospitalità: l’host è stato gentile e disponibile, pronto a fornire consigli utili su ristoranti e attività nei dintorni. Questo ha reso l’esperienza ancora più autentica e piacevole. In conclusione, un appartamento che unisce comfort, praticità e calore. Lo consiglio a chi cerca un soggiorno sereno e ben organizzato, sia per un weekend che per periodi più lunghi. Ottimo il servizio navetta e armadietti

• Andrzej (5/5): Walencja warta odwiedzenia, piękne stare miasto Bardzo sprawna komunikacja miejska. - mozliwość zostawienia bagazu w skrytce przed godziną 16. Dobrze zaopatrzona kuchnia. Blisko stacja metra i przystanki autobusowe. Po otwarciu drzwi do apartamentu (na parterze) uderzył nas straszny odór, pochodził on z obu łazienek. Po naszej interwencji u gospodarza zjawił się pan z kadzidełkami. Obejrzał łazienki i stwierdził, ze w prawdzie śmierdzi ala nie ma żadnych usterek. dostalismy wiadomość od gospodarza, że wszystko jest w porządku i koniec. Odór został do końca pobytu. Drugi problem to brak ciepłej wody od samego początku. Gospodarz odpisał, że jak ktoś bierze prysznic co pół godż to trudno żeby była ciepła. W końcu przyszedł serwisant. Podłoga zaplamiona.

• majkelbrennt (5/5): Rozczarowanie. Pobyt 6/10. Ocena na booking 9,4 mocno zawyżona za te pieniądze - Lokalizacja ok - 15 min od centrum. I to chyba na tyle z zalet :) Mieszkanie na parterze - okno tuż przy ruchliwym chodniku. Układ mieszkania fatalny, wylewka na podłodze i ogólnie wystrój/wyposażenie salonu raczej ascetyczne - nie było gdzie spędzić miło czasu po zwiedzaniu. Ale najgorszy był smród (bo nie można tego nazwać zapachem) - prawdopodobnie nie używanej przez dłuższy czas kanalizacji. Mimo, że nikt tam nie mieszkał przed nami, nie udało się wcześniej zameldować. Niewygodne poduszki.
• Александр Бобовкин (8/5): Хорошая квартира, рекомендую! - Хорошая квартира. Классный дизайн и очень удобная кровать. Большой телевизор. Удобная кухня с посудой. Контактировали с Линой, хорошее общение. В одной из ванных комнат был неприятный запах из слива в душе.

• CRISTIAN (9/5): Very nice and sunny apartment, close to Old City and with luggage space downstairs - The apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed. We even received some small bottles of olive oil to make some great sandwiches . THe apartment has 2 barthroom. One of them is a little smelly, but you can totally use only the one from the big bedroom which has no problem. It has an elevator if there are people concerned about this. Everything was nice

• Renata (10/5): - Vkusně zařízené, i funkčně.. Výborně i pro skupinu přátel protože tam jsou 2koupelny. MHD je v docházkové vzdalenosti max.5 min. pesky do centra cca 20 min. Obrovskou výhodou jsou skříňky dole v chodbě, kde si můžete uschovat zavazadla před check in i po check out do odletu..Opravdu guest friendly, vedle skříněk je k dispozici i toaleta. Staff na telefonu vstřícný. ochotny pomoci. Určitě bych využila znovu.. neni nic

• Kristina (10/5): Невероятен апартамент в широк център - Прекарахме страхотни 3 дни в този апартамент. Специални благодарности на жената, с която водихме комуникация - Сандра. Отговаряше на секундата, дори ни предостави възможност за оставяне на багажа в сградата, заради късния ни полет. Апартаментът сам по себе си е с уникален дизайн - комбинация от старо и ново, две страхотни бани, невероятна кухня, автоматизирани щори и скрито осветление. Имахме проблем със шумоизолацията в сградата. Всеки ден рано сутрин чувахме съседските деца, които викаха и си играеха.
