• marco (7/5): Breve weekend a Venezia per studio/vacanza - La tranquillità del posto per un esperienza comoda e fuori dalle vie transitate dal fiume di turisti nella piazza con residenti!!! Che sia segnalata su Google Maps in posizione più centrale rispetto alla realtà…questo non mi è piaciuto…e comunque sei dentro Venezia 😉

• nami (9/5): - 中心街から少し離れた場所でしたが、全然歩ける範囲内でした！ 部屋はリビングルームとベッドルームに分かれていてとてもひろかったです！ 洗濯機もありとても助かりました！ ホストの方も連絡を取りやすかったしとてもいいお部屋でした！ ただシャワーの水がとても弱かったのと、お湯が持続して出てこないのが少し気になりました。 あと洗濯物は丸2日干しても完璧には乾きませんでした！
• Nikita (7/5): - The apartment is very nicely located, away from the crowds and still easy to reach all of the Venice attractions. The grocery store nearby. The apartment is rather spacious and overall comfortable. The host is very nice and responsive. It's a bit dark in the apartment, but that's expected for Venice. Apart from that we were really disappointed by the condition of the cookware. The pans are badly scratched and deformed, you can't really cook anything on them. The cleanliness of the apartment could be improved as well. The glasses were poorly washed, the corners were quite dusty.
• Sara-Elena (10/5): Very pleasant - Spacious apartment in a very quiet area, you will feel like a Venetian during your stay as you can hear the church bells and enjoy the daily life of the locals. A walk of 25 minutes will get you to St. Marco, a very pleasant stroll in the labyrinth of streets.

• Justyna (9/5): Super! - Spokojna okolica, będąc w lipcu nie było tłumów, super poczęstunek (dżemy, miody, sucharki, żelki etc), klimatyzacja dawała radę chłodzić w całym apartamencie tylko trzeba było zostawić drzwi od sypialni otwarte, super wyposażona kuchnia. Jak na Wenecję to nie widać było wilgoci, ani pleśni. Bardzo klimatyczne miejsce Jest to parter, więc jest to ciemne mieszkanie
• Mehdi (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed, yet tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area. It was the perfect balance of convenience and comfort. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a great neighborhood! Just a 5 minute walk to the Vaporetto station and a Supermarket , only 22 minutes on foot to San Marco.

• Gregory417 (8/5): Very good - Great location in Dorsoduro. Easy to find and good instructions from our host on obtaining the exemption from the city Access Fee. Close to the vaporetto San Basilio stop though Google Maps is confused about this. Since the apartment is on the ground floor, it is damp (well, that could just be Venice) and rather dark. Although it's not a busy street outside, it feels like the people who walk by are in the apartment with you. There's plenty of room for two people. For 4 people, it's rather tight but it was ok for a couple nights. The apartment is unevenly supplied: plenty of dishes and a moka coffee maker but only a few packets of instant coffee. Small jars of jam that were already open and moldy. But also a bag of pasta and sauce, some toasts for breakfast and a big bottle of water in the fridge. We were very grateful for the washing machine though we needed to buy laundry detergent. Some confusion about the city tax and the garbage but we worked it out with our host who was very gracious. All in all, Venice continues to be magical if logistically complicated.
• Ferencz (9/5): Super apartment Venice - The apartment was super nice, on my expectations. Equipped with everything, we need it. The stuff was friendly and helped us with all our questions and needs. I recommend that if you go to Venice, choose this apartment for a different experience. It was comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. One issue was that the internet was slow. But this affects only the people that needs to do some work.
• David (8/5): Nice place but a few issues - The apartment is very nice. It’s comfortable and well-equipped. The location is pleasant and fairly quiet. The host was responsive to messages and tried to be as flexible as possible on arrival and departure times which was very helpful. There was some confusion about the location. The host gave 2 addresses, one is correct on Google Maps but the other is wrong, The incorrect address is on Booking because Booking won’t accept the correct address. I suggested that, in the initial message to guests, the host indicate which address is correct on Google Maps. I hope the host will respond to this review saying that this will be done so future guests don’t get lost. Also, the host sent us directions for walking from the train station. However, there was no mention that this involved crossing quite a number of bridges with quite a number of stairs. This was difficult for us as older people. Later, we discovered that there is a ferry that would take us directly from the train station to a stop very close to the apartment. It really would’ve been helpful if the host had explained this to us. The other issue was that there were a few mosquitoes in the apartment. Not many but we got bitten a bit. A lot of hosts deal with such problems using pesticides, but all of these are toxic. Less hazardous solutions include sealing all mosquito entry points (there are many in this apartment) and supplying a mosquito net for the bed, Again I hope the host will respond saying this will be done.

• Waldemar (8/5): Good spot for families to visit Venice. - 12 min walk from Piazzale Roma, 30 min walk to Piazza San Marco. Not located in busy area which means relatively quiet place at night. The apartment is comfortable but rather for short stay. The Internet was fine. Contact with the host and instructions how to reach the apartment and get the keys perfect. Italy and no wine glasses? Needs to be taken care immediately. Also chopping board and a family size teapot would be beneficial.
• Ewa (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location, very quiet distict of Venice and still nice walking distance to every places that we wanted to visit. Everything Was as descibed. Very nice stay ad definietaly if I decide to visit Venice again I would stay at this place. The contact with the owner very easy. The appartment very clean and well prepared for quests. Nothing, everything Was perfect. Maybe the salt could be left at the quest' disposal. Coffee and sugar Was and only the salt could be added. As you can see everything Was very nice if I can't write nothing else than salt only 😉 Definietaly I would reccomend this place.

• Johanna-castillo (10/5): Great flat for great price!! - The apartment is comfortable and neat, the towels and sheets were also very clean and presentable. Ileana was nice enough to leave coffee for us and although we never met her she was always in communication.
• Lei (10/5): Perfect experience there! - The smart room is very clean! The landlord was very welcoming and attentive. We checked in at noon I was happy to find a bottle of ice water in the fridge! Everything was well organized! The house is close to the ferry dock. Fabulous location! Nothing
• Diane (10/5): Fantastic would stay again - Quieter area but within walking distance to attractions. It would have been extremely helpful to have a welcome book listing restaurants etc and how to get around. As sometimes a little difficult without a GPS!
