• Len (10/5): lovely very clean and relaxing stay for NYE for my new partner and daughter - very well done decor - great decor, drink and snacks and facilities, location, very clean, could be some USB connectors (poss built into wall mains plugs) for charging phone (but did find one within the router in the end), would be good to have a full length mirror, Couldn't get the internet on the tv to connect and couldn't find the router to reset until near end of the stay. however overall one of the best places I have stayed in - very relaxing and well thought through and I will def stay again

Communication with host was good. Parking included. Some areas / corners could do with a deep clean.
• Mike Staff (10/5): An absolute gem in the centre of Boston - Everything! Michelle was a star, such a lovely lady and her passion for her apartments shows through in all the lovely little touches. Rooftops was a delight to stay in, spotlessly clean, beautiful welcome basket, spacious and so comfortable, it felt like home within minutes of our arrival. I promise if you choose rooftops for your stay (and you should!!) you will not be disappointed. Personally I loved everything about the place, but if mobility is an issue for you then be a little wary as there are quite a few steps to negotiate.

Refused refund.Will never use again or booking.com. Many steep steps,wasn't what I paid for but had no choice.Totally unsuitable.Shower cubicle was filthy,fluff and dirt blowing in.Springs on mattress were dire.Given wrong postcode,stressing us all out after a 3 hour drive.
• Mary Poppinsuk (10/5): A lovely place to stay - A well maintained, spacious and spotless apartment with everything I needed for my two night stay. Perfect and secure location. Brilliant shower and one of the best beds I've slept in whilst staying away from my home! I appreciated the clear and concise instructions from Michelle on how to find and gain entry into the property. She also messaged the day after my arrival to check that everything was ok. The snacks and provisions left was a lovely touch and appreciated after a long journey. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Boston. Nothing. Everything was great

• Helen (9/5): Superb - We had a wonderful stay at The Treetops, booking and communication with Michelle was prompt and helpful; the check-in process was effortless. The space itself was immaculate, nicely decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was perfect. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the little extras like personalised welcome, breakfast, toiletries and cozy atmosphere. Michelle was a fantastic host, ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I will absolutely return if I’m ever in the area again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch stay!
• Susan (6/5): Stay was ok for one night ,would not repeat. - Free Wi-Fi was good . Pastries and welcome pack a nice touch. Host was very pleasant .Bedding was clean . Host sorted me a free car parking space out . Windows were very dirty . Bathmat in shower was not large enough for shower. Hence was very slippy if you are not good on your feet .Pictures on web looked nicer than the actual apartment .Found it very difficult to find and needed help of two policemen passing by . Bedroom with two single beds was very noisy and no chair to sit on to do hair/makeup .

• Mike (9/5): A lovely apartment, ideally situated for a stay in Boston. - We stayed for the Marathon and the apartment was ideally situated just off the market square and literally a minute from the race start. The apartment was clean, well appointed and beautifully presented. The host made some nice touches with a greeting on the room door and a basket of groceries in the kitchen. It was very quiet at all times and the lounge/dining area was bright and airy. The walk-in shower in the bathroom was excellent. The only gripe I had was the softness of the bad mattress which provided little support and was sunken. I acknowledge people have different preferences regarding the firmness of a mattress and my view is no doubt influenced by my own struggles with my back and the need to sleep flat.

I lived in Boston for 30 years and had to give up my apartment and so stayed here and honestly I think it was better than my original apartment. • Lyneth (10/5): Great Apartment in Boston - Great central location for this lovely, spacious apartment. It was well-equipped and perfect for a weekend for three of us. The best things were the massive comfortable sofa (great for chilling out and watching Christmas films), and the super-cosy beds with soft pillows and duvet. We all slept really well! Some of the kitchen equipment could have been a bit cleaner, but nothing else to not like.

Essential breakfast supplies like tea, coffee, bread, jam, butter, cookies were a delightful surprise and made you feel welcome. Smooth check-in process and door code made coming and going easy. Apartment was gozy. The apartment was cold, heating did not work. Issues with the invoicing, after several reminders have not yet received the copy of invoice.

Beautiful welcome hamper on arrival (we couldn’t eat it all!), spotlessly clean and very, very comfortable; a true home from home. The added parking was greatly appreciated. Michelle couldn’t do enough for us and really deserves 20 out of 10 to be honest!!! We will definitely return.
• Rebecca (10/5): Fantastic family stay in lovely accommodation with super helpful attentive host! - Fantastic family stay at the Rooftops. The property is very high quality with lots of nice deco touches. The location was perfect for us, right in the centre of town but on a nice quiet pedestrian street with lovely little shops and with car parking just a minute away. Our host Michelle was unbelievably helpful and attentive. The welcome basket of goodies was stuffed to the brim. She works just next door and regularly checked that everything was going OK. We will certainly be coming back!

• Sherry (10/5): Lovely weekend stay - We stayed this weekend as my husband was running the Boston marathon. The location was perfect! The start line was at the end of the walk and the finish line was a 15 minutes walk away. There were quite a few shops and coffee stops around to entertain myself during the race which was perfect too! The apartment was so lovely and homely, beautifully furnished and so comfortable to relax in. We had communicated with the owners prior to our stay and again on the day and they were absolutely lovely! Nothing was too much. We would stay again without doubt. Thank you!
