• Bessinger (10/5): - Maria was very helpful and gladly provided information about where to go and what the weather was like at the destination. There was excellent access to the beach, just about a 3-minute walk away. The apartment was modest, but it had everything needed on site.

Nam okradziono salochód pozostawiony - Czystość Brak tarasu i balkonu albo dużego okna, dostępu świeżego powietrza i brak szafy. To powinien być apartament dla dwóch osób maksymalnie. Ze zdjęć wnioskowałem że będą dwa pokoje a to jeden pokój z piętrowym łóżkiem, sofą i kuchnią razem i bez porządnego dużego okna do samej podłogi. Brak możliwości wysuszenia strojów kąpielowych i ręczników. Suszarka w pokoju koło łóżka. Powinna być suszarka mechaniczna lub wyjście na balkon. Pokój zrobiony z lokalu.

• Manuel (10/5): Great stay - For work reasons, we stayed at Malibu Beach, and it was an excellent decision. It's a very quiet studio with no neighbours. It has high-speed Wi-Fi, essential for work. Everything was spotless; very new and clean. The mattresses were very comfortable. The location is magnificent, and the owner's treatment was exquisite. She was always attentive and helpful. We will definitely return.

• Carlos (1/5): My stay ended 26 nights too early due to fire safety concerns, and I got zero refund. - I liked that the apartment was well equipped, and the location. The couch, TV and bed were not suitable for long stays. But the main issue with this accommodation was that it was not meeting basic fire hazard regulations. There was a small window with bars that were not suitable for emergency opening and the only emergency exit was through two doors that did not pop open, but instead a key was needed to leave in case of emergency. The doors were separated by a long and narrow hall with another apartment to the side of the hall. All this goes against the regional law. This studio felt like a deadly trap in case of fire. There was no fire extinguisher nor smoke detector, but this were swiftly added upon request. However, I decided not to stay because of the other hazards. I only stayed 4 nights instead o 30 as I had booked, and tried to negotiate a partial refund due to the safety concerns. The property conceded exactly zero refund, so I think the host is not very motivated to provide a good experience but mostly driven by profit. I even suggested to at least try to rent it and refund me in case it was booked, but that request was also dismissed. The host openly accused me of using the fire hazard as an excuse because I didn't like the apartment, showing a very insensitive attitude. I decided to just leave and lose the money, because safety is more important to me than 1400 euros. I had the impression that the property is some sort of refurbished warehouse, which explains why the fire hazards were so much higher than in any normal residence. I don't think the price was reasonable for such a precarious and unsafe accommodation, even though the place was well equipped and the location was great.
• Martina (10/5): We were very satisfied and would recommend this accommodation. Best holiday in Torremolinos. - The apartment was really nice, clean, and modern with comfortable mattresses and pillows and especially big fun with bunk bed for kids. The apartment also had air conditioning, which was the bonus as it was really hot days. We arrived late evening, and the owner of the property warmly welcomed us. On the last day of our stay, the owner allowed us to keep our language's with him as our flight has been late evening so we could spend the last day at the beach. The apartment is located close to the beach and local shops etc. Aldi and Lidl also bus stops near to Malaga city and other beautiful places. My family and I have been satisfied with everything.
