• mkth (7/5): Conveniently located, friendly staff - It's located in a small alley off Bui Vien street which is famous for its vibrant nightlife and a food paradise so it's very convenient yet the place is not so noisy at night as it's tucked away in the alley. I used a hop-on hop-off bus for a day and the bus stop was right there :) You don't need to go far to get food as the ground floor of this place offers light meals and so many restaurants and eateries are on and around the alley. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was ok as the rate was really reasonable but it would've been good if the toilet and the shower area were partitioned so that the water from the shower wouldn't wet the toilet.

• Suspene (9/5): A lovely place to stay - Really good experience in this small hotel so that we felt very comfortable in that place. The decoration is nice and is going to be even better after the renovation they have started doing. The location couldn’t be better : quiet place in a small street full of restaurants and really close to the mane streets. The manager is very welcoming and gave us tips for our stay : always a pleasure to have a chat with him Bathroom is fine but a bit small

It’s very clean, the rooms are so nice, the location is ideal bc it’s a little removed from town so not noisy, about 10-15 min bike to the beach and about the same to town. Most of all, the family who run the place were SO kind and helpful! When I left my entire toiletry bag with all my skin products there, Ryan arranged to have it delivered to my hotel in Hanoi. Really wonderful spot, I can’t recommend it highly enough

Supermarkt und viele Restaurants und Cafés Man kann Gepäck nach Check out dort lassen und am Abend sogar vor dem Heimflug noch duschen. • Jörg (8/5): Günstig und sauber - Die Managerin war cool, lustig und sehr hilfreich. Außerdem liegt die Unterkunft zwar sehr versteckt in einer mGasse, aber sehr zentral. Das Zimmer hat nur 13€ gekostet. Es gab kein Fenster und befand sich im 3. Stock.

The manager was extremely helpful and friendly.

• Anu (8/5): Great location. Peaceful stay. - The hotel was in a very good location and I rest quietly at night. Places to eat, tourist offices, and everything people needed for life nearby. Within walking distance was an art museum, a large park. I would have liked to stay in a room with a window, but I could only stay there for one night.

• Abby (7/5): Nice stay - Great value for what you pay! Location is perfect, close to many things and easy to get around. Room is spacious and the staff are so lovely! The rooms are aged and things are falling apart but they are putting work into it so it’s no problem. Some wifi issues as well, which we did raise and they tried to fix but didn’t really work for us. Nonetheless I wish them luck in their renovations. We would come back
• Yoga Lambang (9/5): - This is our second stay in this hotel. Enjoy the stay very much, google location near Ben Tahn Market and many Restaurant including Halal Restaurant. Thanks for good service from the staff named Lham he is friendly and helpful. Will stay again in the next visit. I suggest to write the wifi password in each room especially in 2 and 3 floor

It’s very convenient to get around and explore the area. The room is simple but clean and comfortable for stay. Staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. Overall, a good value for money. I would recommend it for travelers looking for a convenient place in the heart of the city.

• Julia (10/5): Хороший отель для недолгих остановок в Хошимине, в центре туристической зоны. - Чистые удобные номера Приветливый персонал Хорошее расположение Несмотря на то, что отель расположен недалеко от самой тусовочной улицы-звуков музыки не было слышно вообще, это огромный плюс Имейте в виду, что в отеле нет лифта. Для кого это важно-будьте готовы, что чемоданы придется тащить на 2-3-4 этажи. Для нас это не было проблемой

El agua de la ducha no salía demasiado caliente y la televisión no funcionaba. Lo dijimos en la recepción pero dijeron que no podían solucionarlo y debían esperar al técnico, así que durante nuestra estancia no se solucionó.
• robert (10/5): If there's only one, it's this one. - I'm French and I travel a lot. The hotel is just steps from the Night Market, the lively neighborhood, and the tourist attractions. You can walk everywhere. It's very convenient. The hotel is very clean. Eva is welcoming, smiling, and always available to help. She has great, inexpensive tips for sightseeing. I'm leaving Hue for Laos. She organized my trip at a very competitive price, exchanged my currency to USD without fees, and at the best exchange rate. A great place to remember for your stay here. No elevator. But two floors isn't insurmountable.

• Piotr (3/5): Można dużo lepiej za podobną cenę. - Faktycznie obiekt znajduje się w ścisłym centrum, a pomimo tego jest cicho. Obsługa hotelu pozwoliła przechować plecaki na recepcji po wymeldowaniu, co bardzo nam pomogło, bo mieliśmy późny odlot. W tym miejscu śmierdzi, niestety. Na recepcji, w korytarzu, w pokojach. Obsługa próbuje zamaskować ten nieprzyjemny zapach kadzidłami/odświeżaczami, ale to nie pomaga. Wiem, że to tani hotel, zdaje Sobie z tego sprawę, ale spałem w Wietnamie za podobne pieniądze w dużo lepszych warunkach. Pokoje się mocno zużyte, ściany poplamione, tapety miejscowo podrapane, szpary powypełniałniane silikonem który już poczerniał. Podróżuje z plecakiem, znam lokalne standardy, ale tutaj bałem się dotknąć czegokolwiek w pokoju.

Het bed was zeer hard en het toilet stond pal naast de douche, waardoor deze elke keer zeiknat werd. Verder was er geen plek waar je je haar kon föhnen voor een spiegel.

• Anna (7/5): Нормальный отель по соотношению цена-качество - Прекрасное расположение, тихо ночью, магазин классных футболок прямо напротив, довольно чисто, персонал отеля помогал по всем вопросам. При заселении нам было объявлено, что у отеля овербукинг и что на следующий день нам нужно будет переселиться в другой номер до 12:00. Это было крайне неудобно, учитывая нашу практически 24-часовую дорогу, прибытие в 2 ночи и багажа в виде рюкзаков (пришлось все сначала распаковывать и затем заново упаковывать для переезда). Хотя мы бонировали номер заранее и дважды списывались с отелем, чтобы все подтвердить.
• Pilar-Marie (6/5): - Sehr gut gelegen direkt in District 1 in einer kleinen Gasse. Das Zimmer war geräumig und die Dusche war im Gegensatz zu den meisten Unterkünften in Vietnam heiß. Das Badezimmer hatte leider öfters einen unangenehmen Geruch und beim Duschen wurde der gesamte Raum nass.

The staff completely understood my booking situation & looked after my Niece very well. I'll be staying there on my next trip back to Vietnam.

Have stayed before and I'll likely stay again. - The arrival and check-in process was straightforward, and the room I had was very spacious and had a little balcony. The hotel is situated very centrally in the heart of the backpacker area with all the pros and cons associated with that. I've stayed before and would stay again. Good value and uncomplicated. The staff member downstairs was very friendly. I don't love the neighbourhood, too loud and too many pushy salespeople. But it was my choice to stay there so I shouldn't complain.

Rooms were - Hotel is located in quiet laneway and is within a short walking distance to bars, cafes, restaurants and markets. No elevators for a 4 storey high building. Steps are manageable but not well suited for elderly persons.

Quite a lot of stairs to our room - not really a problem for us but something to be aware of. Very hard mattress - all our mattresses in SE Asia have been the same so I wonder if that’s just how they are here!
