• PABLO ANDRES (10/5): MARAVILLOSO - La ubicación, la amabilidad del personal, los servicios 24 horas al día, todo maravilloso, el precio es excepcional y los lugares alrededor resultan muy convenientes. Todo estuvo muy bien, nada que no haya gustado. Cuentan con excelentes accesos y medios de transporte convenientes para todos los gustos y necesidades.

The service was good and staff were polite and helpful. Cleanliness. The floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a while. The kettle was broken and it had like mold or something at the bottom? The stairs are a hazard.

• Valeria (1/5): Never in your life should you book this hotel. - Nothing If you ever decide to stay at this hotel, think twice about whether it's worth it. These photos are from room 302. We were offered room 402, but the situation there was even worse. As soon as we entered the room, we were greeted by a broken faucet, even though we had booked the room and arrived at the appointed check-in time. Staying at this hotel is unsafe: there is mold everywhere, dirt, a broken door handle that makes it difficult to exit, and it took 10 minutes for the hot water to start running. The hotel offered to CLEAN THE ROOM WITHIN AN HOUR. This hotel does not need cleaning, it needs renovation. The hotel does not see the problem and refused to refund the cost. I did not spend a single night at this hotel. If I could add more photos and videos, I would gladly show more.

• Minhaj (8/5): Budget friendly, and comfortable - It was a very nice hotel. The staff was polite and helpful. Daily cleaning was excellent. The Wi-Fi was super speedy. The only thing I missed was a chair in the room.😉 They need to fix the shower.

• Md Mahmud Hossain (7/5): If its a budget trip amd short stay this hotel is okay. - Location and the price Despite booking 2 single beds and mentioned several times via message i was given double bed for the first night which made me sad and a bad start of the tour. Couldn’t sleep the whole night, also a smoke smell was there in the room of first night. But on second day on request i was given 2 single beds which was good. The night receptionist wasnt friendly and professional.

• Boyan (8/5): Very nice - Highly recommended! Perfect location - almost everything is in a walking distance. There is a tram stop nearby and a metro station not far away. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The second night there was not hot water so I couldn't shower. I hope it was just a temporary problem.

• risto antero (8/5): Eka kertani istanbulissa - Hotelli on halpa, joten siksi kohtuutonta vaatia siltä mahdottomia ja alue rouheaa ja eläväistä. Kevyttä rappioromantiikkaa, mutta kaukana Kalliosta koska täällä ei juopotella. Nähtävyyksiä paljon kohtuullisen lähellä. Oven alla paksu aukko josta tuli valo ja kaikki ääni läpi. Suihkusta en onnistunut saamaan lämmintä vettä.

• Yasir (7/5): Overall good staff and peaceful night - Good stay with value of money. For tourists it is best as all day exploring the city and night is peaceful sleep. Access to room are bit tight but manageable
