• Lennert (1/5): We zijn na één uur vertrokken en hebben ook niks meer van eigenaar gehoord - Niks. De advertentie is misleidend. Er is geen uitzicht op het zwembad, het appartement is zeker geen 118m2 maar eerder 50m2, je moet naar binnen door een security sluis en het voelt als een gevangenis complex, ligt in hele slechte wijk dus je kan zeker niet te voet ergens heen. Was ook niet echt schoon. Zie hierboven
• Anna (1/5): Worst Stay in Brazil – Avoid This Place! - - We booked this place for one night to be closer to the airport, relax by the pool, and get some rest before our journey. According to the property’s listing, check-in starts at 12 PM, so we arrived shortly after noon. However, there was no staff on-site, and no one was available to check us in. The security personnel had no information about our reservation. There was no way to contact the management—they didn’t respond to messages on Booking or WhatsApp and didn’t answer phone calls. The only contact number provided was a German phone number, which made things even more complicated. By sheer luck, we met guests who were just leaving. After comparing photos and contact details from our booking confirmation, we realized they were vacating the very apartment we had reserved. They kindly handed us the keys, as there was no one else to do so. To make matters worse, the apartment had not been cleaned after the previous guests. The security team eventually sent a cleaning lady, but the cleaning process was highly inadequate. We were present during the cleaning and saw her make the beds using the same sheets from the previous guests—only after we pointed it out did she change them. The bathroom "cleaning" consisted of flushing the toilet, while the shower was not cleaned at all. She didn't use any cleaning products, despite them being available. Additionally, the listing claimed the apartment was over 100 m², but in reality, it was closer to 60 m². We traveled across Brazil for nearly a month and never had such a terrible experience. If you want to avoid disappointment and stress, it's best to steer clear of this place.
• Dewoolkar (4/5): Clean. 4th floor without elevator. Need Portuguese to talk to receptionist. No restaurants nearby. - The rooms were very clean. Well-furnished. Kitchen had a lot of utensils. I was supposed to be there between 5 and 6; unfortunately I reached after 6, and the lady left by then. My taxi couldn't enter the apartment complex, as there's a car gate. The gate operator could be reached via telecom; but she only spoke Portuguese. And she couldn't be seen. So it was extremely hard to explain. All this while my taxi was waiting with the bags. Finally, got the reception to understand. Gave her passports. Took our pics. And they let the taxi in. After entering the apartment door, the keys were well hidden. Apartment was on 4th floor. No elevator. Carrying heavy bags up & down was not easy. Wi-Fi didn't work as shown initially. Texted the owner and got it to work. No restaurants nearby.

• Georgina (8/5): Lovely apartment - Very comfortable apartment with very well equipped kitchen. The pool was shut for two of the three days we were there, with no signage and no warning, it was a shame not to be able to use it, especially when it was so hot, and the reason we booked was for us of the pool (not the apartment owner’s fault of course, but down to the management).
• Kenneth (8/5): clean and comfortable flat - very clean apartement. Safe closed area with a free secure parking lot no supermarket within walking distance
