• ShabnaM (10/5): - The hotel staff were extremely helpful, especially Lia. She was a very smart and kind girl who helped us a lot with arranging our tours. The hotel owner was also very nice and upgraded our room for free. The laundry service was affordable, the room was clean and quiet, and the hotel location was good and close to one of the national park entrances. They also provided free drinking water. Overall, it was worth it for the price. The hotel did not have an elevator and there were quite a lot of stairs, but it was not a problem for us overall.

La vue depuis ma chambre. Je ne sais pas si c’est le cas pour toutes les chambres mais ma grande fenêtre donnait sur une sorte de cour où vivent et travaillent le personnel je pense? Donc impossible d’ouvrir les rideaux, c’est dommage. La chambre était assez humide.

Parlano inglese molto bene e sanno dare indicazioni utilissime per muoversi nel parco e organizzare il giro (anche in autonomia e senza pagare nulla!). La posizione è eccezionale! Non era presente il box doccia e l'acqua non scolava bene, lasciando quindi il pavimento del bagno bagnato. Il phon vecchio e debole. Camera umida, probabilmente dato dalla posizione.

• Lonika_ (9/5): - В общем-то стандартный маленький номер. Чисто, удобные кровати и подушки. Если не считать строительного шума с утра, то было тихо. Очень милые хозяева, которые долго и подробно планировали со мной маршрут по парку. Билеты в итоге пришлось купить у них, т.к. погода внесла коррективы в маршрут (на трипе билеты в любом случае выходят дешевле, особенно если есть бонусы трип). Напротив отеля неплохое кафе с завтраками по 15 юань (несмотря на то, что завтраки китайские, вполне можно вкусно позавтракать) Цены на трансфер выше, чем такси (например, диди до вокзала 62 юаня, а трансфер 90 юаней). В номере было сыро и холодно, а кондиционер на подогрев периодически отключался. Довольно стандартная ситуация - крохотная ванная с душем вплотную к унитазу, после приема душа весь пол залит водой. С 8 утра за окном велись шумные строительные работы

One of the best properties we have ever stayed in across the 30 countries we have travelled. Staff were INCREDIBLE, the lovely lady on reception helped us plan our whole trip to the national park and Ralph assisted us with amending our booking prior to arrival. They could not have done more to make our time here smoother and more enjoyable. The room was incredible with lots of space and all facilities were immaculate. We extended our stay and wish we could have stayed even longer. Nothing.

Alle sind sehr freundlich, sprechen gut Englisch (ganz viel wert für die Beratung bei der Tourplanung!), sie sind rund um die Uhr erreichbar, antworten schnell, helfen und haben auf jeden Frage eine Antwort. Auch Tickets haben sie gebucht. Alleine dafür lohnt sich der Aufenthalt. Ansonsten gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, top Lage! Zum Abschied habe ich sogar eine Postkarte geschenkt bekommen. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich zurückkomme. Das Bett war ein kleines bisschen hart, aber kein Problem, ich habe wunderbar geschlafen.

The manager speaks excellent English, helped us book tickets to the park, and explained everything in detail. The receptionist lady- is very nice and also speaks English- welcoming and polite. The room is spacious and has everything you need: a kettle, glasses and cups, a hair dryer, air conditioning( also can open the window for fresh air ) . Shops, cafe and pharmacy few futures walk, the west gate of Zhangjiajie park ( avatar mountain) just 5 min walk. Very pleased with facilities. Bed is really comfy, good bedding. Thank you

• elena (9/5): Hübsches Hotel neben Westeingang. - Das Hotel befindet sich wirklich in 5 Minuten vom Westeingang. Das ist sehr praktisch. Der Gastgeber hat uns die Tickets zum Park und Transfer von Bahnhof organisiert geholfen. Dusche befindet sich gerade neben Klo. Gibt es keine Duschkabine. Wenn badest du ,ganze Zimmer ist nass. Die Türen von Zimmern knallen sehr stark. Ich war jeder Morgen um 6.45 wach, weil die Türen meiner Nachbarn sehr stark knallen.

Communication was excellent, and he was always responsive and willing to help. Before my trip, I received great support with purchasing tickets to the national park and planning my entire route based on the limited time I had. This made my visit much smoother and stress-free. The hotel itself is perfectly located: quiet and away from the main road, yet very close to the entrance to the national park, which was incredibly convenient. I felt well taken care of and truly appreciated the hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Nothing to complain:)

Thanks and we will definitely recommend to our friends! - The location was superb, within a short walk of the east gate of the Zhangjiajie national forest park. The hosts really helped us figure out a good plan for our family of 7 according to the time we had available, and went out of their way to help us have an amazing experience in this beautiful part of China. The value of the room was amazing for the size and privacy, and the fussball table was a huge bonus. Easy access to meals and all our needs without feeling like prices in the area were inflated. Thanks for a great stay! It was all great. No elevator above 1st floor for those who might have mobility issues.

• Martin (10/5): Parfait - Très jolie chambre avec une vue sur un petit jardin. L’accueil est agréable avec des indications pour visiter le parc. L’hôtel est à 5/10min à pied de l’entrée ce qui est pratique pour y aller tôt le matin Proche de l’entrée du parc mais à environ 1km de la zone centrale de la ville plus vivante le soir. C’est pas négatif mais il faut choisir ce que l’on préfère :)
• Philippe (10/5): - The accommodation is in a great location. The rooms are very clean and the beds are large and comfortable. The staff are super friendly and helpful when booking tickets for Zhangjiajie National Park. It's only a few minutes' walk to the east entrance of Zhangjiajie National Park. There are many restaurants and shopping opportunities around the hotel.
• Genival (10/5): Excellent location - The location is pretty good and close to the gate for the national park, the staff is pretty nice and helpful. They helped me to buy the ticket and provided all information needed to visit the park. I had a very nice time at the Hostel. The mattress is a bit tough but it seems to be a common issue in China, all the mattresses are very hard.

• Amanda (9/5): - Personalen på boendet var fantastisk. De hjälpte mig planera hela min rutt i parken och köpa biljett. När jag kom så hade jag bokat ett mindre rum men blev uppgraderad helt gratis. För att det var renoveringar i huset bredvid så erbjöds jag att få avboka gratis och få hjälp att hitta annat boende. Men det behövdes inte för jag skulle ändå upp tidigt och vara borta hela dagen i parken. Rummet var bekvämt och allt som jag behövde fanns. Läget är det bästa, max 10 minuter att gå till parkentrén. Otroligt prisvärt boende. Det enda jag skulle ändra på är att det skulle behövas ett duschdraperi. Jag såg redan när jag boka på bilden att det inte fanns så jag var inte förvånad men det hade bara förbättrat upplevelsen något.

• Xiaoyu (10/5): Perfetto - Siamo rimasti davvero colpiti e soddisfatti. Il prezzo è incredibilmente basso e la posizione è perfetta, si trova davvero a pochissimi minuti dal Parco Forestale Nazionale di Zhangjiajie. La struttura è semplice ma accogliente, pulita e con tutti i servizi essenziali. Una nota di merito va al personale che è gentile e disponibile, dedicando il loro tempo a dare consigli utili sugli itinerari, in particolare ci teniamo a ringraziare tantissimo Raphael che ci ha aiutati a prenotare tutti gli ingressi. Super consigliato!

It was really good value for money. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful, they helped us organize our trip and gave us really good tips. I highly recommend

• Mónica (10/5): - Estaba a unos minutos de la puerta del parque andando. Amables dejando dejar el equipaje días antes sin problemas y facilitando llevarte a la estación de autobuses. El aislamiento de nuestra habitación un poco regular ya que nuestra habitación estaba junto a las escaleras.

Расположение 10 из 10! 5 минут ходьбы до главного входа в парк! Рядом, на улице много точек еды. Шашлычки различные. Есть магазины, массажные салоны. Хозяин отеля Ральф - чудесный человек! Он нам очень помогал во всем! Советовал маршруты, покупал нам билеты в лесной парк, Большой каньон, пещеру Желтого дракона , заказывал такси, всегда был на связи и все делал для комфортного проживания! Это было незабываемо! He helped us booking all tickets in advance and gave us great advice on our itinerary in the national park(s). He was of great support (in English). The hostel is located in the town center and just a few minutes on foot from the entrance to the national park. There are plenty of food options around. The atmosphere was nice, everyone spoke good English. Room is a bit small and you can hear everything from other rooms / the hallway.

• Sergei (10/5): - Удобный, комфортный отель. Но главное в другом, близость к входу в парк, а значит у Вас ранний доступ, без толп туристов. Я полгода готовился к поездке и не мог понять , как лучше передвигаться по парку. Я списался с отелем через Booking, и к своему прибытию имел все необходимые билеты на ранний доступ в парк, а по прибытию, готовую карту передвижения. Просто и легко. Если вы впервые в поездке в Китай, советую этот отель. Все пройдёт без проблем. Да, трансфер от аэропорта они тоже делают, но мне не понадобился.
