• David (8/5): First time we rented a flat, it was a good and enjoyable week we stayed there. - The property was in a very good location. We were able to buy our needs for meals when necessary, from shops about 5 minutes away. The flat was well equipped, we had no need of anything. . Plenty of restaurants nearby.. one gentleman was looking after the property and helped us whenever we needed anything. Occasionally, there was a disturbance from flats occupied by others

• Ηλιας (10/5): - Μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι απ την διαμονή μας ! Το δωμάτιο ήταν σε άριστη κατάσταση καθαρό προσεγμένο και είχε και κάψουλες για καφέ κάτι που είναι σημαντικό για το πρωί ! Ο Brian στην υποδοχή εξαιρετικός ευγενικός εξυπηρετικός και πάντα χαμογελαστός! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ !
• MARINA (10/5): Apartament comode, ben equipat i al centre de Milan - L’habitació és amplia i comoda i molt ben equipada, compta amb tot lo necessari i més. La situació de l’apartament també és bona. Destacaria la bona atenció del Brayan, el conserge de l’apartament. En general hem estat molt comodes i recomanaria aquest apartament a qualsevol persona que vulgui passar uns dies a la ciutat! El coixi dur pel meu gust. El preu una mica elevat, però és cert que en general els preus d’allotjament a Milan són força elevats.

• Henriikka Byckling (8/5): Hyvä pikku asunto - Sijainti on erinomainen. Lähellä on lukuisia ravintoloita eikä Duomollekaan ole pitkä matka. Asunto sopi tarkoitukseemme hyvin. Oli mahdollista laittaa itsekin ruokaa. Henkilökunta eli aulavahti on ihan super. Todella ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Kiitos! Seinät ovat ohuet, joten naapurista kuuluu kaikki.

• Lynsey (9/5): Great location would highly recommend! - Lovely cosy apartment in a good location! Very clean, had all the facilities needed and in a very safe secure building. Near Navigli canals which were lovely full of bars and restaurants which was ideal. 20m to Duomo with lots of shops en route and a lovely Basilica on the way. Ideal for a short stay in Milan and has everything you need! Apartment is round the corner from carrefour which was handy. Brayan who looked after the apartment gave clear instructions to check in and very friendly everytime we saw him! Highly recommend! The walls are quite thin so you can hear the neighbours next door and the apartment above at times, but this wasn’t too often.

• Carolyn (10/5): Good stay. - Spacious and close to public transport and restaurants. Bryan (concierge) provided us outstanding customer service. Noise from the bathroom next door you can hear almost everything. And the constant noise outside.

• Ioan (5/5): Nice area,disappointing room - Excellent location, close to the city center and the underground station. There was mold in the room and bathroom in several places,I can confirm this with photos. I also saw a cockroach but didn’t have time to take a picture. There were strange noises coming from other rooms at night that woke me up.
• Ioana (9/5): Great value for money - The location was perfect. 20 minutes away from the city center and 6 minutes away from Navigli neighbourhood. The apartmanet was dotated with all you needed , and the kitchen was weel equipped. Brian was perfect. He was extremely helpful for us. The apartment is a liitle bit noisy - we didn’t have a problem with this , but if you are sensitive with noises, this apartment is not for you

Αγενέστατη στα μηνύματα όταν τους ρωτήσαμε για το πώς μπορούμε να ζεστάνουμε το δωμάτι καθώς έβρεχε και είχε πολυ κρύο. Η απάντηση τους ήταν ειρωνική λέγοντας μας ότι Ναι αν κρυώνετε μέσα στο καλοκαίρι δεν έχουμε θέρμανση, Ενώ ήταν Οκτώβριος μήνας. Αν και ο κύριος που ήταν εκεί ήταν πολύ ευγενικός, Μόλις φτάσαμε και τακτοποιήθηκαμε μας ενημέρωσε Ότι θα πρέπει κάποια στιγμή να μπει μέσα στο δωμάτιο όταν τελειώσει το πλυντήριο για να πάρει τα πράγματα που είχε πλύνει από τους προηγούμενους.

Just a big pot. Not even little bit of salt to prepare at least salat, and usual dirty spunge for dishes (in all places in Italy - No new clen spunge, it is so bad impression, I bought of course one... Aaprtment is also very dark, no light fixtures on the ceiling.

• Carolann (10/5): - The flat was in a lovely well kept building it was spotlessly clean, great size with everything you need in it home from home every detail thought of. Our host Bryan was so welcoming and he was so attentive, and the flat was only a few minutes walk from local trams and near to the canal which is full of lovely restaurants & bars. Nothing. The flat was ideal.

He made sure that we had a comfortable stay, he gave us tips, advices and suggestions about what to do during our stay. The room had traces of Mr. Bryan's care, everything you could possibly need during your stay was readily available, could not ask for more! To be honest, nothing!

• Dirk (8/5): Good location, value for money - Perfect location for a stay in Milan. Took train from airport to Cadorna railway station, used luggage lockers at the station (early flight). Used tram 3 to get to the centre (Domo). Close to the Navigli canals for eating and drinks. Milan is a verry noisy city. Heard a lot of ambulance sirens(50+ a day) and the street sounds can be easily heard.

• Karol (9/5): Superb - Great location, everything is very close: city center, restaurants, cafes, market, metro station. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, quiet and peaceful. Despite the late check-in, Brian gave us precise instructions on where to find the keys and how to get to the apartment. Everything was great. We recommend.

When we got there Bryan walked into the apartment with us and poured us some bottled water and took the time to explain how everything works. He also meet us at check out and called a taxi for us. If your a lite sleeper maybe not for you there’s a lot of coming and going and the apartment is on the first floor so you can hear pretty much everything.

And the shower itself is pretty small and when you turn off the water its annoying that you still have to wait until you can get out of it because the water keeps running.

Brian 100% made the stay itself enjoyable. Overall the value for the money in Milano was great. The walls are super thin, so in case you get noisy neighbours like we did, expect to hear almost everything.

• Susan (7/5): It was fine for 3 nights - A pretty convenient location for getting around. The local restaurants were good and very reasonable. The nearby canal area is buzzing in the evening. We only saw Bryaan once at the desk but he’d been very helpful about directions to the property and I’m sure he would’ve been of assistance if we’d needed him. Although everything was extremely clean we found the mattress and pillows (1 each) very hard. It was also noisy as we were on street level and people seemed to chat outside our bathroom window!
