Wolfgang (5/5): Wegen der ganzen Widrigkeiten kein zweites Mal, da ich mich im Urlaub erholen möchte. - Küche sehr gut eingerichtet. Fenster und Innentueren schließen gut. Eingangstuer zum Grundstück funktioniert nicht, da nur mit Schlüssel betretbar, Handgriffe ohne Funktion, Haustür nicht abschließbar, da Profile nicht in den Türrahmen greifen nur zu Ziehbat !!!, Tresor vorhanden wird nicht zur Verfügung gestellt, da nicht im Leistungsverzeichnis, kein Haushandbuch, überall Verbotsschilder aber keine Bedienungsanleitungen, TV im Wohnzimmer ohne Funktion da kein Signal, Whirlpool nicht nutzbar da total verschlossen und Auflage nach Benutzung wieder zu verschließen, Betreuung ungenügend da Uebernahmetermin nicht eingehalten keine Schluesselbox mit Schlüssel auf Rüge soll 1 Stunde Kaffee trinken gehen, obwohl ich schon 2 Stunden vor Ort war, patzige Antwort wegen Tresor, hat verlangt soll Schlüssel in der Wohnung liegen lassen obwohl ich ohne Schlüssel wegen defekter Tür das Grundstück nicht verlassen kann. So eine unangenehme Betreuung noch nie erlebt. Außenanlage nicht besonders gepflegt. Große Poolbaustelle.

La vivienda está muy bien, pero la empresa que la gestiona es horrible. The house is wonderful, but it has very steep stairs to go up. The house is very nice, but the company that manages it is terrible. Das Haus ist wunderbar, aber es hat sehr steile Treppen zum Hinaufgehen. Das Haus ist sehr schön, aber die Firma, die es verwaltet, ist schrecklich. Para empezar, el día que llegamos no funcionaba uno de los termos de agua caliente de la ducha, ni el horno ni el microondas. Había bichos en la casa y nos despertamos llenos de picaduras. El jacuzzi no funcionaba; lo abrimos y el agua olía muy mal. Además, hablamos con la persona que la gestiona (no es la propietaria, sino una agencia) y nos dijeron que mandarían un electricista, pero nunca apareció. La casa estaba mal barrida y sucia. Cuando pedimos una compensación, nos dijeron que no nos devolverían nada del dinero pagado, aun sabiendo que los servicios no eran adecuados. Por si fuera poco, estábamos en la terraza y de repente empezaron a abrir la puerta del garaje. Resulta que el vecino tiene llave porque tiene permiso para aparcar dentro. El vecino es encantador, pero nadie le avisó de que la casa estaba ocupada. Cuando llegaba a las 23:00 de trabajar, hacía muchísimo ruido con las puertas del garaje y no podíamos hacer nada. Al día siguiente nos levantamos y había un hombre pasando por delante de las ventanas: era el jardinero, y tampoco nos avisaron. En definitiva, un desastre total. To begin with, on the day we arrived, one of the hot water heaters for the shower was not working, nor were the oven and the microwave. There were bugs in the house and we woke up covered in bites. The jacuzzi was not working either; when we opened it, the water smelled very bad. We spoke to the person managing the property (not the owner, but an agency), and they told us they would send an electrician, but no one ever showed up. The house was poorly cleaned and dirty. When we asked for compensation, we were told that none of the money we paid would be refunded, even though the services were clearly not adequate. On top of that, while we were on the terrace, someone suddenly started opening the garage door. It turned out that the neighbor has a key because he has permission to park inside. The neighbor is very kind, but no one informed him that the house was occupied.
