• Katrin Ohne H (8/5): Schön, aber zu laut - Ein schön eingerichtetes Studio-Apartment mit allem Grundlegenden, was man braucht. Entspricht exakt den Fotos. Nah am Strand gelegen (der allerdings leider zum Schwimmen gesperrt war). Fußläufig zu Supermärkten und Bushaltestellen. Es ist wirklich laut, auch mit geschlossenen Fenstern, vor allem an den Wochenenden. Ich habe kaum eine Nacht durchgeschlafen. Außerdem lässt sich der Raum nicht abdunkeln. Das ganze Gebäude ist extrem hellhörig. Dessen sollte man sich bei der Buchung bewusst sein.
• Ricardo (10/5): - La ubicación por mi trabajo y la cama muy cómoda. Creo que sinceramente deberían arreglar la entrada del edificio, como mínimo pintar la puerta de hierro de la entrada. Da mala imagen al exterior del edificio.
• Noelia (5/5): Buena ubicación pero mucho que mejorar - La ubicación es fantástica y la casa tiene mucho menaje. Tanto el baño como en la cocina habían unas pequeñas hormigas. Pensé que estaba relacionado con el agua porque estaban normalmente en el lavabo y el fregadero, pero también encontré en la encima y vitro. Por este motivo no pude cocinar. La cama no tenia almohada, solo unos cojines bastante incómodos y encima sin ningún tipo de funda. No me parece higiénico. Tampoco funcionaba el wifi. El dueño me dijo que no tenía constancia de estos problemas y que pasaría al día siguiente. Entiendo que echó insecticida, pero no fue capaz de preguntarme si el problema se había solucionado y el wifi seguía sin funcionar. Hubiera agradecido un poco más de atención. Tambien eché de menos jabón (excepto el de manos), bayetas, o servilletas por ejemplo. Solo había un paño. Cogí un apartamento para poder trabajar desde allí y cocinar, y no pude hacer ninguna de las dos cosas.

• Marta (8/5): Todo perfecto pero caluroso - Estaba muy limpio. Teníamos dos toallas cada uno para los 7 días que estuvimos. La ubicación es excelente. Tiene bastante menaje de cocina. Cama amplia y cómoda. El apartamento está muy bien decorado. Gran armario y ducha. Lo único que puedo decir negativo es el calor que hacía en el apartamento, tiene un ventilador de techo y dos ventanales muy grandes pero no entraba casi aire. Además la calle es bastante estrecha pero muy transitada. Al ser un primer piso y con la necesidad de tener abiertas las ventanas por la noche, era un poco difícil dormir por el ruido.

• Alice (5/5): Inexperienced host? - Good location, a short walk to the main beach in Arrecife and shops. Whilst the apartment appeared to be cute and nicely decorated ,the apartment had not been checked for some necessary repairs and essentials that were outstanding such as a loose door handle, (we couldn't open one of the sliding door/windows for our stay), the sink was clogged and we were provided with just one tiny bin bag and one loo roll for 4 days, no basics like soap, salt, pepper, these small details make all the difference when travelling for a few days. Only a small espresso stove top coffee pot for one and the kettle does not turn off automatically strangely. Had to especially request bedding for the sofa couch, which arrived the following day. Faulty/lose electrical socket in the kitchen, which needed propping up to keep a cable plugged in. Per previous review of Sergio's in the posted reviews below, the tv was still an issue, despite being reported last year by Sergio : one could not connect to the internet to access Netflix unless you moved the tv right next to the wifi router, which was not practical since you could not move the large tv stand. The host seemed bothered to address the issues that should not have been overlooked in the first place. Unfortunately we would not return for that reason.
