• Elisa (6/5): - The apartment is very nicely furnished and has virtually anything you may require… from coffee to soap to sunscreen and antibiotics Both showers didn’t hold the temperature… would get 10 seconds of boiling water followed by 40 seconds of freezing water meaning that we couldn’t wash our hair for 3 nights All bathrooms also had a persistent sewage smell 😕

• Nick (10/5): Prettiest house I've ever stayed at! - Our stay at this apartment was beyond great! The location was great, we arrived by car, parked it there, and could quickly and easily reach the center on foot in just a few minutes. Communication with Ina was smooth and swift. But most importantly, our minds were blown by how spacious and beautiful this apartment was! It should be featured in architectural digest! I want to come back and properly enjoy this place for a much longer period of time!

It truly felt like a "home away from home" as it had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. • Dimitrije (10/5): Cant recommend enough - Maybe the best accommodation I ever had. First of all location is great. Apartment is VERY spacious. What you imagine, times two. It has everything you need even for longer stays. The enterier is awesome, looks really original, and the details are awesome, like having different lighting, fake fireplace or very interesting chandelier. Also what I was positively surprised is that the host left us everything we need, it wasnt like we needed to buy some small stuff like toilet paper or earbuds. Easy to find and getting the key through the lock is always good. 100/10

• Nadja (10/5): - Wunderschönes Apartment in einem Innenhof super ruhig gelegen mit einem Parkplatz. Die Räume sind mit sehr vielen Unterschiedlichen Gegenständen gestaltet, hübsch ausgebaut, wir mochten die bunten Badezimmer sehr. Zu Fuss ist man schnell in den schönen Straßen und es gibt mehrere Cafes um die Ecke. Der Ventilator in einem der Räume war kaputt und im Badezimmer gab es nur eine Glühbirne. Da wir nur eine Nacht da waren, wurde es nach unsrer Abreise behoben.

• Katherine (10/5): A very nice property from which to explore the city, highly recommend - This is a hidden gem, beautiful indoor space with two en-suite bedrooms and an extra little loo. Very well equipped kitchen, it had everything we could need. The location is great to explore Tbilisi on foot, Bolt cars can find you easily, just beware that google maps marks it as on the street below, but if you follow the address it is easy to find. We had great communication from the owner and would highly recommend this accommodation
• Andrew (10/5): A delightful apartment in the Old City - Luxury House is a beautifully decorated home. It's equipped with almost everything a family might need. Everything we needed to use worked efficiently The location is excellent and we liked the fact that access was through the quiet back courtyard. We felt very privileged to stay here. It's a lovely base to explore the city or just a wonderful space to come work or write. Although we never met our host, her communication with us on Whatsapp was excellent, making check-in and check-out very easy. This apartment is highly recommended. Guests need to be careful. The wooden floors are especially slippery if you are wearing socks. Some of the lovely rugs slip easily too and might need skid-proofing pads underneath.
• Anna (10/5): The host is such a lovely person. - It looks much better and spacious than at the photos. It was cool inside and we slept very well. The location is a bit up the hill but it is Tbilisi. The kitchen has everything you need for family stay and the laundry location ( aka cellar) is amazing. The dogs outside bark sometimes.

The two en-suite bedrooms provided great privacy and the spacious layout with high ceilings and tasteful decor made it feel luxurious yet cozy. We especially appreciated the reliable heating system—staying warm on chilly nights was no issue. The private parking in the yard was a huge plus, and the location couldn’t be better: close enough to explore the city center on foot but quiet enough to relax. Lastly, the host gifting us local specialties—such a thoughtful touch! Highly recommend this place for both comfort and authentic local experiences.

We loved cooking breakfasts in the kitchen that have everything you might need. Great design, high ceilings, 2 separate bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. Amazing host! Helped us with everything. Excellent location, you can walk to the old city about 10-15 minutes. Nice neighbourhood, charming Tbilisi! We liked everything! However if you aren’t familiar with the apartments like this in Tbilisi and the general vibe you should know that many have wooden window frames. If you’re a light sleeper you shall consider a hotel with soundproofing windows. It was not an issue for us at all, we slept very well

• Ksanaganzha (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing place! A cozy courtyard where persimmons and grapes grow. Turkish coffee every morning and greetings from the neighbors. Perfect silence at night and birdsong at dawn. This was our fourth trip to Georgia, and for the first time we felt the atmosphere of the country so vividly. The location of the apartment was perfect for us. There is a funicular just above, and if you go down, you will find yourself right in the old town. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 3 toilets, the kitchen has everything you need. The wonderful hostess has always been in touch with us. We thank you for your hospitality and are determined to return) Everything was perfect!

• Nafisa (10/5): Charming Comfortable Cosy and Spacious apartment stay - I had a wonderful stay at this charming apartment in Old Town Tbilisi. The host was exceptionally helpful, providing phone guidance at 1 AM when I had trouble locating the property. The cozy, rustic Georgian-style apartment was well-equipped, with a fully functional kitchen. Ideal location, just 10-15 minutes from key attractions. Highly recommended. perhaps more comfortable pillows, as they were too big for me, but im sure most people prefer big fluffy pillows. there's constant noise from the plumbing above, I didn't mind it, got used to it after the first night. only real menace was the neighbours dog who was tied up but barked a lot. I suggest to google 7, Daniel Chonkadze street rather than 9, so the taxi gets u there correctly.

It has everything you need and even more. The host is very welcoming and very responsive. There was only one AC in the kitchen area and it seems that is not working 100%. One bedroom was equipped with a fan, but the other one not and it was too hot for us. Keep it in mind if you are coming during very hot weather.

Very convenient location - in a quiet courtyard, but within walking distance from Freedom Square. Definitely, this is one of the best apartments I've ever rented.

Ground floor, hence easy with baggage. Kitchen comes well-equipped for cooking, fridge was filled with water and milk, Corn Flakes & Muesli were provided and kitchen essentials like coffee, tee, spices... Host was super friendly and really helpful, especially as our luggage was delayed and delivered a day later when we were away sightseeing. She helped to pick it up and, overall, made our stay most convenient and comfortable.

• Tommi (9/5): Family holiday in Tbilisi - The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. Something special to experience in Tbilisi. Communication with the owner went smoothly. The house itself is quite old and rusty looking from the outside especially from the street side but when you get inside the apartment is very beautiful, unique and very spacious for 4 persons. The neighborhood is also nice with many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. Tbilisi Funiculaire is located nearby. The breakfast was ok, very basic though. That's probably something I would like them to put more effort in the future. You couldn't for example choose anything except for tea or coffee. Something else to drink would have been nice as well. And if you happened to have some allergies, that could be quite difficult. The breakfast is served in a separate building next door. The apartment does not have A/C as described in the description, only fans. But even though we visited Tbilisi in the hottest time of the year, the apartment stayed pretty cool. They don't accept payment by card, only cash. Luckily there are ATMs quite near.

Very cost and nice, great location, very comfortable beds, all the details are carefully thought and it felt that you are waited and very welcomed there. Thanks a lot for everything! We and kids felt there very good! Highly recommend and if sometimes we will come to Tbilisi- this place is out of any concurrence!
• Saha (8/5): 7 out of 10 - Room space and decoration. 1) Difficult to find out this Luxary House because the address and google map navigation doesn’t matched. We suffered for this. Need to update exact location through google map. 2) I didn’t find any AC. I am very surprised that staff doesn’t know where is AC. 3) Breakfast is not good, need to improve. We didn’t get any meat or egg in the breakfast. My kids don’t like it.

In the second room there is no window only door that in the night can not be open . there is no air in this room You should put a fan in this room

I was there for 2 days and the experience exceeded my expectations! Vintage style and creates a luxury that I found very difficult to leave later. For the next time, I will stay only in this house for vacation. P.S. The most important thing is that it is very cheap
