Una vez instalados en el apartamento tienes una carpeta en donde, por una parte hay instrucciones de cómo utilizar grifos, vitrocerámica, lavadora...y por otra parte vienen recomendaciones de lugares para comer, mapas.. El barrio es muy tranquilo, muy cerca del botánico y de la universidad de Queens. Hay autobús muy cerca de la casa que te lleva al centro. También hay restaurantes y supermercados cerca. El apartamento está nuevo, impoluto y muy cuidado. Hay secador. Tiene un baño completo y otro baño con WC. TV en el comedor y en la habitación. El anfitrión estuvo pendiente de que nuestra estancia fuera agradable y nos dejó dejar las maletas en la casa hasta la hora de irnos. Recomendaría sin dudar este alojamiento, fue totalmente un acierto.

Very clean and has everything you need for a weekend stay. One small issue with the shower which was no fault of the owners, a resolution was quickly given and they responded very quickly.

The bed was so comfortable and the apartment conveniently had two toilets, a shower, functional kitchen/living area and back terrace. Robert the host was very accommodating and welcoming, making our stay feel like home.

• Sarah (10/5): Perfect: spotless and well equipped accommodation with accommodating hosts - It was a fantastic set up - with a space for eating / tea making and sitting at a table or on sofas and armchairs, and a little toilet room. Through the back was the en suite bedroom with great shower. Meant that there was space for a small meeting at the front of the property without visitors needing to go into the bedroom / bathroom area. It was spotless and had all the cooking facilities needed. Attention to detail meant there was nothing you needed/missing.

Walking distance to visit campus and student residence at Elms Village. Good selection of restaurants nearby, plus a Tesco Superstore is close as well. The apartment was clean and spacious. Everything was catered for in the kitchen and beautifully presented, I am rarely impressed by the standard of hotels/apartments but this exceeded my expectations. I will be using this for my Belfast base in the future. Nice hotel, The Malone almost next door for coffee and the hop on tourist bus stops almost outside. The windows in the front room and French doors to the courtyard let in good natural lights. Very convenient location. The dog barked all evening on day, I think the owners were away, but otherwise very quiet. There was no place to put suit case but on the floor. a low bench or cradle would be good. Could have an extra bath towel?

The apartment was clean, it was in a good area, and there was on street parking outside for our car. It was super cosy, and we will definitely be back here again, on our next trip to Belfast.
