AJ (9/5): Right near it all in Basel - Contactless entry, did not have to run all over town to get keys. Right off train line, tons of restaurants/cafes right outside, as well as a grocery. Nice apt. Kitchen functional, good shower, bed comfortable. Clean. Not much, this was a good spot. With windows open you get some noise from people having a good time on the street but they are generally just passing by. There was some street construction the block down that you could hear a bit but not a big deal.

udo (8/5): Alles war in Ordnung bis auf das Frühstück. - Frühstück war gut, hatte für drei Personen mit Frühstück gebucht. Leider musste ich für eine Person das Frühstück zusätzlich bezahlen, da das angeblich nicht gebucht war. Mich hat das sehr geärgert und bis jetzt hat sich niemand auf meine Anfrage hin gemeldet um den Sachverhalt zu klären. Gebucht war ein Doppelzimmer mit 2 Personen und ein Doppelzimmer mit einer Person. Siehe die die Informationen zum Frühstück was mir gefallen hat.

Der Eincheckvorgang kann eine Herausforderung sein für Menschen, die nicht geübt sind im Umgang mit neuen Medien. Das in einem in der Nähe liegenden Café angebotene Frühstück bietet keinerlei Auswahl und ist dafür zu teuer.

(8/5): Εξαιρετική επιλογή τιμής τοποθεσίας καθαριότητας αλλά με κάποιες υποχωρήσεις - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και εύχρηστη προσβασιμότητα με τους κωδικούς Οι φωτογραφίες του δωματίου ήταν 2 και μη αντιπροσωπευτικές σε σχέση με τις πολλαπλές από το άλλο δωμάτιο της ίδιας τιμής αλλά μεγαλύτερο και με καλύτερο layout. Επίσης στο πρωινό που ήταν σε γειτονικό καφέ, δεν υπήρχε δυνατότητα επιλογής πρωινού, μόνο του ροφήματος, οπότε ένα κρουασάν και μια φέτα ψωμί με μαρμελάδα και βούτυρο ήταν τα μόνα φαγώσιμα που συμπεριλαμβάνονται στην τιμή του πρωινού. Βέβαια ήταν εξαιρετικής ποιότητας αλλά λίγο.

Trevelyan (1/5): *** STAY AWAY FROM THIS ACCOMMODATION *** - I was locked out of my room; because they incompetently don’t have measures in place to ensure the BATTERY of their electronic locks to the room is full!! I only came to Basel for a very important meeting; and I missed it due to this accommodation’s electronic locks running out of battery. So, I could not get into my room in order to have my items for the meeting. To make matters worse, this accommodation only provides to sources to contact them, an email and a WhatsApp number. They claim that this support is available for 24/7; but they did not respond to me about this emergency I reported, FOR OVER THIRTY MINUTES! Imagine folks if I urgently needed medication in my room from a health issue. The only way it was resolved was because one of their maintenance or facility workers was onsite, and rudely and suspiciously asked me what I was doing waiting outside of my own room! After expressing to them this justifiable terrible situation, which was resolved by that rude onsite worker replacing the battery of my lock, what was their response? There was no customer service, professionalism, compensation, or even an apology. What did they do? They did nothing, and didn’t even respond to the message. Lastly, when “checking in” to their system, they would not my check in proceed unless I removed my guest from the reservation (my guest could not join me). They told me that I need to contact booking.com, and have them change the number of guests in the reservation, before I could check in. Note: they told me I needed to contact booking.com. They could not contact booking.com. So, after going through the trouble of contacting booking.com, guess what? Booking.com needed to contact Limehouse ANYWAY, in order a an to approve the change of guest! So, double work and time had to be done, instead of them having a way to directly change the number of guests, when I contacted them directly about it in the first place.

The accommodation has an excellent location right in the city centre, only a few minutes from the nearest tram stop, which made getting around the city extremely convenient. A great advantage of staying in Basel is the Basel Card, which is included with every accommodation booking. The card allows free public transport within Basel. We received the digital version of the card one day before arrival, so we could travel from the airport to the accommodation completely free of charge by public transport, which was very practical and appreciated. The accommodation itself was clean and well-maintained. We also liked the self check-in system, where we received access codes for both the building and our room at check-in time, making the arrival process quick and easy. Communication with the hotel was excellent throughout our stay. Everything was handled directly via WhatsApp, and the hotel staff usually replied within just a few minutes, which made everything very smooth and stress-free. The only small downside was that the room did not include a mini fridge. Having at least a small refrigerator would have made the stay even better.

Christian-ch (9/5): Sehr zu empfehlen - Unkompliziertes Self Check-in, super Lage, gute Lösung mit dem Frühstück ein paar Meter vom Hotel entfernt, sauber, wirklich empfehlenswert! Ohne Handy würde es schwierig werden. Sonst gibts nichts zu meckern.

Unter meiner Buchungsnr.:5968326 - Nichts Kein Kleiderschrank, keine Zimmerreinigung(erst nach einer Woche) , keine Beseitigung des Abfalls, keine frische Handtücher, Klimaanlage lief nicht, Kleiderbügel aus Draht, primitive Möbilierung, Toilettenpapier mussten wir kaufen.

Alain (5/5): Séjour correct pour un déplacement strictement professionnel et une approche utilitaire. - Hall d'accueil très correct, style bureaux car désert. Chambre moderne très zen, mais lit très confortable, grand écran TV, pièce aux peintures récentes et très propre. Très bon emplacement près des lignes de trams. Petit-déjeuner dans une pâtisserie à 100 m de l'hôtel, correct. Réservation très très complexe: une fois la chambre payée sur Booking, obligation d'envoyer à Limehome une copie de carte d'identité ou passeport sur une page Internet, et ensuite d'un SELFIE par email pour recevoir un code. Ayant un problème avec l'envoi de l'ID (non acceptée par l'interface) j'ai appelé leur hotline (en Allemagne) mais comme j'étais passé par Booking, ils m'ont renvoyé à Booking. Problème technique finalement résolu mais au total beaucoup de temps perdu pour réserver UNE nuit. Le jour de l'arrivée, réception par sms du code d'accès à l'immeuble. Sur place, impression de rentrer dans un immeuble de bureaux désert.

Schade, dass es keine Gepäckaufbewahrung vor Ort gibt, gerade, wenn man früher einchecken möchte bzw. das Gepäck verstauen möchte, wenn der Bezug erst ab Nachmittag geht. Die empfohlene App hat aber auch gut geholfen.

Aart (8/5): Fijne plek voor kort verblijf in Basel - Heel centraal gelegen en toch rustig. Vanaf het station goed te bereiken met de tram. Goed bed en mooie badkamer met bad. Klein keukenblokje met beperkte faciliteiten. Het was erg warm in de kamer.
