• Boyan (10/5): - The location is great, close to the Vatican. Convenient underground and bus stops nearby. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. The apartment is spacious and especially for big group like ours it was perfect (2 bathrooms, etc.) I feel a bit uncomfortable with our IDs (documents) being photographed at check-in. As per Italian law only the information from the documents is required, not photo of it.

• Ζωή (10/5): - Υπέροχη τοποθεσία, ήσυχη και κοντά σε αξιοθέατα και πρόσβαση με τα πόδια, επίσης είχαμε πολύ κοντά μετρό και στάση για λεωφορείο! Φιλόξενοι άνθρωποι, άνετο μεγάλο διαμέρισμα και πεντακάθαρο! Μας βόλεψε πολύ!
• Daniel (7/5): Apartamento bien aunque algo ruidoso - El apartamento está en una zona ideal, a 5 minutos del Vaticano y con la parada de metro muy cerca a 3 minutos. Fabrizio vino a hacer el check in a pesar de llegar tarde por la noche y fue muy amable con nosotros. Aunque el piso no está mal, los baños y la cocina están algo viejos. Además, regular el agua de la ducha era difícil: salía muy fría o muy caliente. Por último, al estar en un primero de una calle muy céntrica, había bastante ruido por la noche.

• Ander (9/5): Apartamentos en Ciudad del Vaticano - El apartamento está en una zona muy buena. Pegado al Vaticano y parada del metro a pocos pasos. Es una zona de tiendas y algunas pizzerías y supermercados. El apartamentos es grande, las camas cómodas y tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. No hay nada que no me gustase.

• Martin (10/5): Just perfect - We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Giulio Cesare Imperatore and couldn’t be more satisfied with everything. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and extremely well-equipped. The rooms are large and comfortable, with TVs in each one, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Having two bathrooms with two toilets was a huge advantage, especially for a group. The kitchen is modern, practical, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is simply perfect—very close to everything. It’s within walking distance of the Vatican and conveniently near a metro station, making it easy to explore all of Rome. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to the host who welcomed us. He was incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with useful tips and guidance that made our entire stay in Rome much more comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again!

• vindedze (7/5): Отличное месторасположение - Отличное месторасположение, близко метро, музей ватикана. Очень чисто Перепады воды из- за бойлера,то холодная- то горячая, кухня отдельно от гостиной с обеденным столом, мало кружек и многие из них с колотыми краями, старый чайник у которого отсутствует свисток, который оповещает о том ,что чайник вскипел, холодильник сильно морозит, заиерзло все ,что лежало на полке.

Apartament przestronny - 3 pokoje, kuchnia, 2 łazienki. Przemiły właściciel i bardzo ugodowy. Serdecznie polecam!!! W mojej ocenie przydałoby się odświeżenie mieszkania bo widać "ślady użytkowania".
• Claire (8/5): Great location, period flat in convenient block - amazing location - so many restaurants and sites within easy walk. comfy beds and spacious flat in lovely building communication over the keys wasn't straightforward so we were outside waiting for half an hr a little bit basic inside, small kitchen, no dishwasher. no plug socket for the microwave so i accidentally unplugged the fridge
• Francisco (9/5): una gran estadia en Roma. - excelente departamento, amplio y comodo (nosotros eramos 3). la persona que nos entregó las llaves fue muy cordial y nos dia varios consejos. todo limpio y ordenado. las habitaciones y camas comodas. la cocina muy funcional y bien equipada y habia cafe de grano de cortesia entre otras cosas. la ubicación es inmejorable, la avenida donde esta ubicado es hermosa, esta a 6 cuadras de la plaza San Pedro, hay estacionamiento pagado a dos cuadras. los baños funcionales pero un poco antiguos y al ducharse se juntaba agua en el drenaje (quizas un poco tapado) y salia agua para afuera de la ducha.
• Eric (8/5): Fijn appartement op een toplocatie - De locatie was top en er was voldoende ruimte in het appartement. Ook de host is erg vriendelijk en reageert snel. De douches waren niet heel fijn en het is was ook erg warm in het appartement.
• Pedroooo (9/5): Muy recomendable: buena ubicación, limpio y buena comunicación con propietario - Apartamento con dos habitaciones muy amplias (ambas con cama doble + una cama individual). Camas cómodas. Tiene dos baños con ducha. Limpieza del apartamento muy buena, buena calidad de toallas y sábanas. Cocina bien equipada, se agradece que haya azúcar, café, aceite, vinagre etc. Ubicación buena, a 10 minutos andando de la Plaza de San Pedro. Metro muy cerca del apartamento. Apartamento situado en calle segura y amplia, con todo tipo de servicios alrededor. Comunicación fácil y rápida con el propietario. Recomendaría poner un lavavajillas en la cocina, no tiene.

• Uwe (1/5): Wenig Leistung für viel Geld - Die Lage in der nähe des Vatikan und der U-Bahn-Haltestelle. Die Bilder haben wenig mit der Realität zu tun. Die Fenster haben Doppelverglasung, bieten aber keinen Schallschutz und das an einer wirklich lauten Straße. Aus einem Bad wurden zwei gemacht, die jetzt beide viel zu klein und in einem erbärmlichen Zustand sind (Siehe Bilder). Sich auf die Toilette zu setzen ist ein Abenteuer, es ist alles lose. In einem Bad war die "Duschabtrennung" komplet hinüber und wurde durch einem billigen Vorhang ersetzt. Der Spermüll steht noch in der Küche. Die auf der Homepage angepriesene Kaffemaschine war defekt. Nach der Reklamation wurde diese einfach entfernt und der Hinweis gegeben, man solle einfach Mokka trinken. Die Frage nach Weingläsern wurde dahingehend beantworte, dass sowas nicht gestellt wird, da die Gäste immer alles kaputt machen. Küche samt Ausstattung und Möbel in Bad und Wohnzimmer scheinen von der Resterampe zu sein. Da ist keine Qualität. Die Betten sind kurz, aber okay. Die Helligkeit der Bilder gibt es genausowenig wie den Teppich, der Wohnlichkeit aufzeigen soll. Der Gardrobenständer ist mit Klebeband zusammengebaut. Zur Beschreibung. Den angebriesenen Stadtblick gibt es nicht, die vollausgestattete Küche ist gestrunzt. Die Behauptung, dass öffentliche Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen ist gelogen. Das Kostenpflichtige Parkhaus ist ca. 350m enfernt und hat im Sommer 2025 20€ pro Tag gekostet. Besonders witzig ist die Sonderausstattung "Blick auf den Innenhof". Dabei schaut man durch ein Gitter auf einen komplett runtergerockten Innenhof, in dem akteull auch noch Bauarbeiter lärmen. Zusammenfassung: Finger weg Nachtrag: Der Vermieter schreibt in seiner Antwort, das bei der Aussage "Mit kostenlosem WLAN und Stadtblick, ist die Unterkunft" garnicht die Unterkunft gemeint ist, sondern das wenn man aus dem Haus geht, man die vatikanischen Mauern sehen kann. Da bin ich ja froh, das ich für das WLan nicht auch auf die Straße gehen musste. Ich hoffe, die Bilder werden bald freigegeben.
• Rosemarie (9/5): Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt. Praktische Wohnung für mehrere Personen, sehr gut gelegen. - Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, wir konnten zu Fuß zum Vatikan und zur nächsten U-Bahn-Station laufen. Für uns sechs Personen war die schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit zwei Bädern ideal. Es gibt Supermarkt und Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir haben auch den Taxi Service vom Flughafen zur Wohnung genutzt. Am Abreisetag konnten wir unser Gepäck sogar bei einem Luggage Service in der Nähe lassen, weil unser Flug erst später ging. Kleiner Hinweis: Bei der Warm-/Kaltwasser-Einstellung muss man etwas hin und her probieren, dann funktioniert es schon.

• Diane (6/5): Rome is beautiful. - Clean and spacious in good location close to metro and Vatican The hot water is a huge issue. We couldn’t regulate it to shower. It would start off scalding hot and then turn to cold almost immediately. There was no mention of this at check in. I see reports of this in the comments.
• Louise (9/5): Fabrizio was wonderful and very responsive to our needs; great apartment - Beautifully laid out property with large rooms nicely decorated. Added bonus having two bathrooms with showers with a bidet in one. The location is wonderful. A very short walk to the Vatican Museum which is great. Directly outside the Apartment is a wonderful cafe restaurant, lots of food places, Cineplex, pharmacy, and little corner supermarket. Absolutely brilliant. I would recommend an electric kettle as the gas stove one takes ages to heat up and you have to stand over it. I would also recommend an inventory of the crockery as there are so many plates but only one tea cup albeit a lot of mugs. Two tiny little suggestions

In order to get hot water in one shower we had to turn on the kitchen faucet. The door was also broken in that shower. The other shower had no hot water. The host came to fix these things right away but was unable to.

Fabrizo is an excellent host. He replied to all messages quickly and arranged transfers from and to the airport, which was a big help. I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone looking to visit Rome :)

Although we didn’t do any cooking, the apartment was well equipped. I would stay here again. property would benefit from an electric kettle.

• Boric (8/5): Our stay was great, I am so happy that we got to experience this city with our kids.... - The location of the apartment is really great. Everything is so close and quickly accessible, especially since the Metro station is 50m away. The pictures of the apartment are very true to how it looks like in real life. We took the keys from Alejandro, who we waited for at least 1-1,5 hour in front of the building with 4 children. This wouldn't have been a problem if Alejandro hadn't call or leave messages that he will be there very soon. The information should have been realistic so we would organize our time in a different way. We knew we were coming to the city center, so I expected a lot of noise. Sirens ( I quess police and ambulance) are heard all night, traffic is and it's really quite noisy There was some problems with the additional expense of the city tax that through Booking we got an info that it would be 28€ ( and it is payed only for adults) but it turned out that is 84€ and is payed for all of us ( 6 people in total ). It is a big difference but also if we were informed about this in time we wouldn't be surprised with this additional cost. I am not sure whose fault this is but this needs to be corrected so your guests don't feel cheated.

The metro was just up the street connecting you to the city, as was the Vatican, so really perfect if you want see around. There are loads of nice restaurants close by and was the perfect base. Fabrizio took the time to map out some places we should go and visit and was a great host. The main road outside was little noisy but there is very little you can do about that. Wouldnt put me off staying.
