• Virginie (2/5): VETUSTE ET SALE - Dans le centre et face à la mer Difficile d'accès, impossible de se stationné, ni même pour décharger, très bruyant, camions poubelles très tard et tôt le matin. Appartement vétuste, sale, honteux de louer à 125€ la nuit et demander en plus un supplément pour le linge de lit et de toilette, pas de prix stipulé dans l'annonce, nous sommes passé de 40€ le kit à 20€, c'est un peu à la tête du client Pas très honnête. Tout était sale et en mauvais état. Appartement à fuir, pas de bouilloire, pas de grille pain, 2 petites cuillères pour 4, juste le minimum concernant la vaisselle, honteux. Nous avions pris l'appartement pour éviter de faire tous les repas à l'extérieur, mais étant donné l'état, nous avons petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner à l'extérieur. Jusqu'aux lits qui paraissaient déjà avoir été utilisés. Scandaleux !!!! Des affaires de l'ancien locataire étaient restées. Chaussette sous le canapé, polo dans la penderie de l'armoire. Quand j'ai averti la propriétaire elle m'a dit que c'était la première fois mais quand je vois les commentaires, l'appartement n'est pas propre et ce n'est pas la première fois. Pas envie de poser ses affaires ni même de dormir dans leur lit. D'ailleurs lit de la chambre principale, peu confortable et pas agréable de se retrouver au milieu du lit l'un sur l'autre car le matelas devrait être changé. Bref tout à refaire, il n'y a que la terrasse qui est agréable et encore ....

• Omar (10/5): Très bon séjour, appartement agréable et bien situé. Je le recommande vivement - J’ai beaucoup aimé l’emplacement, proche de tout et très pratique. L’appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et la terrasse est vraiment agréable avec une belle vue. L’accueil était chaleureux et le séjour globalement très confortable Rien de vraiment négatif, tout s’est bien passé. Quelques petits détails pourraient être améliorés, mais cela n’a pas impacté notre séjour

• Frank (9/5): Excellent location and good facilities - The location was unbeatable, just a few steps from the beach with a great view. Many restaurants in easy walking distance and good facilities. There was no kettle, so we had to make tea in the microwave.

• Claudio (1/5): NO RECOMENDABLE - Nada.Es evidente que el propietario no sabe nada de turismo. Puede y debe dejar algo de cortesía ( como agua, galletas, café, etc) para no salir corriendo el 1er. día. Son 2 pesos que si quiere puede incluirlo en el precio final. Estaba sucio y pegajoso, y me hizo dejarle 15€ antes de irme porque lo dice Booking ( cosa que no dice). Se los dejé para que se los meta en el ORTO bien adentro. Rata...pone aunque sea papel higiénico! Y compra una cortina de baño cimpleta ( no recortes cocidos)El checkout según Booking era a más tardar a las 12:00 h, le pedí irme 12:30 h y me contesta que me tengo que ir a las 11:00 h!!! Había hormigas por toda la casa ( falta de limpieza), una capa impresionante de hielo en el freezer y en la heladera misma...falta de limpieza y mantenimiento, y así puedo seguir con un montón de detalles, pero en definitiva....no es un lugar para recomendar 🤬 Mugre, mala atención, desastre😡

• Chien-An (8/5): 離海邊近，費用不會到很高，離老城區也很近。 - 離海邊走路5分鐘內，非常近，空間很大，我覺得很舒服，但夏天應該很熱，我們在秋天抵達。 住宿時booking已經收過打掃費用，不需用再支出，房東會讓你多收，不需用支付，地板有點沙沙的，感覺沒有打掃，剩下的都很不錯。
• Kitti (10/5): Nagyon jó hely, közel a part és a szórakozó helyek. - Hatalmas terasz tengerre néző kilàtàssal. Mivel a parton végig vendèglàtó egységek vannak,hajnal 2-3 kor még üvegcsörömpölések, kiabàlàsok, kukàs autók hangja zavarta a pihenést.

• Girish (7/5): Nothing much to complain or sum it up as we just were there one night just to sleep - Absolutely great location. Very close to the beach, old town and millions choices of restaurants. Unfortunately very noisy, as the building was going through construction and the workers started work at 6 AM. As there is only one portable cooler in the house, all windows and doors were open through the night and very noisy. Will be a great idea for the owner to buy 2 more portable coolers.

The view from the apparnment was nice and very quiet at night so it was very easy to sleep. The apartment has everything we needed. There was construction going on downstairs so it was hard to carry the luggage.

• Kay (6/5): Beautiful location, but unfortunately little sleep for two weeks. - The location was good. Close to old town and the beach. It had a nice sea view terrace The web site stated air conditioning. There was only a plug-in fan type unit. This didn’t cool the rooms, and if you opened the windows the noise outside all night made it impossible to sleep. Emptying recycle bins, people partying. ☹️ Would only book there again if a proper air conditioning was installed, with a condenser outside. This would block the noise.

Also, the guest was flexible about the check-in time, as we arrived at the end of the day. The couple bed was very unconfortable, and the pillows were not good either.

• A (8/5): A very well located flat next to the Beachfront n near the city centre..... - The flat has an excellent location but both booking.com n the owner SHOULD NOT ADVERTISE that the flat is Air conditioned because all it has is a small personal air cooler....the other facilities like refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave n electric kettle alongwith a cooking range ,dishes pots and pans, cutlery and crockery were all there n in working condition. Rafael was a good host n responsive..... That the apartment had no air-conditioning n unless u left the door n windows open there wasn't any ventilation.In view of the above we should be refunded at least 30% of the tarrif as we suffered the lack of ventilation n bear the heat...

This was not stated on the booking.com site. When I challenged him on this, he stated it was just a recommendation. This is not good. The location was nice, but the stay turned into a nightmare. We couldn't take a shower because the sink was clogged, causing sewage to back up whenever we tried to use it. This happened even when we just wanted to wash our hands. It was absolutely disgusting! We informed the host, but he only apologized through WhatsApp and didn't bother to come check the problem or offer a solution. As a result, we had to find alternative places to shower, like the beach or other facilities outside the apartment. We have booked several places last week in Spain and unfortunately this was the most expensive stay, not helpful and discusting experience we had. The location was nice, but the stay turned into a nightmare. We couldn't take a shower because the sink was clogged, causing sewage to back up whenever we tried to use it. This happened even when we just wanted to wash our hands. It was absolutely disgusting! We informed the host, but he only apologized through WhatsApp and didn't bother to come check the problem or offer a solution. • Free (8/5): Very good - The apartment is clean and well equipped. It is located in the proximity of a nice pedestrian area and close to the beach. The sea can be also seen through the neighbouring buildings while having a cup of coffee on the balcony. The address was not easy to find and the host did not speak English as to be able to provide us guidance over the phone. The tube in the bathroom was poorly maintained. Moreover, we were very bothered by the fact that we were requested to pay, at checkout,10 euro for cleaning. This amount was on top of the price we paid on Booking.com and was not a kind request but a must. And we stayed for only one night and haven't used the kitchen at all.
