- Karthic (7/5): Good - It was all communicated in advance through the booking app. Felt like the facility was a bit over priced comparing to the places near by.
- Leo (10/5): Very enjoyable experience - Very well maintained and clean site. Hut facilities first class including heating and hot water. Outside terrace and garden area very useful and reasonably private.
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, tidy, very nicely finished inside and out. Would highly recommend, 5 min walk into Brixham harbour.
- Terry (9/5): Fantastic and spotlessly clean huts, lovely site only a short walk from the stunning harbour - Spotless site and hut, everything you could need in beautifully laid out accommodation, really friendly helpful staff and evidence of continuing development/improvements. Will definitely be back. Our only minor blemish was the sofa bed seemed faulty and we couldn't get it to lie flat, we didn't feel it worthy of complaining about but did mention it upon departure.
- Hannah (9/5): Perfect place to curl up for the evening and escape the world. Will come again! - Great location, near the town. Beautiful decor, all recently done and felt like a real treat!

Shower was amazing. Lack of surfaces in the bathroom, could benefit from a shelf.

- Graham (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, well equipped, comfortable
- Ali (1/5): Think twice before wasting your money staying here. Unclean facilities, poorly managed and rude, unprofessional staff. - Unfortunately, nothing was acceptable about this property. when we came to make the bed up we noted that there were stains (looked like old blood) on the fitted sheet. We text the Warden and explained the sheets were not clean, he told us they were clean and eventually offered to replace the fitted sheet for another. During this time we had noted there was no hot water (it was 2030 and we were hoping to shower) we asked the warden about the hot water and he said it was working and he’d just spent 30K on the system… he eventually explained the immersion probably wasn’t switched on and told us to find the switch (behind the sofa!!!) and it would heat up within minutes. We waited 15mins and it still wasn’t warm so we called him again and got the same response.
After 45 minutes there was still no hot water (not even warm). As we have a 2 year old we needed warm water and it was now 2115. We made the decision to leave to go to a hotel as we didn’t feel we were getting anywhere with the hut. We drove 8 miles to another hotel due to other places being booked. This is not something you do unless completely dissatisfied and a place is uninhabitable.
We also found the hut to be unclean overall - it is a tiny space and a deep clean wouldn’t take longer than an hour… there was a dirty sock left in the hut, under the sofa (when we moved it to get to the switch) were crumbs and dirt and fluff, and the bathroom had pubic hair on the floor by the shower and urine stains to the underside of the toilet seat. This confirmed that we wouldn’t be staying atw the hut. We contacted them on the number provided (the warden) but had no reply until 2230 when we had already left - to say the hot water was working. We requested a refund via booking.
- Louise (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicola (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely staff, the huts were brand new and very well equipped. I will definitely be returning next summer!
