• Margot (9/5): - Wonderful stay. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Always willing to help where they can. Location is good, close to the beach and 10min walk from town and all the restaurants. It’s not in the heart of the town but super nice with the pool and facilities. Good breakfast!

• Creemers (9/5): Een relaxed verblijf! - Heerlijke kamer, fijne badkamer, goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, goede standplaats om vandaar de westkust te verkennen en ‘s avonds bij het zwembad nog even te ontspannen!
• Costea (10/5): Great hotel! - We had a great surprise as the administrator upgrade our room to a bigger one- family room. The hotel was very clean, great towels- white and new, great pool - clean, warm but not touch clor smell. Close to the beach. The break fast options were limited.
• Tai (4/5): Good location but outdated room facilities - We liked the location in front of beach with plenty of parking. Within 10min walking distance to ferry port and tourist area. Property is dated. AC is too loud to keep on at night for sleeping. We had to turn it off for sleeping. Shower is step over bath type with glass shower screen that did not stop water from floor tiles. Shower is hand held type that can be slotted at head height. But this was angled at position that was not over head. This was due to small window adjacent to the shower slot.

• Barbu (6/5): More like 3 star hotel due to service - Balcony- nice size and nice balcony furniture, even had clothes rack. Faced the pool and sea and the mountain and we could hear the waves which was really nice. Room - good size, big windows, plenty storage, good bed, we liked the furniture, the mini fridge was usefull. Pool - had different areas with pool lounges, no music during the day which we appreciate it, pool furniture very good with thick chairs, pillows and textile umbrellas. Pool guy also very discreet. Showers and toillets on premises. Breakfast - good variety of eggs, fruits, breads, even though there is an instant coffee machine, more towards the exit, there is a machine that brews fresh coffee which i was very happy to see. Overall breakfast pleased us. What we did not enjoyed is the feeling that no matter what you say, it s the client s fault: the fact that there are 2 persons at reception but we had to wait 15 min for somebody and even called hotel phone, it s on us for not being understable that they are people and also need to have coffee at the bar, in the same time. The fact that the hair dryer is really noisy, gets hot in your hand and is on the wall, is the clients fault for stealing the previous ones detachable. Bathroom - overall has an outdated style looking more like someones bathroom than a 4 star hotel. Fixures are very cheap looking and the ceiling paint is falling apart. Tv - aldough smart, doesn t connect to Youtube or Internet and we could only see radio channels, no cable. We gave up using it. Parking - it is mentioned plenty but there are actually about 5 or 6 places on paved ground in front of the hotel and some on the grass which in middle of September, were always full also. We had to park in front of the next hotel..not sure if it was theirs or that is what street parking is. Pool - missing a hand rail to get in and out. As a person with an walking issue, i was struggling a little to get in and out. I don t require special help, but all pools have a rail. Housekeeping - on the first cleaning, foot towel was not replaced. The glasses were never replaced. I did washed them with hand soap but in 3 days if you see them used with wine, i would at least expect new clean ones at least once. Breakfast - the iron pots used for hot dishes, are a hazard. The lids are very heavy to lift and very hot. I lifted one and burned my arm on the lamp above. Room plug outside of the wall. Room has a coffee machine but you only get 2 capsules. When i mentioned it at the reception i was told we only get 2 no matter the duration and the rest are by payment. I was told at check in about the complimentary bottle of water but there was no info about the coffee capsules.

• PetyaBo (10/5): - The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the location is excellent. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help or give recommendations. Breakfast was very good – fresh, varied, and satisfying every morning. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely recommend it to others visiting Lefkada! Оur room, although lovely with a great sea view, faced the pool and hotel entrance. At times, especially late at night, we could hear other guests returning from parties, which was a bit noisy.

Amplasarea pe plaja, imprejurimile, totul este superb. personalul era cam plictisit... nu am vazut pe nimeni zambind, decat personalul care facea curatenie... receptia (front desk) cred ca abia asteptau sa se termine totul... se simtea ca este sfarsit de sezon...
• Lykos66 (9/5): Gemütliches Hotel - Der Pool war klasse. Das Zimmer schön modern und sauber . Der Spaziergang in den tollen Ort Vasiliki am Meer entlang ist toll und man ist in ca 10 Minuten dort. Insgesamt eine gute Wahl. Das Frühstückbuffet und der Frühstüchsbereich fand ich nicht sehr ansprechend und nicht sehr ordentlich bzw. sauber.

• Hionia (8/5): Over all it wasn’t horrible but I don’t think I would go back. - Very welcoming, great location. Newly renovated. Breakfast was included and was what was expected. The shower was very small, too small to shower comfortably and corroded around the bottom. For a boutique adults only hotel, Water bottles weren’t replaced at all. Only one time. Bath Towels weren’t replaced ever. only floor towels were replaced . The mattress was horrible. Too hard, got up with aches and pains.
• Jonas (6/5): Hotel in guter Lage mit großem Verbesserungspotential - Die Lage des Hotels war super. Direkt am Strand von Vasiliki gelegen und damit auch eine Vielzahl an Tavernen fußläufig erreichbar. Auch der Poolbereich hat uns gut gefallen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war okay. Das Personal im gesamten Hotel sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer (wir hatten ein Standardzimmer) war sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Angefangen im Bad aus dessen Abfluss ein sehr eigenartiger Geruch kam. Der Föhn sowie die restlichen Armaturen bräuchten auch mal wieder eine Modernisierung. Das Bett und die restlichen Möbel haben offensichtlich auch schon bessere Zeiten gehabt. Der Balkon war zur Hauptstraße ausgerichtet, weshalb es sehr laut war und wir den Balkon deshalb auch nicht genutzt haben. Alles in allem also kein Zimmer zum Wohlfühlen und wir waren nicht gerade traurig das Zimmer nach 3 Nächten wieder zu verlassen. Außerdem ließ die Qualität beim Frühstück teilweise zu wünschen übrig. Der Kaffee aus den üblichen Hotelautomaten war wohl der schlechteste den wir bei unseren ganzen Hotelaufenthalten serviert bekommen haben. Auch die Säfte wurden aus Automaten serviert, wobei das Pulver für O-Saft während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht nachgefüllt wurde und der Multi-Saft auch ehr an gefärbtes Wasser erinnerte. Insgesamt für uns ehr ein 3 Sterne Hotel.

• Frederico (8/5): Highly recommend, perfect location - Great location, right in front of the beach with easy access to the most beaches, with a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was very nice and the hotel has great and well kept facilities. Just little things like the bathroom and sheets could be a little better. Our sink was dropping water underneath and the sheets were not very comfortable.

• amalia (9/5): - I loved the location, beach right in front of the motel, and a short walk to Vasiliki town centre. The room was modern and clean. We had a balcony with a view to the beach. The partitions between the balconies were glass, so there was no privacy from the neighbouring balconies. The TV offered no Greek or English options. Not enough storage.

• Denisa (7/5): Locatie ok, personal amabil - Locatia aproape de plaja, existenta piscinei, micul dejun este cam acelasi in fiecare zi insa este bun, ai ce alege, balcon mare la camera aleasa. Baia necesita renovare: cabina de dus plina calcar/rugina, apa se scurge sub cabina de dus. Cada (jacuzzy) a fost folosita 1 data in tot sejurul (duzele nu pareau ca au fost curatate iar apa nu se scurgea deloc din cada- scurgerea infundata). Nota a fost data pentru baie. Am observat ca inainte de utilizarea piscinei nu se folosea dusul semn ca ar trebui insistat asupra mesajelor de igiena sau o semnalizare mai mare a bailor de langa piscina.

• Emily (3/5): Do not stay here - There is not much good to say about this hotel. It may have once been high quality but certainly no longer. Where do I start? The hotel itself is in desperate need of a renovation and update- very very dated. It advertises as having a ‘fitness centre’ this consisted of three or four out of date machines- all broken. The pool was filthy for the first two days we were there and closed for the third. The man at reception was rude and dismissive and if you needed him for anything you had to go and find him drinking at the bar.

• Michele (2/5): Lovely area, worst hotel and hotel staff I’ve ever stayed in - Its location was lovely The staff (apart from Pierre) rude including the manager Noisy next to a road. Curtains don’t fit the windows so not blackout Arguments between manager and staff shouting at each that happened on more than one occasion by the pool. Feel very unwelcome to be a guest. Will not recommend and ever stay there again.

Breakfast was great with lots of variety, including dairy free options The furniture in the rooms could be updated a little. A proper hairdryer would also be an added bonus rather than the wall than the wall contraption!
• Ksawery P (8/5): - Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko do bazy windsurfingowej (ClubVass). Śniadania dobre , do syta. Basen czysty z ciepłą wodą. Miła obsługa. Głośna klimatyzacja w pokoju. Dostaliśmy pokój z widokiem na ulicę - dość głośno pomimo zamkniętego balkonu, drzwi do pokoju też nie tłumią hałasu samochodów.

Ils nous a été demandé de changer de chambre durant notre séjour pour qu au final après avoir refait nos valises on nous laisse la chambre initiale. Une réservation de 2 lits doubles correspond en fait à un lit double et un canapé lit …

• Petr (9/5): Pobyt bychom zde klidně zopakovali, dobrý personál i občerstvení, pohodlné a čisté ubytování. Mohu jen doporučit. - Velice příjemný personál, hlavně pan Pierre. Za mě fakt úžasné snídaně!!! Dobrý bazén u hotelu s dostatečným počtem lehátek a dobrá dopravní dostupnost všude, u hotelu je i parkování. Dobře funkční klimatizace a dispozice vody na recepci. Prázdný osvěžovač vzduchu na wc, který dělal nepříjemné zvuky v noci. Na wc byl cítit odpad.
• Andrew (4/5): Disappointing - not a 4* hotel - Very clean rooms (although see below). Nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Great location close to the beach and short walk to bars and restaurants. Poor, very disappointing breakfast - processed cold meats and cheese, uninviting hot choices. No breakfast tea (had to provide our own). Although room was clean - staff didn't clean glasses nor cups, didn't tidy towels - small things but usually expected in a 4* hotel. Beds very hard! Biggest disappointment was the staff: - Manager/owner not very welcoming when we arrived early. We had booked a deluxe double and a standard double but both rooms were twin rooms and the same - standard not deluxe despite paying extra; the manager avoided my query at check-in about the standard of the 2 rooms. -Other staff - 1 in particular seemed to be doing all of the work. No smiles/greetings from any staff - responded only when spoken to - staff training issue here. - Reception area usually not staffed so no-one to ask questions, for recommendations etc

The breakfast was average, the food quality seemed poor for a 4 star hotel. The price per night we paid was hugely overpriced.

The pool was a lovely temperature and all the facilities were so clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel! Nothing - we loved it.

• Sanja (10/5): - We got a room upgrade so everything was great from the very start :)Breakfast has a variety of foods from sweet to savoury, and staff is always mindful of cleanliness and freshness of food. You can eat by the pool. The hotel has some parking spots next to it and there’s a larger unpaved parking towards the beach. Overall we were happy with our stay, the hotel is very clean and the beach is nearby.

• Louise (6/5): Pleasant stay but hotel was overpriced. - Clean rooms, lovely breakfasts, friendly staff, good proximity to the beach. The fitness centre was very disappointing. Nothing worked properly, and no free weights. The swimming pool was too shallow. Paid the price of a 4 star hotel but felt more like a 3 star hotel.

• Dragos (1/5): Not recommended, dirty room and bad smell - Only the restaurant manager is focused on the job and friendly with the customers. I am writing to report a concerning incident that occurred on the first day of my stay, July 22, 2025. Upon discovering that the floor in my room was dirty and sticky, I immediately contacted the hotel receptionist manager to bring it to his attention. When I showed him the issue, he contradicted me and raised his voice, insisting that the room had been cleaned. I then used a napkin dampened with water to demonstrate that the stains were clearly visible and could be wiped away. As he was leaving and walking towards the reception area, he cursed at me in Greek. I informed him that I understood what he said, and he denied having used any offensive language. I do not know the reception manager's name, but he is a heavy-set individual who wears eyeglasses with red frames. This incident occurred in front of the reception desk, where there should be camera recordings available for investigation. The next morning, I informed the restaurant manager about the condition of the room. He apologized and assured me someone would clean the room. Later that afternoon, when I returned to the hotel, I found the floor cleaned. I kindly request that the hotel's higher management investigate this matter thoroughly. I paid for 4* hotel , but unfortunately Elisso should not have more than 2*.
• Anna (9/5): Great hotel with everything you need for special stay in Vasiliki - Loved everything at Elisso. 2nd time staying in Vasiliki and by far the best stay. Beautiful fresh breakfast with a little bit of variety each day. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Perfect location. Comfortable rooms and beds, nice pillows. My parents had a room on the roadside which was a little noisy at times but still manageable.

• Dawn (6/5): We had a pleasant stay but the hotel is not 4 star. The breakfast was lovely and the staff in the breakfast area very he - The property is in a good location with just a short walk to access to the beach. We were fortunate to have a room facing the beach whereas some rooms that are on the road side could potentially be noisy. Considering we were in a deluxe suite I would definitely not rate it as this. The room was small with not much room to manoeuvre. There was no facility to hang dresses for example. Storage space was minimal. We were told the room would be cleaned daily but this wasnt the case with the sink and batch often not touched. We did mention it to reception who didn’t really respond much. The balcony was not cleaned during the week we were there along with small pieces broken glass just outside our room on the pavement outside. We ended up picking them up.

• Krzysztof (9/5): Spokojny hotel i doskonała obsługa - Kameralny hotel, bez tłumów, świetna lokalizacja i widok, ładne meble i wypsażenie, wygodne i dostępne leżaki na basenie, smaczne i róznorodne śniadanie od 8 do 11, więc można się wyspać. Bardzo pomocny i życzliwy personel. Gdy przyjechaliśmy o 23 nasz pokój był nieposprzątany, ale personel umiał sobie z tym świetnie poradzić, więc to jest na plus, bo wpadki się zdarzają każdemu. Nic takiego!
• Katerina (8/5): - Krásný hotýlek ve 2.řadě u pláže uprostřed Vasiliki. Pěkné moderní pokoje, velmi dobré snídaně. U bazénu téměř vždy volno. Velmi příjemný personál v restauraci! Ne všechen personál hovořil AJ, někdy se stalo, že uklízečky zapomněly úplně uklidit pokoj. Na terase v pokoji pro 4 osoby pouze 2 křesílka. Chyběly věšáky na ručníky a plavky, takže z většiny balkonu visely ručníky a plavky přes zábradlí...

• Hadar (10/5): חופשה מופלאה, כמובן שנחזור! - ארוחת הבוקר הייתה ברמה גבוהה מאד, עשירה ומפנקת, טרייה! הצוות אדיב ונעים, שירותי מאד, דאג לכל מה שביקשנו והכל בחיוך ובאהבה. צוות המלון שירותי וחייכן, ישנה תחושה משפחתית במלון, שכן הם דאגו לנו להמלצות על מסעדות וטיולים מסביב! כמובן שנשוב למלון זה!

• Raluca Andreea (6/5): Raportul calitate pret este mult sub limita. Nu as recomanda acest hotel, decat daca vor investi mai mult in personalul - O sa incerc sa o ofer o recenzie cat mai corecta, poate va ajuta si alti turisti. 1. Locatia este foarte buna, la maxim 5 minute pana la plaja si la 10-12 min de mers pe jos pana in port. 2. Camerele sunt mari, spatioase, frumos aranjate, iar balconul este si el foarte mare cu o priveliste frumoasa asupra statiunii. 3.Micul dejun este bun si diversificat. 4. Personalul hotelului este amabil in proportie de 90%. Managerul a fost de acord sa ne schimbe datele rezervarii pentru ca am avut o problema in familie. 1. Curatenia este sub orice critica. Am gasit praf pe tablia patului in cantitate mare, impreuna cu pete pe lenjeria de pat. Am gasit panze de paianjen la tablia patului si langa chiuveta impreuna cu paianjeni foarte mari. Draperiile si perdele sunt murdare si pline de praf. In prima zi in timp ce era la micul dejun a sosit domnisoara de langa curatenie si a dat cu mopul. Inca era ud cand am intrat si am ramas in soseste, s-au facut negre in doua minute. Am gasit pete pe capacul de la WC si cada era murdara. 2. Nu se trage apa la toaleta. Am avut doua camere rezervare si la ambele era aceeasi problema. Este sub orice critica ca la un hotel de 4 stele sa fie nevoie sa tragi apa la toaleta de 3-4 ori. 3. Nu este bine izolat. Se aude tot. Barul de la piscina are muzica deschisa pana in jurul orei 11:30 si se aude tare si clar. La fel cum se aude si toata lumea care intra/iese toata noaptea din hotel si masinile de pe strada principala. 4. Este plin de tantari in camera. Camerista cand soseste deschide geamul sa aerisească si cum nu sunt plase de tantari la toate camerele, intra foarte multi. Am omorat peste 15 tantari.

• marina (8/5): - Camera spaziosa, ottima colazione, staff gentile, vicinanza delle spiagge più belle dell’isola Manutenzione poco curata: malgrado le camere siano state interamente rinnovate da poco,nella nostra camera la cassetta di sicurezza era rotta e mancava la tenda oscurante (che è stata installata dopo due giorni).

• Gabor (4/5): matig, komen niet weer terug ! - kamers zijn prima, bedden goed, en badkamer eveneens goed. Personeel is absoluut niet OK, de hotelmanager deelde ons in een verkeerde kamer in en bleef de gehele week volhouden dat we in een andere kamer zaten, gevolg een keer of tien de sleutelkaart bij de receptie laten updaten. en excuses ho maar. Overig personeel kunnen niet echt heel veel, hele dag beetje hangen en als je iets vraagt duurt het een eeuwigheid. Schoonmakers zijn prima, moeten ze wel de goede kamer schoonmaken ! maak me zorgen als het echt druk gaat worden dan zou ik hier niet graag naar toe gaan.

• Ioana (5/5): Okay but not kind of place where you would like to go again . - Good if you got a car otherwise beach next to hotel is nothing special, staff on restaurant and bar very friendly . Overpriced for what you got , first hotel with swimming pool where was nobody using sun beds and pool . Average age of people frequently is +40 and not much things going on . Room very dated ,hairdryer get heated that you can’t hold it ,sockets coming out from walls . We had a internet issue after one day ,called reception and said technician not around but will attend after our check out .Not even coming to show interest . Staff okay but management not really .
