• Peter_tw (9/5): - 5❤️ 兩個卧室、一套衛浴、一個廚房、一個起居室、四個陽台。 廚房內有好的爐具、洗碗機、烤箱，足夠的餐具。 卧室夠大有陽台，有空調，床睡起來舒服。 起居室、餐廳連在一起，有附加陽台。 樓下是超市，四周是菜市場機能建全。 公寓在三樓，有一部電梯。 停車處不在地下室，要走路3分鐘，而且下雨天會積水。 浴室淋浴沒防水拉簾，洗過澡整個浴室會積水，水龍頭握柄是壞掉。

• Anna-Karin (10/5): Jag rekommenderar verkligen att åka till Albanien och bo i den här trevliga lägenheten! - Väldigt fin och välstädad lägenhet. Allt man behövde fanns där. Boendet låg i ett lugnt och bra område med marknader på gångavstånd. Värdparet var supertrevliga och hjälpsamma.

• Doriane (10/5): Excellent appartement dans un quartier idéal - La localisation tout proche du centre est idéale. L’appartement est grand, spacieux, moderne et fonctionnel. Absolument conforme aux photos La literie est très confortable. Il y a des stores occultants (ce qui est plutôt rare d’après notre expérience en Albanie). L’homme qui nous a accueilli est d’une extrême gentillesse et très serviable. Il à même réussi à me faire garer mon fourgon de plus de 6m quasiment au pied de l’immeuble ! Tout était parfait mais si on devait relever quelque chose de négatif, il était noté dans l’annonce qu’il y avait 2 salles de bain mais en réalité il n’y en avait qu’une seule. et on aurait apprécié du gel douche ( il n’y avait que du shampoing ) et un rideau ou une paroi de douche le bruit de la circulation pourrait gêner certaines personnes

TV is working. There is also a supermarket literally on the ground floor. What else would you need? Host was super friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend

Very responsive and kind hosts. Loved the Dzrale neighborhood! Vibrant, local restaurants, cafes, shops, outdoor and indoor markets, fresh fruits and vegetables. All right outside the apartment! No shower curtain or wall. Plenty of hot water though!

• Tatum (10/5): Easy, clean, and perfect - It was a lovely place & the host was even better. Great location. Just outside the central area so quiet at night. He helped plan our day trip as well as give us taxi information. All around a wonderful place that is very clean. It has air conditioning and a nice washing machine. Would stay here again.
• Serge Vermeiren (10/5): - Très bel appartement tout neuf. Très grand, très propre. La proprio est très accueillante et donne plein d adresses de restos, de bon plan. Shkodra est une ville charmante. Chouette cartiers animés le soir. Tout est proche, accessible à pied, à vélo.
• Karolína (10/5): Krásné nové ubytování v centru města! - Moc milý hostitelé, rychlá a vstřícná domluva. Možnost parkování v soukromé garáží v domě. Ubytování bylo čisté, plně vybavené a vše v super / novém stavu. Výborná lokalita (kousek do centra 5min chůze), k hradu Rozafa 30min. V blízkosti ubytování je několik obchodů s potravinami, včetně pekárny či několika kaváren. Ráno je možnost zavítat na místní tržnici pro čerstvé ovoce. Ubytování doporučuji! Vzhledem k naší skupince (5 lidí) bychom uvítali více klíčů od ubytování či možnost bezpečnostní schránky pro úschovu klíčů (pokud není možnost více klíčů) či schránka při check inu, aby majitelé nemuseli osobně klíče předávat. Majitelé mají několik apartmánů na jednom patře a během našeho pobytu jsme byli celkem 2 apartmánech. Celkem jsme strávili v ubytování 3 noci - 1 noc, následně noc v horách a poté jsme se vrátili na další 2 noci a dostali jsme jiný apartmán, který nebyl tolik komfortní pro 5 osob (pouze 1 koupelna) a gauč hned v průchozí části (obývací pokoj), což pro 5. osobu nebylo komfortní spaní.

It still worked out without a problem.

The owner was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. There was only one key, and as a family, it would have been more convenient to have an extra one. However, it was not a big issue at all.

• Nihat (9/5): İşkodra için fiyat performans sağlayan bir konaklama - Ev yeni inşaa edilmiş güvenlikli bir apartmanın 3. katında yer alıyor. 2 yatak odası bir salon ve 2 banyo olması oldukça konfor sağladı. Bina altındaki otoparkı kullanmak için günlük 3 euro talep edildi ve parayı bina yönetiminin aldığı söylendi. Hemen alt katta büyük bir market ve bina etrafında manav tarzı yerler var. Bina ve apartman yeni ama muhit biraz eskiden kalma eminönü tahtakale sokaklarını andıran bir çevrede yer alıyor. 1. günden sonra internet tamamen gitti, interneti 1 gün boyunca kullanamadık.

Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec Erlinda la propriétaire qui nous a aidé à organiser notre trip sur la rivière Shala le lendemain et qui s’est démenée pour me rendre mes lunettes, malencontreusement oubliée le matin même ! • Panos (10/5): - A cozy, clean and modern appartment, very close to the centre of the city. The host was very gentle. We delayed almost an hour because of a terrible traffic jam but he was patient to wait and welcome us. Value for money ther appartment, I fully recommend it.

The apartment was spotless and within easy walking distance to the main part of Shkoder where there are lots of bars, shops and restaurants and also a short drive to Lake Shkoder.. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and air conditioned, which is essential in August! The host met us at the apartment on arrival and was really helpful, even helping us book an excursion to Lake Komani and the Shala River, which was amazing. Would definitely recommend. Nothing - everything was perfect.

• Pierre-Yves (8/5): Très bon lieu de séjour avec commerces et services à côté - Appartement bien placé très proche du centre ville et des principaux lieux de visites (à côté du musée de la ville) et de vie (hormis le château de Rozafa et la mosquée de plomb à 3 km environ). Proximité de la place Sheshi Demokratia (700 m) où se trouvent les arrivées et départs des bus pour les autres villes d'Albanie. Logement très propre dans un immeuble neuf et suffisamment équipé pour un court séjour. Face au bazar et au stade de foot. Les propriétaires étaient très à l'écoute, réactifs et Erlinda nous a fait des suggestions de points d'attractions et de visites. Commerces alimentaires et marché tout à côté. Loueurs de vélos non loin. Bref un très bon lieu de séjour. Rien à redire.
