• Candy (10/5): Great views over the harbour - The property and the area. This is the second time we've stayed here and would definitely stay again when next we are in Ramsgate. If I was pushed for a negative, I would say that the mattress is a little too soft for us, as we prefer a firmer mattress.
• Gareth (9/5): A must stay in Ramsgate - The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything you could wish for. The location is ideal overlooking the marina, with the town centre and plenty of bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The only (minor) negative is the limited on street parking around the apartment.
• Andreas (9/5): Really great. - It was very clean and tidy and it is right by the marina, 5 seconds from restaurants. Josy was super helpful and communicated throughout whenever we had any questions and was very flexible about checkin and checkout times. The flat remained really cool even in the extreme heat outside. The water pressure for the cold water was very weak, which in 30 degrees is not ideal, having to shower with hot water… The mattress in the bedroom is very soft and bouncy so not ideal for anyone who prefers a firm surface to sleep on.

• Penny (8/5): Ramsgate surprised us, so much to do! It happened that the Dunkirk Little Ships were in the harbour! - The size of the lounge was excellent. The wi-fi worked brilliantly. Kitchen facilities were great. We loved being near the super Italian restaurant and good breakfast cafe. As we had no car, the LOOP bus, within four minutes walk, took us everywhere we wanted to go! Including the station! Disappointed with the view from the lounge window, ie, scaffolding! Also being unable to use the courtyard garden due to building works and not knowing that there were lots of steps down to the harbour front.

Josy the host was very good and easy to contact. Shops were right on your doorstep being just a couple of minutes walk away. I will be back again next year.

The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. The location was excellent and I was very impressed by Ramsgate and the restaurants, bars, beach and attractions around the town. Would highly recommend Parking was a nightmare

• Stanton (10/5): Home away from Home - EVERYTHING.....Josy was a great host with place that can only be described as a home away from home. The place is complete with all you need and then some. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, the harbour, and for those who like the trails, there's plenty if walking routes to choose. Ramsgate has so much to offer if looking for restful relaxed break...Marina Place your haven All good
• Peter (10/5): Perfect accommodation for our 3 night stay. Would recommend to others. - Good location within easy reach of Waitrose supermarket. Good size apartment perfect for two. Gas hob. Large television with access to streaming services. Heating very controllable. Ground floor access. Clean, modern attractive decor. Very attentive host. I suppose a parking space outside would be ideal but on street free parking in the area was not a problem. May be more difficult in the summer. Nothing else!

Central heating so nice and warm. Very welcoming host (lives upstairs). Ground floor so living room looked out on street but this was very quiet so not a problem.

The mattress was too soft for us, and some noise from the front door as the flat is located right next to main front entrance.

• Sharon (10/5): Amazing, highly recommended - We were the first guests at this property and extremely impressed with the beautiful apartment and location. Josy was there to meet us with the keys. The apartment was completely equipped with everything we needed. The decor was so fresh and clean and the apartment was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable as was the sofa in the lounge. The location was amazing, literally a step outside the front door and we were overlooking the Marina and the hill down to the picturesque town which has an array of lovely restaurants and bars. Just down the hill past the Marina is the largest Wetherspoons in the UK which is set out beautifully and has a 360 seating view upstairs outside, overlooking the sea, the Marina and the town. This was the first time we had come to Ramsgate and will most definitely be back. Thank you so much Josy for your welcome and amazing communication throughout :) Nothing could have been made better for our stay in this amazing apartment and beautiful part of Kent. We genuinely loved everything about it, we have no faults whatsoever
