• Monika (10/5): Elhelyezkedés és ár-érték arány tekintetében ettől jobban nem is tudtunk volna választani. - Központi, de biztonságos helyen, pár percre a legfőbb nevezetességektől, repülőtér fél órára a Havista busszal. A házigazda tüneményes, vendégszerető, segítőkész. A környék éjszaka is teljesen biztonságos. A mosdó lehetne nagyobb és fűthető.

• Liliana (10/5): Perfect stay - Kadir, the building manager, contacted us before our arrival and provided useful information about transportation to the property. Kadir also offered his help in organizing taxi pick-up from the airport. He was very supportive and helpful during our 8-night stay in Istanbul. The apartment is good, clean and spacious to host 6 people. Comfortable beds. The location of the apartment is great, walking distance to the mosques, the Palace and Basilica Cistern. Many affordable restaurants nearby. We had a very nice holiday.

The space itself is perfect for a short stay, very comfortable and close to all the main attractions, with easy access to public transport for exploring Istanbul. I highly recommend!
• Anna (7/5): - Bardzo miły gospodarz, udzielił wielu cennych rad i poczęstował świetną turecką herbatą. Dobra lokalizacja - można dojść spacerem do większości atrakcji. Wygodne i czyste łóżka. Polecam restaurację na przeciwko o nazwie Ziya BABA, bardzo smacznie i w dobrej cenie. Kuchnia i malutka łazienka zdecydowanie wymagają porządnego remontu a pokoje odświeżenia. • MIRELLA (7/5): - La posizione dell’appartamento è ottima e Kadir è un ottimo host, disponibile e attento al cliente. Le camere da letto sono grandi e confortevoli. La cucina non è attrezzata per cucinare. C’è una sola padella così rovinata da non poter essere utilizzata. Anche le stoviglie non erano sufficienti rispetto ai componenti della mia famiglia. Non sono riuscita pertanto a cucinare e abbiamo dovuto mangiare fuori sia a pranzo che a cena. Il lavandino del bagno molto piccolo.
• Mohamad Abu Huzaifah (10/5): Perfect hospitality - Kadir alone is enough for you to book this place. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed. From the arrival till the departure Kadir arranged everything perfectly for us. Communication with him was excellent and he always checked with on us and also gave tips to avoid tourist scam. The location is perfect just few minutes walk to the main attractions including blue mosque, Haghia Sophia and Top Kapi palace. There is a good restaurant just at the door step and a convenient store just 1 minute walk.

• Hendrik (7/5): Amazing location with friendly host, in the old town and an old apartment. - Location! Within a few minutes walk on Hippodrome Square with all the main attractions. Kadir also extremely friendly and helpful. Appartement is quite old, one air conditioner that has a tough time cooling the entire place (and therefore requires doors to the bedrooms to remain open. We did not use kitchen as it has seen better days. Shower temperature fluctuating and only a semi door.

• Надя (10/5): Great location - Comfortable apartment, with a great location, in a quiet and safe place. The main attractions in Istanbul - Hagia Sophia mosque, Topkapi Palace Museum, Basilica Cistern, Galata Tower are within walking distance. The rooms are well heated, the beds are comfortable. In the middle of the week the apartment was cleaned and the bed linen changed. The hostess Kadir is very kind. He organized a transfer to the airport for us, recommended restaurants, informed us about public transport. This was our first visit to Istanbul, but thanks to Kadir's assistance we had a wonderful holiday, without any difficulties. The kitchen and bathroom need improvement.

Close to all the bazaars, mosques, attractions and restaurants. Apartment was very clean and spacious. The beds were really comfortable especially after a long day. Kadir (the host) was always there to help us. House keeping also came to clean the apartment every 2 days. Very happy and satisfied with our time in this apartment. We will always return to Kadir and this apartment when we return to Istanbul. This place is 10/10 location-wise⭐️ Nothing at all ✅😊

It also has a nice restaurant at the opposite side of the street. The apartment is very basic but fine if you are exploring the city all day. • Angela (10/5): Comfortable appartment for six - It all started with communication with Kadir before arriving at the place, he helped us organize the taxi and punctual accommodation. A very kind person who supported us in everything. I loved the location, there are many places nearby to eat and buy souvenirs. Walking distance to the mosques and the Palace. In the surroundings all the people in the different establishments are very kind too. The bathroom is a bit uncomfortable because it is small and the water does not drain very well. But it remains very clean. The taxi is the most straightforward travel opption to get there, but I would recommend, in future opportunities, to tell visitors that there are other ways to get there, such as by train or bus, just it needs a little bit of walking.
• Patryk (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay in this apartment, which is perfectly located right next to Sultanahmet and within walking distance of Istanbul's most famous attractions. The two closest restaurants are, without a doubt, the best we've been to in Istanbul! There are also all the necessary shops nearby, and the street itself is a fantastic spot with lots to explore. The apartment has everything you need and is ideal for larger groups or families. The highlight is definitely the terrace with an amazing view. Kadir, our host, was fantastic—very friendly and helpful. We could reach out to him anytime with any question, and he always replied promptly. He seems to know everyone in the area and can arrange anything you might need. Highly recommended! The value for the price is unbeatable.

The location was excellent, with all attractions within walking distance and many restaurants and local shops on the same street. Kadir was friendly and communicated efficiently. The bathroom could have been better.

He arranged a free taxi to the airport. We were invited to dinner as well. Thanks for all he has done for us. The lights in the living room could be better.

• Julian (10/5): Great stay in the heart of Instanbul just minutes away from The Blue mosque - Perfect location, comfortable beds, and Kadir will make sure you get to it even in the busiest days :) (believe me - it is needed - old town gets really busy and is not for the faint of heart driving there :) ). It is an old house - but given that - all is good.

Host claim not to speak English and keep repeating that he is working and the condition is disgusting. There are holes in the room , videos taken, can not upload.

• Marta (1/5): They tried to scam us - Nothing, since we had to cancel the reservation due to the behaviour of the owners HIGHLY NOT RECCOMENDED We had a reservation for a 3 bedroom apartment for 4 people. When we arrived at what we tought was our apartment we realised it was actually a 1 bedroom flat with beds for 3 people and a regular sofa. Moreover the flat looked quite dirty. We were told it was a temporary solution but in any case we could accep that. They did not give us a proper solution so we had to cancel the reservation and look for another one at 2am.
