• Andrej (10/5): Comfortable stay with excellent service - The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the location of the hotel is excellent. A special mention goes to the staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and even featured local dishes; however, we missed having labels to show what the different foods were. Overall, a highly recommended stay!
• Androne (7/5): Very nice rooms, very poor breakfast, no SPA(at the moment) - First of all, a big kudos to the reception staff, especially to Emin! These guys are doing a great job and they managed to make our stay better. Then, the room is exactly like in the photos, very nice, clean, the bed was comfortable. It has the towels, slippers, a mini fridge, all the basics. A big pro are the windows which are 100% sound proof! SPA facilities were out of order. Our biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Lack of variety, and even of food. We went to breakfast 1h30 before it was supposed to end and all the plates were almost empty already, and the staff told us they will not refill those anymore as the chef is off and there is nobody to cook?! Coffee was not good either. Also, they must update the pictures of the breakfast location, as it takes place at -2 level, in a very small room with no windows (of course), not on the rooftop/last level, as it is shown here on Booking. One other mention for people with a light sleep, the bathroom vent is going non-stop with no option to turn it off and you can hear it in the room at night.

• Sigrist (8/5): - Sehr zentral gelegen und freundliches Personal Der WC Ständer war nicht befestigt und wir mussten ihn selber montieren, da niemand von der Haustechnik da war. Und die Türfalle ist auch ausgefallen.

Завтрак очень слабый, мало блюд и очень часто ничего не остаётся из основного блюда. время от времени пополняют закончившиеся блюда.

• Andrei 18 (9/5): Great value - Location, staff, design, surface of the room. Maintenance and cleanliness may be slightly improved. The toilet brush was broken and there was a dark smell in the bathroom. Tip: Maybe if the bathroom door could be locked on the open, it could air better.

The room was spacious and quiet, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Great location and very good service overall. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Stengdavosi atidaryti duris🙂 Vis paklausdavo ar viskas gerai. Vieta strategiškai patogi, nes netoli istorinis centras, tik triukšminga. Foto pusryčių erdvė nurodyta labai graži, o realybêje visai kita - rūsyje, be langų. Paaiškino, kad aną remontuoja.

Personnel accueillant et efficace. Literie confortable. Petites attentions (eau et tisanes). Bon rapport qualité prix. Le bruit des portes et des chambres (les clients y sont pour beaucoup malheureusement). L'odeur à tabac monte de la cour jusqu'à dans les chambres. Petit déjeuner peu continental côté sucré.

Przyjazny personel.Hotel sam w sobie jest piekny ,wystroj ,wnetrza ...bomba. Warto spradzic dobrze adres bo jest niezaktualizowany Hotel pomimo świetnej lokalizacji jest malo widoczny . Nazwa całkowicie zlewa sie z elewacja budynku co powoduje ze lokalni sklepikarze mieli nawet problem z okresleniem jego lokalizacji. Schody...zadnego podjazdu. Majac ciezkie walizki nie jest to najłatwiejsze zadanie zeby dostac sie do hotelu (wewnatrz jest winda ). Wi fi ....nie powinno byc w ofercie bo przez tydzien naszego pobytu dzialalo tylko 2 dni . Ciagle bład polaczenia i inne errory.( nadmienie ze to problem na roznych urzadzeniach ). No i kulminacja śniadania ....jesli zejdziesz o 7.30 cos zjesz. Pozniej braknie Ci nawet masla i pieczywa . Mizerne strasznie . Jak na hotel 4 * to sniadania sa dramatyczne .

И конечно местных сладостей, наприм - Номера соответствуют фотографиям, уютно, чисто, тихо, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Смена полотенец каждый день, воду и средства гигиены также каждый день добавляли. В ванной запах канализации. Но он не сильно напрягал, так как там все время работает вентилятор.
