- Soleille (9/5): Very nice details, comfortable and clean - very modern - Every detail was carefully considered to make the experience comfortable and premium. The decoration is cozy and functional. The pillows were extra comfy !! The place is one street away from the sea and there is a very nice restaurant connected to the hotel. The owner was very helpful and polite, thank you. The property sends a message upon booking to warn about the noise as the hotel is right across the steer from a big disco. The offer a full refund if you are not willing to endure the noise which is appreciated. This is the only downside about the place, definitely bring earplugs and be advised. For me it is not a reason not to book but it depends on sensitivity of each person.
- Elizabeth (1/5): Very Bad Hotel - The manager was friendly There was no duvet, just a sheet and folded blankets I didn't discover this until the evening. The bathroom smelled like a drain after using the toilet and the shower and the smell didnt go away. It was very loud until 4am, then people were searching through rubbish for bottles below my window as that was where the garbage was. I wasn't able to get a take away breakfast as I had an early start and was picked up by taxi at 7am

I nostri vicini al piano superiore si son "divertiti" parecchio, mi sembrava di essere in stanza con loro. Oltretutto, la sera c'é davvero tantissimo casino. Locali, discoteche ecc con musica a tutto volume. Senza tappi alle orecchie non dormite (e forse non bastano nemmeno quelli)

- Chizuru (7/5): - I already expected some noise, but my room was on the first floor right next to a bar, and it was quite loud until around 5 AM. I wasn’t really able to sleep well for a couple of nights because of it. That said, I guess it’s part of the travel adventure—especially when staying in a lively area! On the bright side, the room itself was nice, and the location was amazing—right inside Kaleiçi (the Old Town). I really enjoyed the late-night walks around the area, which made the experience still memorable. However, I didn’t appreciate a moment of miscommunication regarding a taxi. Two staff members spoke in Turkish right in front of me, and it was quite obvious they were talking about me and my reaction. Even without understanding the language, the tone and situation made it clear, especially as I was already feeling disappointed. It’s not about the language—it’s about the way it was handled. It felt uncomfortable and came across as unprofessional.

- Mihhail (1/5): Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! If I could give 0 - I would do it immediately l. - The only positive about this property is that it looks good on the outside and located in the old town. 1. Wall soundproof is poor. You can hear people’s conversations outside with windows closed. There is a bar downstairs and they play loud music from around midnight to 4am. If you came to sleep - good luck with that. 2. My bedsheet had a blood stain and had several holes. Overall, the property is not clean. 3. Property didn’t have hot water. 4. Sockets are pulled from the wall and you can see live conductors. Can easily get electrocuted. 5. Shower door is broken. The rail is either deformed or the runners are broken. Overall, the property is not liveable. If you want comfort - avoid at all costs. Read the reviews. People do not lie. The property description on booking doesn’t match the real life conditions. A lot of things are hidden. You can easily get blinded by the nice pictures and the appearance of the hotel. However, the conditions are worst possible. I had to leave the property after the first night to find something quieter and better. Property host refused to give a refund for remaining nights as my room was “non-refundable”. I wish I could attach the video to prove the lack of wall soundproofing.

- Tom (5/5): Nett gemeint, aber Krach unerträglich. - Lage ! Zimmer waren schön und hatten alles, was man braucht . Netter Besitzer, kümmert sich Röhrig um jeden einzelnen Gast. Der Krach nachts ist nicht auszuhalten ! Direkt nebenan ein Musikclub , der bis spät 3uhr Live Musik hat … die Bässe wummerten bis in die Matratze. Und direkt hinterm Haus ein Glacontainer, der rund um die Uhr benutzt wurde, man hatte das Gefühl der steht IM Raum. Wenn man nur etwas Schlaf braucht … hier gibts das nicht !

- Michael (10/5): Es waren schöne Tage bei einem sehr netten Gastgeber - Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Sehr zentral gelegen zum Hafen und auch in die Altstadt. Alles Fussläufig erreichbar. Nachdem wir leider technisch kein heißes Wasser hatten, wurde uns ein Zimmer Upgrade angeboten. Es hatte eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick. Einfach perfekt. Vielen Dank dafür noch mal, Metin.

- Chloe (7/5): - Rooms were lovely for the price and very spacious. Friendly welcoming staff. We were offered upgraded rooms on arrival. One of our guests lost their wallet during our stay and staff were helpful in trying to find this (was later found). Lovely views from the balcony in the family suite. Hotel is located right next to a club so was very loud all night long which did affect our sleep, however we were notified of this in advance and given the opportunity to cancel the booking so this isn't a slight on the hotels behalf as they did make us aware in advance - just something to be aware of. Unfortunately none of the plug sockets worked in my room, notified a member of staff but wasn't provided any solution to this. There was also unfortunately no hot water in any of our rooms.

(The hotel is located in the center of the old town, so you can hear music and people having fun at night. It didn't bother us, but it's worth knowing. The hotel loyally warns you about this.) - Olena (1/5): Рекомендую искать что-то другое - Абсолютно ничего не понравилось! Не за что на свете, не оставайтесь в этом отеле! Вы не сможете спать, музыка орёт до 4х утра,(сразу на против отеля два ночных клуба) после музыки люди не спешат вести себя тихо, по этому более менее тишина будет ближе к 8 утра. Номера все очень грязные (я была в трех), в них воняет и присутствует грибок и плесень. Постельное очень старое, и возможно его даже не поменяли перед моим заселением. Персоналу наплевать на вас и всё что вокруг происходит. Фото завтрака прилагается, это был конечно ужас, принесли в номер, так как кафе где обычно постояльцы завтракают было закрыто. Абсолютно не рекомендую. В три ночи я забронировала новый отель, и уже днём убежала из этого места. Деньги конечно же не вернули.

- Abdalmajid (8/5): Accessible - The hotel was very good, the location is wonderful, center of the downtown and very close to all needed areas, restaurants, beach, transportation and many more. The staff were friendly and helpful, and helped us with all questions or requests asked. I did not book the hotel with breakfast, so don’t know if it was good or bad. The area was very noisy, parties started around 9-10 pm and continued until 4-5 am, so keep in mind that this area is live and not good if you want to sleep of feel comfortable in your room, while walking, i saw this in all hotels in the downtown. In my experience, i would choose a hotel outside the downtown as i have a 2 years old kid and my wife, and we could not sleep due to the noise.

- Игорь (7/5): - Расположение просто прекрасное! Рядом спуск к порту и смотровая площадка, все основные достопримечательности старого города в пешей доступности в районе 5-10 минут. Для меня не критично, но рядом ночной клуб, в отеле музыку и особенно басы очень слышно и как правило до 3-4 часов ночи... На первом этаже комнатки маленькие, максимум для одного человека, но все есть - душ, сейф, кровать, телевизор.... Уборка только по требованию. За 5 дней проживания убрались 1 раз в предпоследний день перед выездом, да и то, потому что я сказал....

- Layla (8/5): Excellent Boutique Style Hotel, perfect location within walking distance to everywhere - The hotel has an excellent location, very easy to walk around the Old Town and go back and rest for a while and then head out again! Staff are very attentive and are available at all times if you require anything. We stayed for New Years Eve and enjoyed it that much that we came back a few days later for another night stay! It is situated within the bar/restaurant area, so it is expected to hear people walking by and some noise. But we actually liked this as your within the atmosphere and the buzz of the town, which is what we came for!

- ALEKSEI (1/5): - Ничего Музыка из ближайших клубов до 4 утра. Так что аж кровать подпрыгивает. И нет горячей воды
- Dmitrii (2/5): Ночной шум и запах сигарет перечёркивают все плюсы - Понравилось расположение в Старом городе и близость к основным достопримечательностям, если не учитывать соседство с ночным клубом (смотри ниже). Не рекомендую этот отель. Ночной клуб Holly Stone находится буквально в 7 метрах от здания отеля. Музыка играет до 4–5 часов утра и иногда дольше, мощные колонки направлены прямо в окна. Шумоизоляции в номерах нет — спать невозможно. Номер был заявлен как некурящий, однако в нём был сильный запах сигарет. На первом этаже курят, в том числе персонал, и дым поднимается вверх через вентиляцию и щели. Создаётся полное ощущение, что курят прямо в номере. У номера была заявлена личная терраса, но фактически пользоваться ей невозможно: дверь со стороны комнаты не работала, а доступ через ванную также был невозможен. Связаться с администрацией отеля и оперативно решить проблемы не удалось — ресепшен часто отсутствует, ответы приходят с задержкой. Вопрос компенсации администрация обсуждать не стала. Из трёх забронированных ночей мы смогли провести только одну ночь, не поспав вовсе, после чего были вынуждены переехать в другой, более тихий отель в Старом городе. В Анталии много более комфортных и доступных вариантов. Этот отель рекомендовать не можем.
- Iuliia (8/5): Комфортно на пару ночей (но рядом шумный бар) - Я останавливалась без ночевки. Но требовался ранний заезд и хозяева без проблем разрешили это сделать, за что им огромное спасибо!!! Для одного человека и не надолго номер был отличный. Вдвоем было бы мало места. Хорошее расположение- рядом старый порт, если идти вниз. А если вверх- трамвайная остановка, обменники и магазины! Около отеля справа внизу очень классное кафе где можно позавтракать. Шумоизоляция, тянуло сигаретами (непонятно откуда), холодно в номере несмотря на рабочий кондиционер и напротив ночной бар, громкая музыка и шумно.

Персонал конечно предупреждает заранее, что локация очень шумная, но чтобы настолько… Шум из близлежащих заведений это пол беды, он прекращается в 2-3 часа ночи. Кошмар начинается под утро, когда приезжают мусоровозы и по 2-3 раза за ночь и начинают сортировать жестяные банки и бутылки до самого утра. Мой номер был на первом этаже как раз рядом с мусорными контейнерами прямо под окнами. Я не спал совсем. Не рекомендую.

But the hotel staff made us aware of this from the moment we booked the hotel room and offered free cancellation if we no longer wanted to keep the booking. We were happy to take the risk and appreciated their honesty. With white noise and earbuds the noise was no problem for me. It’s a shame because the bar wasn’t an issue when they first opened the hotel. For me, the warm staff and spacious room completely made up for it.

Personnel très agréable et arrangeant, petit bar/restaurant très sympa en terrasse appartenant à l’hôtel. Il est indiqué qu’il y a un parking attenant à l’hôtel, cependant il est très difficile de circuler dans la vieille ville : minuscules rues piétonnes (sauf pour les riverains et hôtels donc nous pouvons entrer), et très peu de places disponibles pour se garer. 1-2 places devant l’hôtel mais gênant une rue donc pas le plus pratique. En effet bruyant mais c’était annoncé à la réservation et c’est normal si on veut cette localisation là, ça ne nous a donc pas vraiment gênés.

Das Zimmer ist perfekt, wenn man eh nachts für Party in dee Altstadtunterwegs ist Die Klimaanlage läuft zuverlässig und ausreichend leise. Esgibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Das Zimmer mit den getrennten Betten liegt direkt, gegenüber einer Partylocation. Jede Nacht Bandmusik vonn22:30 bis 4:00. Das Schlagzeug gerät in Resonanz mit der Aussenwand und lässt alles dröhnen. Durch die Fenster dringen Gesang und Melodien der Instrumente. Die Partygäste in der Nacht und nach 4:00 auf dem Heimweg. Morgens die Müllentsorgubg unter dem Fenster und fie Neubeliwferung mit Getränken. Das Pipst Viertel-Stundenweise. Es gibt vor Ort krin Gespür dafür. Gute Laune wird mit Lautstärke verbunden. 35 dBA wären Nachts gerade noch ausreichrnd leise 75 dBA sind des Nachts dauernd zu messen. Das ist das 16-fache des Nachts normalen.

Durum çok vahim oysa bina çok güzel tasarımı çok güzel temiz bir konaktı. Gece 12’de geldik resepsiyonda kimse yoktu çıkarken de resepsiyonda kimse yoktu anahtarı bilgisayarın yanına bırakmak durumunda kaldık tuvalette sabun yok dedik sabunsuz bir şekilde bizi odaya gönderdiler doldurulmadı şampuanla idare ettik kale içinde kaldığım konaklamaydı.

- Diego (5/5): The view was empty bottles and trashbins, not a simple street - The price was ok and the location very convenient, it was easy to move on foot to pretty much anywhere. The hotel restaurant was also quite good for a decent price. The sound of the bars around was not as bad as they make it sound. But the early morning trash truck is extremely bad. It doesn't look good also to look out the window and have a stock of empty beer bottles and two huge trash bins with people throwing bottles there all the time, also not too sanitary tbh. The room was tiny, for one person ok, if you're in couple, it's impossible to open two small suitcases.

Na wielką pochwałę zasługuje przesympatyczna obsługa, która pomogła mi znaleźć drogę do hotelu, cierpliwie tłumaczyła jak w starym mieście dojechać samochodem co było ciężko. Właściciel udostępnił nam chyba najlepszy pokój - dziękuję. Niezapomniane wrażenie! Bardzo polecam spróbować drinka w bistro właścicieli hotelu, przepyszny aperol. Ogólnie całe miejsce ma niespotykany klimat. Strasznie głośno w okolicy. ALE! Nie złoszczę się na to bo właściciel uprzejmie uprzedził o tym i zaproponował wygodne rozwiazanie.

- N. G. (8/5): Oldies Hotel: Urlaubsfeeling - Der Name des Hotels ist bereits herausragend, und die Atmosphäre wirkt sehr historisch. Nicht nur das Hotel selbst, sondern auch die engen Straßen rundherum laden schon beim Anblick zum Erkunden vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten und Schönheiten ein. Der Hotelinhaber, Herr Metin, sowie seine Frau und die Angestellten sind äußerst nette und gastfreundliche Gastgeber. Für alle Fragen finden sie stets die beste Lösung – dafür bin ich ihnen sehr dankbar. Das Frühstück und der Service waren ebenfalls hervorragend. In der Türkei bleibt niemand hungrig – es gibt immer genug für alle. Auch das Restaurant und die Café-Bar des Hotels sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und tragen zur angenehmen Atmosphäre bei. Das Zimmer ist im Vintage-Stil eingerichtet, und die Klimaanlage ist im Sommer eine echte Rettung. Ein Tresor, ein kleiner Kühlschrank und eine funktionierende Dusche sind an warmen Tagen besonders wichtig – und all das war vorhanden und in bestem Zustand. Das Meer liegt etwa 6 bis 10 km entfernt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, insbesondere die historische Straßenbahn, fahren in Richtung Kaleiçi und bis in die Nähe des Strandes. Worauf warten Sie noch? Nichts wie hin! Wenn Sie am Abend die laute Geräuschkulisse aus den benachbarten Clubs und Bars ertragen können, ist das Oldies Hotel dennoch sehr zu empfehlen. Schließlich gibt es rund um die Hotelstraße viele weitere schöne Orte und verschiedene Strände zu bestaunen und zu entdecken. Am Abend ist man dann meist so müde, dass man die Geräusche des Nachtlebens kaum noch wahrnimmt und direkt einschläft.

To which the owner of the hotel said that I would have to pay extra for this. Although the room was free. And I checked on booking in advance and the hotel representatives wrote to me through messages that I would not have to pay extra. I had to pay 500 lira. The room itself is very small. From the bed to the wall no more than 50 centimeters. The room is on the first floor and near the window there are several garbage bins. There was constant noise: garbage was thrown out, bottles were banging. Empty bottles were also stacked outside the window. Crates were constantly placed, which created additional noise. Now about breakfast. Breakfast was from nine o'clock. When I came for breakfast, I was asked to come later. The breakfast is very meager. In the photo, breakfast and nothing else so that you can choose yourself. The owner himself brought the plate. I asked for an egg to be boiled. I am attaching all the photos. I wish those planning to check into this hotel to think carefully before checking in there. I was at the hotel for 24 hours and no one even bothered to clean the room and the trash can was full, apparently from the previous tenants.

Our stay at Oldies Hotel was very disappointing. Accessing the hotel by car was extremely difficult, as the Old Town streets are very narrow and crowded. Arriving late at night made it even more stressful. The room we were given was very loud — from evening until morning there was constant noise from the street, with music, people and motorcycles passing. It was impossible to sleep. On top of that, the beds were uncomfortable. When we asked to cancel the second night, the manager refused to guarantee a refund and made unprofessional comments instead of trying to help. The hotel was empty during our stay, which now makes sense. In short: • Very hard to access with a car in Old Town • Constant street noise all night • Uncomfortable beds • Unhelpful and unprofessional management If you care about sleep, comfort, or respectful service, avoid this hotel.

Amazing staff and rooms - The owner and the staff were very nice and helpful with the parking ( a bit tricky in those narrow streets) and with the luggages ( no lift). Room was large, confortable and very clean. They have one of the best terrasse of the city center and food was really good. Location was exceptional in the center, even if a bit difficult to reach by car We knew it would be noisy and the owner wrote to us we when booked to warn us about the noise and a possibility of free cancellation with no charge, so we were aware of that. But the nightclub was indeed just below our window with very very loud music that stopped at 4am, and garbage collector started at 6am. So if you are planning to party, the hotel is perfect, but if you don’t then it’s probably not the best choice.
- Malak (10/5): We had such a nice stay in this hotel and I will definitely recommend it to anyone. - The host Mr metin and his wife was so nice to us and they even informed us before we came that the area will be crowded at night and if we want to cancel they will not take cancellations fee which I find very mindful from the host to inform us that, they also recommend us nice places in Antalya to go to, so they were very helpful a special thank to them. Tha hotel is so cozy and beautiful and it has the perfect location since it’s located in the old town and it’s near from the beach and so many nice places.

- Ahmed (1/5): Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Never Recommend - Nothing Unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. From the moment we arrived, the service was unacceptable. When we politely asked to change the room due to its poor condition, we were shocked by the rude and aggressive response from the staff – they shouted at us, saying “this is the only room available and we cannot do anything about it.” The noise levels at night were unbearable. It wasn’t just the surrounding bars; the hotel itself is built entirely of wood, which means you hear every footstep, conversation, and door creak – making it impossible to sleep. I didn’t get a single hour of proper rest throughout the stay. The most frustrating incident happened after we left the “please clean the room” sign on the door and came back after a long day only to find the room untouched: dirty towels still wet, garbage bins full, and nothing cleaned. When we asked why, we were told “the staff is off today” – which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in hospitality. We had to clean the room ourselves and take the garbage bin away behind the hotel just to make it bearable to sleep in. Additionally, despite informing them that I have a 6-year-old child, they placed us in a room that required climbing two huge, steps wooden stairs just to reach the child’s bed and the bathroom. This was not only inconvenient but seriously unsafe, especially for a child. This was not a vacation – it felt more like a punishment. The combination of poor service, lack of cleanliness, constant noise, and unsafe design made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly urge Booking.com to reconsider listing this hotel or at least investigate the conditions. I would also request a refund, as this was absolutely not the experience I paid for.

- Craig (8/5): Nice little guesthouse but unrestful nights due to noise. - The room & bed was nice and comfy, and had all the amenities you need. The staff were also very friendly and helpful and available if you need anything next door at the restaurant. The location is good in terms of being right in the beautiful Old Town part of Antalya, so you're surrounded by plenty of places to eat and drink & lots of history. Yes, they warn you about the noise beforehand and give you the opportunity to cancel. However I am a very good and heavy sleeper, so I thought it would be OK, but even I couldn't sleep thought it. I feel bad for the owners because there's nothing they can do about it, and they have a very nice guesthouse, but I have to give an honest review.

- Lang (10/5): Great stay, felt like a luxury hotel for a normal price. - Everything was perfect! Got a deal on Booking.com for like 50% off so I took it, and for the price it was super high quality!! Even had parking and staff extremely helpful with parking the car in the narrow spaces haha. Close to everything. Felt like a luxury experience for a low price. The noise is constant. Expect loud music and people laughing and chatting until 2-3 AM every night, 4 AM on weekends! But that's not Oldie's fault, that's just the location. All hotels in the area will have same complication.

До часов 5-6 утра играла очень громко музыка от кафе рядом, а после того, как музыка закончилась, все утро гремели на стройке, мы нормально не смогли поспать. Кроме того, в отеле грязные стены, розетка отходит от стены ( это очень опасно), нет чайника ( хотя должен был быть), в раковине вода нормальная не отходит, полы в душе с грязным оранжевым налетом. Номер на картинке как будто больше, чем в реальности (он очень маленький)
- HANNA (7/5): Невыносимо шумно - Хороший и свежий ремонт, в номерах чисто и уютно. Отзывчивый и вежливый персонал. При отеле есть кафе с верандой, подают вкусный кофе. Хозяин отеля рядом держит магазин антиквариата, очень рекомендую его посетить! Провели в отели две ночи, но к сожалению выспаться не получилось. Мы на учли, что отель находится в самом эпицентре ночной жизни города, прямо под окнами находится несколько баров с дискотеками, музыка с басами долбила так, что не помогли даже беруши! Прямо под окном складывают мусор и в 4 часа утра приехал мусоровоз, который загружал ящики со стеклянными бутылками, шум был просто невыносимый! Все в этом отеле хорошо, но отдохнуть и поспать у вас тут не получится, он находился просто не в том месте...

- Tugba (10/5): Bestens - Ein kleines, charmantes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt von Antalya – ruhig genug, um dem Trubel zumindest ein Stück weit zu entkommen. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir mit einem kostenlosen Upgrade überrascht – eine liebevolle Geste, die unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht hat. Unser Zimmer war einfach traumhaft: mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, stilvolles Design und eine Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Terrasse – ein echter Rückzugsort mit wunderbarem Flair. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Natürlich hört man abends trotzdem die Musik und das Lachen aus den Bars und von den feiernden Menschen – aber das gehört in einer lebendigen Altstadt einfach dazu.

We were informed that the hotel is in the old town and so a “bit noisy”, but not that there is a disco! We stay 5 days they never, never changed towels or sheets. They never emptied the bins… 5 days! In the description is written every 2 days. No toilette paper, no support… To communicate with them I had to leave a written message. Sad to say because ithe position is nice.
