- Uptowntripper (8/5): Chaotic city has it s charm - Location is rather far away from the historic centre, you need to self check in There is nobody to talk from the staff, all is handled by AI, no receptionist.The room very large and clean with balcony, comfortable beds, water very warm and good pressure shower A receptionist to talk to And the city tax 4,50 is more expensive here considering the poor quality of the roads. The capuccino smart app for the breakfast I don t like, I prefer a savory breakfast but hey you re in Italy, the pizza is amazing

- Elisabetta Brocchieri (9/5): Ottima struttura! - Ho soggiornato nella struttura per 2 settimane e mi sono trovata davvero molto bene. La reception virtuale è molto efficiente. Ha soddisfatto ogni richiesta che ho fatto. In particolare, ho richiesto un cambio camera perchè la prima che mi era stata attribuita affacciava sulla strada e purtroppo era molto rumorosa per me. Poco dopo aver chiesto la possibilità di cambiare (meno di mezz'ora), mi hanno assegnato un'altra stanza, stavolta con l'affaccio sul cortile interno, decisamente meglio! Ho quindi fatto subito il cambio stanza. La struttura è molto pulita e le camere hanno un arredamento nuovo e accogliente. La posizione è ottima: molto vicina all'uscita della metro e a circa 20 minuti a piedi da Piazza Dante. L'unica cosa che migliorerei è la colazione. La colazione era inclusa nel soggiorno e per questo ho ricevuto un voucher da utilizzare in determinati bar della città. Il più vicino è a circa 30 metri dalla struttura e la colazione prevedeva un cornetto e un caffè. Ho usato il voucher solo qualche giorno (su 2 settimane di soggiorno) perché a volte preferivo avere una scelta più ampia (per esempio non avevano il latte senza lattosio). Quello che suggerirei è avere più scelta di bar nella zona in cui usare il voucher, a mio avviso anche a costo di aumentare il prezzo del soggiorno. Quella della colazione è solo un consiglio per rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Ad ogni modo sono stata molto soddisfatta, ci tornerei!
- Alicia (7/5): Correcto - La ubicación es muy buena. Se puede ir andando al centro y tiene al lado una estación de metro que conecta con todo lo importante. La habitación tiene todo lo imprescindible. El desayuno está incluido pero no está cerca del alojamiento. Hay que elegir entre varias cafeterías, algunas de ellas lejanas al hotel. Yo soy celíaca y no me pusieron facilidades para conseguir que mi desayuno fuese sin gluten. Las sábanas tenían alguna mancha y las almohadas son incómodas. La habitación es muy ruidosa y le harían falta cortinas.

- Cristian Gabriel (5/5): Soggiorno flower rooms - Ottima posizione, accanto alla metro Abbiamo dovuto pagare un supplemento di 15€ per il check-in tardivo, ma in realtà non c’era nessuno ad aspettarci per consegnare la chiave, visto che tutto viene gestito tramite codici. Questa spesa aggiuntiva mi è sembrata poco giustificata. La sera era presente un odore spiacevole, che ha reso meno gradevole il soggiorno.
- Tanja (9/5): Hyvä tukikohta - Huone oli kompakti, pieni jääkaappi ja televisio. Siivous oli päivittäin, tosin petivaatteita ei vaihdettu (sänky vain pedattiin). Jääkaapin johto oli irroitettu toiseksi viimeisenä päivänä ilmeisesti siivouksen yhteydessä, jolloin ruoat olivat lämmennert ja pakastinlokeron sulamisvedet valuneet lattialle.

- Guest (10/5): Bardzo polecam, bez wahania przyjechałabym tu ponownie! - Kontakt z właścicielem jak najbardziej na plus, za wcześniejszym uzgodnieniem mogłam chwilkę wcześniej się zameldować. Okolica świetna, bardzo blisko do metra (ok. 2 minuty pieszo!) oraz do sklepu spożywczego (znajdował 3 minuty od apartamentu). Pokój był sprzątany co 2 dni więc było bardzo czysto. Klimatyzacja działała bardzo dobrze. Plus za suszarkę w łazience i wymieniane ręczniki co dwa dni.
- Gemelli (5/5): Si potrebbe fare meglio - La posizione del b&b é ottima, lontano dalla confusione ma vicinissima alla metro, lo staff risponde celermente ai messaggi, mi sono venuti incontro con la richiesta di check-in anticipato e le stanze sono minimali dotate del necessario, materassi comodi (forse i cuscini andrebbero cambiati), il prezzo é stato ottimo. La pulizia un punto critico, le lenzuola erano pulite ma a terra era veramente sporco, ho chiesto che potesse essere pulito e mi hanno risposto subito dicendo che avrebbero provveduto il prima possibile ma così non é stato, la pulizia é avvenuta soltanto il giorno prima della mia partenza (ho soggiornato da sabato a giovedì) senza alcun cambio lenzuola, sicuro della cosa perché avevamo erroneamente macchiato le lenzuola e la stessa macchia era ancora presente al nostro rientro, il bagno invece non é stato mai pulito ad eccezione del pavimento sempre il giorno prima della partenza. Ultimo neo negativo gli infissi, il condizionatore sopra la finestra esterna fa tremare il vetro rendendo il riposo impossibile

- António (3/5): Poor - Clean It's impossible to sleep because of the outside noise. Windows is thick as paper. They offered us a different room on the other side of town, so we had to move.

- Da (7/5): Good - A simple, clean room with basic amenities. It was a good base for exploring Naples and the surrounding area, though the room is small. It's next to the metro which made getting around easy. Otherwise, it's a 30 walk (downhill) to the Spanish quarter. We only encountered the housekeeper who was friendly. The breakfast coupon is a QR code for selected cafes. There is one nearby that was pleasant. Check-in was done over messaging. Overall, it was a good stay. Minor things: We booked late the same day and had to send a couple of nudges to get the check-in/brekafast info. Wi-fi was out for a night and without it, internet service is weak. The hallway noise - mostly from the main entrance door closing - is noticeable. A bit of smell from the shower drain but not terrible.

- Zobeer (4/5): Good apartment and service but too noisy - The staff and organisation was great Our room was very noisy, we couldn't sleep at all. The windows are very thin and all the noise from a big street in front of the building comes inside. I felt like I was sleeping in the middle of the street. I asked to change room but they were fully booked.
- Zsofia (7/5): Nice -but noisy - apartment - The apartment was newly renovated, well-equipped with extremely comfortable bed. It was totally clean and we were super grateful for the daily cleaning service. It was easy to find the place, we got videos for help. The coffee machine in the entrance room was ne plus ultra :) We got tickets which we could use to have breakfast in different places. The cafe&cornetto was delicious. The neighbourhood was okay, we felt totally safe walking home during the night. The street noise was very loud at night, the windows shook when a large car drove by. They played football next to the house at night and the garbage truck came at 1 am. It was very loud, it was hard to sleep like that.

- Anastasia (7/5): Pleasant stay at a good location - The location was very good, right next to the metro station (15 minute ride to the central station) and a ten minute drive from the airport. We liked the coffee machine in the hallway. Quick responses from the remote receptionists. Spacious room. Clean. Even though there is potential, the building was old leading to some unpleasant situations like smell from the bathroom, noise from adjacent rooms and from the street. There were no hangers for the towels and no mini-fridge available. For a few nights though these can be overlooked.

- Athina (7/5): Good - Very good communication with the host so the check in was really smooth. It was close to the metro station so it was really easy to navigate through the city. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Good value for money. Too much noise in general. Both from the ventilator in the bathroom and everything could be heard from outside.
- Ekaterine (10/5): We are really satisfied with our stay - Very comfortable room, clean, staff on contact everytime. Location super, its next to metro and we reached all points easily and fastly. It was a bit cold at night and we asked extra coverings for beds.
