La posizione della struttura è perfetta, a pochissimi passi dal lungofiume e dal centro storico (casco antiguo). L'appartamento è rinnovato di recente, arredato con gusto e molto accogliente. Dispone di una camera matrimoniale separata e di un divano letto comodissimo. Il bagno è nuovissimo e fornito di prodotti di cortesia. Abbiamo sfruttato la cucina per preparare la colazione; un'ottima aggiunta futura sarebbe quella di lasciare qualche bustina di tè come variante al caffè. Lucas hat uns empfangen, in die Garage eingewiesen, zur Wohnung gebracht, ums alles erklärt und uns tolle Tipps für dem Abend & den nächsten Tag gegeben. So eine Betreuung hatten wir noch nie. 100 Prozent Wohlfühlfaktor!!! Da gibt es gar keinen Punkt.

The apartment is not far from the garage (< 2 mins with giant luggage !). Very close to the main attractions but away from the crowds. The apartment is clean, lovely and equipped with everything, perfect for 2p. The host Lucas is very friendly and attentive, strongly recommend! It would be perfect if there are screen windows so that we can open the windows without insects flying in. But honestly only 1 fly came in....

Parcare inclusa in preț in apropierea apartamentului, la 2 minute de mers pe jos. Apartament dotat cu tot necesarul, curat, gazda foarte primitoare, ne-a întâmpinat sa ne ajute cu parcarea, zona unde este situat apartamentul fiind restricționată traficului rutier. Totul a fost foarte bine.

Very nice hospitality, he was waiting for us in the parking spot to show us the apt and offered us water, he also suggested few places to eat etc. We stayed just one night. The apt was comfortable for 3 people. Bed very comfortable. Hot water 24/7 for shower. As an extra he has a parking spot for the car. -

• Claire (9/5): Fabulous! - Fabulous stay! We were met by Lucas who was extremely accommodating on time and shown personally to the gorgeous apartment. We specifically booked this apartment as parking was included (and we’re happy to pay a little more because of that) and it didn’t disappoint with a dedicated parking spot a 3 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment was spotless. Two king sized bed rooms and a large bathroom with powerful shower. Suited us as a family of four with two daughters but with one bathroom and only king beds you may need to consider for your party. Location is excellent, we walked to the mosque, horse show, over the Roman bridge and all around town. We had 24 hours in Córdoba and this apartment was perfect! Thank you Lucas for looking after us 😊 The only thing I could possibly say to improve would be a mirror in the top bedroom as there wasn’t one but it’s a minor thing

He contacted me by whatsApp two days before our arrival, which made coordination really conveniet. When we reached, he was already there outside the parking, which is less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment. He took us himself to the apartment from the parking and everything was very easy. There is no ramp at the entrance for wheelchair/ stroller etc. Apartment location is Amazing, right in the centre of the town. Just a short walk from virtually anything, including halal restaurants, which was important for us. The apartment was clean and well equipped. He even had stuff to make coffee in the kitchen. 4 persons could sleep comfortably. The shower gel bottle was empty. The cleaning lady probably forgot to refill. There were no washroom slippers available. The toowels were clean but worn out. The price is very high.

• Corinna (10/5): Geschmackvolle Wohnung in bester Lage! - Hervorragende Lage, sehr saubere und hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung inmitten der Altstadt - und trotzdem ruhig. Sehr bequeme Betten und schönes Bad mit sehr guter Dusche. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns aber das Engagement und die zuverlässige Kommunikation des Gastgebers. Inmitten der Semana Santa hat er alles möglich gemacht, damit wir für unseren Wagen noch einen Parkplatz bekommen. Wir wurden persönlich abgeholt und nach dem Check-out mit unserem Gepäck zum Parkplatz zurück gefahren. Fazit: Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und werden wieder hier übernachten, wenn wir wieder in Córdoba sind. Empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter! Nichts.
