- Martyna (4/5): Brudna i zagrzybiała łazienka - Dość dobra lokalizacja, miła i spokojna okolica, dość blisko do stacji Bardzo mały pokój, ale to najmniejszy problem. Bardzo mi przykro, ponieważ bardzo rzadko pisze tak negatywne opinie. Dawno nie widziałam tak brudnego i zapuszczonego pokoju. A czystość toalety to kompletna żenada. Z pełną odpowiedzialnością mówię że publiczne toalety są czystsze. Łazienka była bardzo brudna i zagrzybiała. Niestety silikon na łączeniach w łazience należy usunąć i położyć na nowo, ponieważ był czarny (zagrzybiały). Ponadto zagrzybienie widać na ścianach łazienki, pod umywalką i za muszlą klozetową. Dodaje zdjęcia, aby nie było podejrzeń, że kłamie. Ponadto w łazience jest problem z wentylacją, ponieważ zaciąga brzydkie zapachy do łazienki. I niestety momentami śmierdzi w całym pokoju. Oprócz tego w kuchni nie są dopilnowane talerze i kubki, niestety, były odłożone brudne i klejace:(

I reached out to the owner and we changed our room. However the 2nd room wasnt that clean either especially the plates, cutlery etc. Location is a bit far away from important stations

Widok z balkonu na szerszą okolice a nie blok czy okno sąsiada. Malutkie mieszkanko, więc bardziej na krótkie pobyty. Tuż naprzeciwko był seven eleven. Z umywalki wydobywał się nieprzyjemny zapach, co było bardzo nie komfortowe. Musieliśmy zatykać odpływ miseczką, by nie było go czuć.

Die anweisungen die man bekommt,wie mann ins haus und zimmer gelangt ist auch gut Bei der ankunft mussten wir das airbnb erstmal putzen, die matratze hat flecken unter dem lacken, das geschier schimmelt und der schrank in dem das messer und so war, war total verdreckt und man konnte die sachen nicht benutzen, die mikrowelle war mit essensresten voll gespritzt, kein duschvorhang so das man nach dem duschen das ganze bad putzen musste, es roch nach abwasser, die decke der dusche war voll mit fliegenscheiße, der wasserhahn tropft

- Eduardo (6/5): Ok-ish - The bed was fine. There was the possibility to use the washing machine. Room size is adequate. There were no glasses or kitchen towels. There were no face towels. The place doesn't feel clean. There is no shower curtain causing the bathroom to get all wet every shower.
- Adam (6/5): Great home base for a relaxed stay, but avoid if you’re sensitive to unclean bathrooms. - The location is very residential and peaceful, which made walking around very pleasant if you don’t like the crowds of Shinjuku etc. The room was decently spacious and had a table and cupboards, it subjectively felt bigger than most hotels I’ve been to in Tokyo. Very easy to check in and out. Bathroom was quite unclean. It look like it seriously needs a deeper cleaning: the toilet didn’t fully flush, the ventilation right above the bath/shower had a ton of dust, and generally the bathroom had unsettling black marks all over.

- Naomi (7/5): Affordable but dirty. - We really enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood and location in terms of feeling local. The bed was comfortable and the place was affordable. Good amenities. Quite a walk to the nearest stations and rather dirty, black mould and hairs in the shower room, which is very small. A bit of rubbish from the last guests left behind, sheets looked a bit unclean and there were quite a few hairs.

- Jashura (7/5): If you want somewhere cheaper to stay with basic amenities, then this place will work for you. - Since we were out most of the day and only used the room to shower and sleep, it was a good fit for us. The beds were comfortable and we never heard people from other rooms so it was a quiet place which was nice. Our room did not have a shower curtain so when taking showers, the water got everywhere in the bathroom which made me feel very unsanitary. Communication with the host was difficult as well because every time we call, she would never pick up the phone or respond to emails. We left our luggage in their office because they said we could since we arrived before our check in time. When we arrived back later however, she was not in the office and it was locked. She did not answer the phone during this time so we went a couple of hours without our luggage not knowing if she would come back that day.

Location is far from public transport, and the bathroom was small and CLOGGED! Water was not draining from the bath tub and wash sink properly, and the last few days we had to stand in water because water was not draining… kinda ruined the otheriwse nice apartment experience.

- Marie (3/5): Sale - Logement petit mais entier avec machine à laver ( sans séchoir mais des laveries sont à proximités). Grande télévision avec Netflix et lit propre et confortable :) C'est sale, vraiment sale! Il y a des traces jaunes, brunes et noir sur les murs, des petites mais de très grosses aussi. Une odeur d'humidité constante. Un frigo trop vieux pour tenir encore, tout rouillé et donc le bac à glace prend presque toute la place. Il faisait un bruit monstrueux ce qui fait qu'on a du le couper, ce qui a permis de le dégivrer mais le bruit était finalement toujours là. Le verrou de la porte de la salle de bain ne fermait plus et les joints de la baignoire étaient remplis de moisissures. Je n'ai pas tout pris en photo car les tâches jaunes ne se voient dessus.

The location is nice if you want to live in a quiet neighbourhood but walking to the nearest station may be quite far especially for older people but overall, for me it's good enough.

- Iris (8/5): - The place was nice and functional enough if you are not planning to cook too much. I actually enjoyed the area, it's a 20 min walk to Nakano or Koenji Station through small streets which I like, it allowed us to discover the area better. It is indeed small and it's hard to feel at ease with two people inside, most of all the bathroom. Luckily Kosugiyu sento is not far away for a good relaxing bath.
- tanja (5/5): OK für 1 Nacht - Sehr gute Kommunikation wie man ins Zimmer kommt mit Code und Passwort.Bett ist ok Kein Besteck, Tee/ Kaffe wäre wünschenswert gewesen- der Wasserkocher ist ja vorhanden. Ich hatte weder Kühlschrank noch Mikrowelle, was die anderen Zimmer hatten. Es war zu heiß beim Hereinkommen ins Zimmer, musste erst einmal heruntergekühlt werden
- Wicky (7/5): - Beds were quite cozy and comfortable. There is a 7/11 about 60 metres from the apartment. Getting to Koenji station by taxi took about 10 minutes and costs like 1,500 yen. Nakano station will cost about the same. If you're going by car there will be two coin parkings on the opposite side of the 7/11 and a bit larger coin parking about 100 metres to the left side of the apartment. Needs a bit more cleaning and the host needs to be a bit more helpful and have some idea about the surrounding area.

- Nándor Benjámin (9/5): Összességében örülünk hogy ezt a szállást választottuk, mindenben megfelelt számunkra. - A felszerelések között volt hajszárító és törölközők is, ami a leírásban nem szerepelt. Ez pozitív volt számunkra. Nagyjából 15 perc séta a legközelebbi metró állomás. De abszolút vállalható.
