• alessia (10/5): - La struttura è in pieno centro, vicina alla spiaggia, al Mercado Central, a tante fermate di autobus e tram. Era molto pulita, piccola ma completa di ogni comfort, consiglio assolutamente per un soggiorno ad Alicante per due persone!

• Jelena (8/5): - Location is on city centre, you are near all facilitis, beach and castle. It is realy clear apartment, with nice hosts. We were at new year days and they welcome us greatfuly with present on table. Thank you very much! Bathroom is too small, some higher people I think they will not have possibility to enter on it. Aparment is on some rock stayl on first floor, maybe beacuse of that bed and pillows were smell like mold.

• Jane (10/5): Had a great stay, very close to a lot of bars restaurants etc which I am already very familiar with, loved it 👍🏻 - The location was excellent, and the room was lovely Nightclub just up the street, but with earplugs, which I need wherever I go as I am a very light sleeper, it wasn't too much of a problem
• ZrnkaDG (10/5): Great accomodation in the center of Alicante! - The apartment has a perfect location and everything is within walking distance - restaurants, shops and the beach is just a 5 min walk away. The apartment was very clean, cozy, well decorated and very well equipped. We found everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was great. Quick responses and very clear instructions how to get from the airport to the apartment.

The apartment itself was excellent. Fully equipped, very clean, cozy, and charming. We found everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was outstanding: quick responses and very clear instructions from the beginning until the end of our stay. We have visited Alicante many times, and this was definitely one of the best accommodations we have stayed in. We would absolutely choose this apartment again and highly recommend it. Nothing

• Maria (10/5): Een heel prettig verblijf met bezienswaardigheden op loop afstand - Het appartement bevindt zich in een uitstekende locatie. Er zijn veel taps bars en restaurants, supermarkt Carre four in de buurt. Het is ook loopafstand naar het strand, de promenade, naar park Ereta waar je te voet kunt lopen naar kasteel Sta. Barbara. Ook slenterend naar barrio Sta. Cruz met mooie huizen is zo dichtbij. Wij hebben ook genoten van de rooftop van Mira Miralta, slenterend naar de straat met sculpturen van paddenstoelen en het museum van illusions, allemaal dichtbij het appartement, een ideale plek van ons verblijf. De codes voor her appartement kreeg ik per mail wat prettig is want wij kwamen aan laat in de avond. De communicatie met contactpersoon is vlot en reactie is snel. Praktische info zoals reizen met de bus vanuit het vliegveld kreeg ik toegestuurd met beelden, ok van de deur ingang naar het appartement, wat aardig! Het appartement is groot genoeg voor twee personen. Het ziet er mooi uit en schoon zoals in de plaatjes. Wij waren begroet met een fles rode wijn, nog eens aardig! Alle benodigdheden zijn binnen handbereik. De huishoudelijke apparaten zijn allemaal aanwezig net als thuis zoals combi oven magnetron, broodrooster, waterkoker, Dulce gusto espresso apparaat, wasmachine, enz. Echt handig! De keukengerei zijn meer dan voldoende. Het is een prettig en comfortabel verblijf van 5 nachten. Af en toe ontstaat er echter wat herrie van buiten laat in de avond, maar oordopjes heb ik dus het was geen hinder. Het bed is goed en wij sliepen prima. Misschien een wat dikkere gordijn in het raam zou beter zijn, maar het is persoonlijk. Niets
• MR (10/5): El mejor estudio de Alicante sin duda! - El estudio estupendo, coqueto, con muchos detalles y además super super super limpio. He estado en estancias similares muchas veces, y este puedo decir que es el mejor. Además se encuentra en la zona más céntrica de Alicante, cerca de todo a pie. Sin duda, siempre que vuelva repetiré, vale mucho la pena. Y que decir de los anfitriones, chapó, me quito el sombrero, super amables y muy muy agradables. Han hecho que esta estancia sea maravillosa. Volveremos!
• Eamon (7/5): Good location for a short stay - Great location right in the middle of the city within walking distance of most things. Easy to come and go. The apartment is modern and recently renovated. Good facilities. No natural light. Very noisy both within the building and from the street. Bad smell. I do not recommend this place for a long stay.
• Thea (7/5): - De locatie is in het oude centrum en vlak bij het strand, de haven en de winkels. Appartement is goed voor twee personen, eventueel een derde op de slaapbank. Alleen de hoofdkussens waren erg hard voor ons.
• Maja Jovanović (6/5): - You have everything you might need, even washing machine. Location is in center it self so everything was easy to reach. I don't know how I didn't get that from the reviews, but the apartment is really dark. It's in small alley on the first floor so it doesn't get any sunlight. I'm not used to that so waking up was really hard. This is of course very personal. And since you are in city center, it can get noisy by people walking about near throughout the night.
• Petra (9/5): Nett eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine war da, sehr zentral, für einen städtetrip sehr zu - Sehr zentral, mitten in der Altstadt, Lokale und Strand alles ein paar Minuten zu Fuß, jedoch auch in der Nacht bis 3 Uhr laut, jedoch mit geschlossenen Fenster geht es, aber das ist in der Innenstadt überall das gleiche Altbau mit niederer Deckenhöhe und sehr finster, nur kleines Fenster

• Anja (7/5): - The location is perfect and the kitchen is well equipped. Everything is clean. Communication via Booking was good. The studio is on the ground floor with only one window and there isn’t enough natural light, which can be claustrophobic. The other window is in the kitchen, but it can’t be used because of the horrible smell that comes from the outside if you open it. A shower cabin is too dark and small. Also, pillows are big and extremely uncomfortable. The biggest problem for us was the noise from the street because we couldn’t sleep from all the shouting and screaming.
• Fred Zijnstra (8/5): Uitstekende locatie en verblijf. - Prima verblijf! Dichtbij alle voorzieningen en op loopafstand, strand heel vlakbij. Host is bijzonder hulpvaardig: problemen of verzoeken worden per omgaande opgelost dan wel ingewilligd.

• Emilija (10/5): Recommended! - There was everything you might need during your vacation: soap, hairdryer, frige, coffee mashine, etc. Very comfortable bed and air condicioner works very well. The host is very friendly and helpfull.
• Helena (9/5): Superb - I choose this accommodation for the location. In the appartement everything is new and it looks so lovely decorated! Pintrest worthy :) A bottle of wine on the table, coffee capsules in the kitchen... a very nice welcome! Big TV, plastic plates and cups for children, good laundry equipment and comfortable bed. Good locks on the door. Beforehand I was stressed about 2 things: 1) communication was in Spanish and with all the exclamation marks i was not sure if we still had a place to sleep, every respons of me in English seems to generate more emails in Spanish lol...turned out those were automatically send emails. Communication with Miranda (the host) was very comfortable + in perfect English since its her native language :) 2) when we arrived I noticed only sheer curtains. Cute, but it wouldn't block the day & streetlight for my little one who needs lots of sleep... turns out there were blinds that would get the room pitch dark, perfect! The only thing that was annoying was the smell of the room/building. Hard to describe it. But housekeeping put fragrance sticks in the room to cover it.

• Terry (9/5): Enjoyable short stay in Alicante - Fantastic location in the edge of the old town. Apartment compact but had everything that you need for a couple having a short stay in Alicante and was very clean and quaint. Great value for money and great communication with the owner who was very helpful and accommodating regarding luggage storage etc. Although not particularly an issue just to note that the bathroom/Shower is quite small but shower itself was very good.

• Nieradka (10/5): I strongly recommend - Apartment in a very good location with great facilities. It has a clothes dryer and even an umbrella for the beach. The owner was very friendly, communicative and helpful, she also allowed early check-in. You have to remember to empty the bottle into which the air-conditioning water flows if it gets full, which is not problematic.
• Isham (9/5): Superb - We did a last minute booking to spend a few days in Alicante. It was awesome. The location was perfect, close to the beach and right in the town centre. Lot of cool bars and restaurants nearby. Historic building but still quite modern with access code for the front door and key box for self check-in . The only minor thing is that the apartment at times the apartment felt a bit humid so make sure to turn on the dehumidifier! Everything else was great!!
• Shreyas (10/5): Exceptional - We had an absolutely wonderful time at this place. Our host was amazing who regularly kept in touch with us to check if we wanted something. And when I requested that a small thing be attended to, she made sure that it was attended in less than 30 mins. The house is entirely self sufficient. Anything you would need is provided for. The best part is the location. It is in the middle of every place you would want to get to. Nothing.
