- Courtney (1/5): - I would strongly advise others to avoid staying at this property. Our experience was extremely disappointing and, more importantly, felt unsafe - especially as I was staying with my children. When we arrived, we found that the glass panel at the front door was broken. Instead of being properly repaired, it had simply been covered with a cardboard cereal box. This meant that anyone could have easily gained access to the property day or night. As a parent, this was completely unacceptable, and we felt very uneasy throughout our stay. There were also cigarette butts scattered around the front door area, which created a poor first impression and made the property feel unclean and very poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the hot water system was working so poorly, there was no hot water for showers or even to full the sink for dishes. This caused significant inconvenience, particularly with children for a three-day stay. When I raised the issues with the owner, they were difficult to deal with and unwilling to offer any reasonable compensation or take responsibility for the problems. The lack of concern for guest safety and comfort was extremely disappointing. I have multiple children who play squad-level sports, so I book accommodation via these platforms multiple times a year and have never had a negative experience like this. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially families.

- Michael (7/5): A clean and pleasant place to stay for no more cost than a motel room. - No breakfast as was a house rental by the day. It was a 1950s modest two bedroom weatherboard house that had had a good bathroom renovation and a partial kitchen renovation. Repainted throughout with a fairly ordinary choice of colours but quite comfortable.
