- Fairclough (7/5): - It's tastefully decorated. The carpet in the bedrooms and hallway! Carpet holds dirt marks and stains even if has been cleaned and hoovered. Just a suggestion, would be better to have laminate flooring to for a cleaner look.

- Ruth (1/5): Terrible - At first the property was nice but then it was unwelcoming The staff were incredibly rude, bad response times and chucked our stuff out on the floor during a long awaited graduation ceremony in the rain after they changed the check out time without any prior warning. Very rude staff and inconsiderate and not friendly or helpful at all.

- Clare (1/5): Awful - Nil No reception/ check in area. After multiple calls to property we were directed to a garage to collect a key. On returning to the property it had not been cleaned. There were dirty sheets on the floor and the whole property was filthy. We were therefore made late for the event we were planning and had also nowhere to get showered/ changed or prepare the food we had purchased prior to arrival. We had to book another property in another city, go straight to our event and then travel to the new property late at night after our event.
