• JvD (8/5): Italien pur, Gewusel in den Strassen und Gassen. Herzlichkeit im Umgang miteinander. - Das Frühstück war so, wie es in Italien eben üblich ist: non esiste... Und deshalb fiel die Wahl auf die Espresso Bar 20 Meter um die Ecke. Wir haben es nicht bereut! Kleinigkeiten nur, die, gesammelt, eben zu kleineren Punktabzügen führten. Alles halb so schlimm. Wir würden wieder kommen.

However, the room could be better sound-proofed against the traffic jam outside, which runs all day and night. Charming and comfy room, just a bit dusty and in need of small maintenance works to make it shining and fully polished.

Siamo stati veramente bene. Consigliato Unica pecca forsa curerei un po la manutenzione dei servizi igienici soprattutto la doccia ma è solo un problema di calcare

Cassaforte e frigo bar con acqua di cortesia L’ubicazione dell’appartamento all’interno di uno stabile nel cui cortile c’è un ristorante. Molto rumore anche se i serramenti sono molto isolanti. Noi purtroppo essendo nella camera Orange, avevamo i commensali praticamente sul pianerottolo. Altre camere erano più interne e sicuramente meno disturbate. Wi-fi non funzionante. Segnalato, ma senza risultato

• Maÿlis (9/5): Très agréable je reviendrai volontiers - La localisation était très bien, proche de la mer, pas trop loin du centre historique et dans un quartier agréable, avec beaucoup de restaurants proches. La chambre et la résidence avait une décoration de très bon goût avec une cour charmante et un restaurant avec une belle ambiance. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la possibilité de laisser les bagages dans un endroit sécurisé dès le matin tôt avant même que la chambre soit prête, cela nous a permis de visiter Naples sans valise le premier jour.

Accessibilità facilitata da password numeriche senza necessità di host presente sul posto. Piacevole l’arredo con scalone d’accesso davvero impressionante. La suite si affaccia su un localo molto frequentato con musica disco fino a mezzanotte. Dopo un lungo viaggio non è stato facile riposare

We could check-in right after arriving, while in a lot of other places we had to wait till later. Wifi didn't work in the bedroom part, only in the income part of the room.

• Jutta (5/5): - Die Lage war im Prinzip gut, Bus vor der Tür, die Promenade auch gegenüber, gute Restaurants sehr nah. Mit funktionierender AC wären wir sehr zufrieden gewesen, so war das Studio leider eine Enttäuschung. Es war extrem heiß in Neapel, aber die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Wir mussten das Fenster öffnen, aber das Studio liegt an einer extrem befahrenen Straße und Kreuzung, der Lärm war unerträglich. Mein Mann ist schon über 80, da er sich weder tagsüber noch nachts erholen konnte, wurde der Aufenthalt leider zur Strapaze. Am letzten Abend kam jemand und reparierte die AC,.die letzte Nacht konnten wir also schlafen, doch mussten schon um halb 6 aufstehen,.unser Pech. Die Kommunikation mit Mario war eigentlich problemlos und sehr schnell, doch konnte er die AC über WhatsApp natürlich nicht in Gang bringen. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher und 2 Porzellanbecher. Fehlen: 2 Gläser, 2 Teller, ein bisschen Besteck und ein Geschirrtuch.

Tömegközlekedési lehetőségek is bőven vannak. A szoba tágas és tiszta semmi sem feláras (klíma, törölközők vannak). Rengeteg a közelben az étterem és kávézó. Apróság, de lehetnének tányérok, és evőeszközök.

• Albert (10/5): Amazing Hotel - The whole hotel looks like you are living in a castle.Really great vacation. The Hotel was 3 min away from the beach and about 10 min in the city. If you want you can eat right there with a nice vibe vine and antipasti really luxurius and also the Room itself was amazing nice bets and so much room. 10/10 vacation would always come back.

• Parker (1/5): Won’t book this room again - Location The door handle broke when I tried to exit. The WiFi didn’t work the entire time I was in the room. They said they came by and it was working and I showed them my screen shot from my phone of the network never pulling up. Because of this they said they would give me a partial refund which was one night of my 2 here. They tried to order my 60 euros when the total was 107. I asked if I could be refunded in booking.com for one night. They were not about to refund me in booking because of the commission fee. Which they placed on my pay from my refund which was not fair at all and had nothing to do with the money I spent for a room. So I had to disrupt one night with my card company. They also didn’t fix the door when I sent the video of it being broken and they said it was because I possible slammed it… the door has an auto open feature then you come in and the only time you need to use the handle is when you leave, so this would have been impossible. It’s loud af because it’s above a restaurant so you will have to be awake until the kitchen it. Stay in the blue room not the red room if possible.

No privacy or silence until 12 am because of the restaurant in the courtyard and one of the tables situated couple of metres from our door which had 1,5 cm of gap and we could hear very loud the noise. I'm sure the other bedrooms have more privacy therefore just try to avoid this one.
