- Cora (8/5): Prima cottage - Mooie grote kamer, keuken en slaapkamers Slechts 1 toilet in de badkamer. Geen normaal filterkoffiezetapparaat of nespresso aanwezig.
- Alison (9/5): We had a comfortable stay and appreciated Matt's friendly and timely email communication with us. - The location of the cottage was as described with shops and the village centre a short walk away. The cottage was spacious, and everything we needed had been provided. The welcome drinks and snacks were a lovely touch. We really appreciated how warm the flat was throughout our stay.
- John (10/5): Lovely stay in a gorgeous village - Much larger than we expected and fantastic location - walking distance to everything in Lymm
- kirsty (10/5): - Lovely cottage very clean and hosts great well communicated very comfy beds đ Nothing
- Janet (8/5): - Excellent location, hard to park very close to the property but we never had any issues parking at the dam which is a short walk away.

- Catherine (5/5): Basic needs met. Was clean. Didnât sleep very well. - It was easy to access Way too hot. Noisy road and junction.
- Robert (5/5): The position of the property is good and only a short walk from the center of Lymm. - The property is on the busy main road through Lymm and parking loading/unloading is an issue as it is on a junction.
On road parking is nearby though. The nearest par car park was full.
We had a few issues with our stay such as the wood burner had not been cleaned from being used previously,no washing up liquid provided, the bathroom toilet seat was very loose, the bathroom radiator did not work at all and the shower sometimes went from warm to scolding. A non slip bath matt would be a useful addition as the bath is quite slippery when getting in/out of the shower.
The main problem was the heating. For the first few days the rads were only luke warm. I was unable to override the settings on the boiler. On boxing day my wife had food poisoning and as the property was so cold I had to ask the owners to come and reset the heating. They had do do this twice once in the morning and again in the evening as it was still very cold.
Despite their lack of knowledge about the boiler they managed to get it working properly. A comprehensive boiler manual should be kept at the property.
- Ian (9/5): Lymm Village Cottage Stay - Good location and great facilities. Clear instructions for everything. Property was very clean and comfortable. Close to everything in the village and Lymm Dam for my morning walks. No parking onsite was a small hinderance considering the weather, but plenty of parking nearby.
- Peter (9/5): Superb - Clean and well appointed No parking near by
- Julie (9/5): Cosy cottage in lovely village looking forward to visiting again - Warm and comfortable house in good location - village has loads of lovely places to eat and the Sainsburyâs and Coop were very handy as well. The check in and check out times could be better an hour on each would make a difference

- Leonard (9/5): Felt welcome, comfortable and safe. Enjoyed our stay. - Hosts were very responsive, looked after all well. The property was within walking distance of the heart of Lymm village and its shops, pubs and more. It was well heated and warm when we arrived, much appreciated! There was no parking but not a real problem to park in nearby street.
- Rachael (7/5): Comfortable and did the job but not luxurious and price a little high - Comfortable and warm. Great location into village and surroundings walks TV picture. Washing machine was dirty but I cleaned it inside.

- Kevin (8/5): Would definitely recommend a stay here. Lovely cottage, Helpful host - Host agreed to set the code to one that was personally memorable for an elderly couple. Wonderful service and made it so convenient and less worrying. Cottage itself was delightful. Lots of space and comfortable seating downstairs, dining table and large spacious kitchen The cottage was spotlessly clean, and were greeted on arrival with coffee/tea/biscuits which was very welcome. Very convenient for a short walk into the lovely Lymm village and along the canal. Also easy driving distance into Knutsford, Arley etc. Only inconvenience was lack of nearby parking - we ended up on-road parking round the corner, which made it awkward for my elderly parents. Hint : don't be tempted to park in the children's nursery car park across the street of an evening / weekend - they put posts up and could trap you in !
- Harding-smith (9/5): Very enjoyable. - Very comfortable, clean cottage.
Very well equipped kitchen everything you need from a holiday cottage.
There was a small problem opening the key box. We were asked to choose a code but it didn't open, we had to call owner, it was soon sorted. I think the bathroom could do with a grip handle on the wall and a none slip bath mat.
Having had two hip replacements I was very nervous of slipping.
- David (8/5): Very good -

- Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Nice cosy cottage and great location near Lymm village Parking is a bit of an issue but not a massive problem
- Mark (10/5): Nice cottage would stay again - Clean well equipped properly, spacious with character. 5 min walk to a shop, pub and park Parking a minor problem, used a public car park but was 10 mins away.
- Thomas (9/5): Superb -
