- Eirini (10/5): Υπέροχη εμπειρία! - Ένας υπέροχος χώρος σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία! Μείναμε τρεις μέρες και απολαύσαμε τη φύση, καθώς είχαμε υπέροχη θέα. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν εξαιρετική και είχαμε την άνεση να απολαύσουμε το πρωινό μας στο σαλόνι μας. Αλλά επειδή οι άνθρωποι παίζουν τον πιο σημαντικό ρόλο, αξίζει να επισκεφτείς ένα μέρος που θα βρεις ανθρώπους τόσο ευγενικούς που πάντα σου χαμογελάνε. 😊

- Guy (8/5): Great view, friendly staff, overpriced. - A breathtaking view, a lovely balcony, and very friendly staff. The Wi-Fi was fast and parking was available. A modest breakfast is served to the room, but the room is small and lacks a dining table. The only table is on the balcony, which is irrelevant in January. The toilet is right next to the shower with no partition or glass separation. Consequently, every shower soaks the entire bathroom, including the toilet and counter.

- Antonia (9/5): - Everything was great about the property the host let us have an early check in as we arrived earlier! When we arrived they told as to choose our breakfast (the options were a lot) and the time that we want it! Every morning we had it on time fresh and tasty. Our room had fireplace (we didn’t use it) as well as central heating we used that one. The room was clean a bit small for 3 people but it was okay! The view is excellent and very quiet you can sit on the balcony enjoying the view and hear nothing! The property needs to install a full body mirror. Location was good if you want to avoid the noise from the center. Center is 15minutes by foot otherwise you can use taxi for 5minutes, 5€ charge (Syros Athanasios taxi the best quick service).

- Eyman (1/5): Cat Fished and don’t book this place. - We booked this accommodation and stay a few nights in the mountains but unfortunately when we arrived we inspected the rooms just prior to checking and they were absolutely far from what the photos of the rooms we booked were. The rooms were very very small and no so new. The rooms that say are big are practically a show box. The staff were not helpful when we showed them what we booked and what we actually got. At the time I had my client with me when we were there and it reflected really poorly as this was not was shown on the booking. We were simply cat fished. I ended up booking another accommodation to for us to stay as Snowglory was not what we booked. If you’re looking to book with a family don’t bother as you’ll be sitting on top of each other. Booking.com has been notified of this and we are trying to get a refund. However the staff at Snowglory haven’t been helpful at all. I’ll update this review once we come to a fair and amicable resolution, till then this review stands. Rooms are way too small. Photos on booking.com are false and do not reflect what the room is actually like. Staff are not very helpful nor professional. The male owner sleeps on the couch on the reception/ check in area.
- Νεφελη (8/5): - μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι συνολικά. Τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ ωραία, ευρύχωρα και πεντακάθαρα, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή μας άνετη και ευχάριστη. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή και ήσυχη, αν και δεν μπορείς να πας με τα πόδια στο κέντρο∙ με αυτοκίνητο όμως βρίσκεσαι εκεί πολύ γρήγορα, οπότε δεν αποτελεί πραγματικό μειονέκτημα. Το πρωινό ήταν γευστικό, σερβιρισμένο στις ποσότητες που επιλέγεις εσύ και μάλιστα στο δωμάτιο, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα. Γενικά, μια πολύ καλή επιλογή διαμονής

- EFTYCHIA (8/5): Ωραίος χώρος, θα μπορούσε να γίνει τέλειος με μικρές βελτιώσεις από το προσωπικό. - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή, πολύ κοντά στο χωριό, με παρκινγκ, ωραία θέα και το δωμάτιο φαινόταν καινούριο, με ωραίο φωτισμό, τηλεόραση με επιλογές, ωραία και άνετη επίπλωση, ευρύχωρο, ζεστό και μοντέρνο. Στο μπάνιο υπήρχαν ατομικές συσκευές με οδοντόβουρτσες! Δύο μπαλκόνια με τραπεζάκι και καρεκλες, πολύς χώρος για τις αποσκευές σε πολύ καλό ύψος ώστε να χωράνε όλες και να μην σκύβει κανείς. Ολα ήταν καινουρια, φρεσκοβαμμένα, καθαρά και με μια αίσθηση σπιτιού! Πράγματα που θα μπορούσαν να βελτιώσουν είναι τα εξής: Κάποιες γραπτές οδηγίες ή QR code στο δωμάτιο με κάποιες βασικές οδηγίες για το πρωινό, το κατάλυμα, τη θέρμανση, την περιοχή, χρήσιμα τηλέφωνα κλπ Καλύτερη επικοινωνία και ενημέρωση για το πρωινό. Μας έδωσαν ένα χαρτί όταν φθάσαμε και ταυτόχρονα ο κυριος που μας υποδέχτηκε μας μιλούσε για άλλα πράγματα, χωρίς ενημέρωση ή πληροφορία για το πρωινό. Το πρωινό σερβίρεται με ιδιαίτερο τρόπο και θεωρώ πρέπει να υπάρχει σαφης ενημέρωση από το προσωπικό. Το επιλέγει κανείς σε ένα χαρτί την προηγούμενη ημέρα, επιλέγει επίσης την ώρα που θέλει να σερβιριστεί και βάζει ποσότητες από το κάθε τρόφιμο στο χαρτί και το πρωινό σερβίρεται στο δωμάτιο. Δεν μας ενημέρωσαν για κάτι από όλα αυτά. Την άλλη ημέρα όταν ρώτησα, ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί και μας επέτρεψαν να το αλλάξουμε. Όμως δυστυχώς ήταν και πάλι πολύ φτωχο, και πολύ κρύο. Χωρίς τη δυνατότητα να παραγγείλεις κάποιο καφέ εκτός αυτών που φτιάχνεις μόνος σου στο δωμάτιο. Το ψωμί, ήταν δύο πολύ μικρά, φρέσκα αλλά κρύα ψωμάκια, λιγότερο χορταστικά από κουλούρι και όλα ήταν προσυσκευασμένα. Τα δημητριακά σε πολύ μικρό κουτάκι. Στο δωμάτιο υπάρχει ένα μπολ, όχι βραστήρας ή τρόπος να πλύνεις τα ποτήρια κλπ, ούτε 2-3 βασικά μαχαιροπήρουνα. Μόνο αυτά που φέρνουν με το πρωινό. Αυτό έρχεται σε ένα μικρό καλάθι. Μείναμε πολύ πεινασμένοι, χωρις καφέ και φάγαμε πάλι στο χωριό χάνοντας πολύ χρόνο καθώς σε όλα τα καφέ υπήρχε αναμονή. Ένας λόγος που έκλεισα το κατάλυμα ήταν το ότι παρείχε πρωινό που είναι ιδανικό για να ξεκινήσεις τη μέρα σου πριν το σκι, αλλά δυστυχώς δεν πήγε καλά. Τέλος, είχαμε κλείσει αρχικά το δωμάτιο για 3 άτομα και το ένα λογικά θα χρησιμοποιούσε τον καναπέ, ο οποίος ήταν μεγάλος και άνετος μεν. Αλλά δεν υπήρχε σε κάποιο μέρος στο δωμάτιο επιπλέον σετ που να δείχνει ότι είχε ετοιμαστεί να υποδεχθεί τρίτο άτομο. Ούτε μας ρώτησε η ενημέρωσε κανείς. Ούτε πετσέτες, σεντόνια ή πάπλωμα ή κάτι να σκεπαστεί και τα δείγματα στο μπάνιο έφταναν για 2 άτομα.

- Kosmas (1/5): Βασανιστηριο - Καθαρότατο. Ζητήσαμε και κλεισαμε διαμονή για 6 ατομα ενήλικες Η εφαρμογή μας κλείδωσε μια οικογενειακή σουίτα με χωρητικότητα έως 7 ατόμων. Στην πράξη ήταν δύο ξεχωριστά δωμάτια ξενοδοχείου το νο9 και το νο10, που επικοινωνούσαν με εσωτερική πόρτα που είχαν ανοίξει για το σκοπό της ενιαίας ενοικίασης. Το κάθε δωμάτιο έχει το δικό του μπάνιο αλλά στην περίπτωση που ενωθούν τα δυο δωμάτια το ένα ζευγάρι θα πρέπει να κοιμηθεί στον καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι, με φάρδος 1.20 μετρα, σούστες που τρίζουν, στρώμα 5 εκατοστών, παντελή απουσία ντουλάπας και χωρίς πρόσβαση σε μπάνιο/τουαλέτα κατά τη διάρκεια της νύχτας, αφού οι τουαλέτες βρίσκονται μέσα στα υπνοδωμάτια των άλλων δύο ζευγαριών που οι πόρτες τους είναι φυσικά κλειστές. Βασανιστική νύχτα μέχρι να ξημερώσει και σαν ζώα να πρεπει να αναγκάζεσαι να βγεις να κανεις την αναγκη σου στον κήπο για να μην την κάνεις στο χαλί του σαλονιού. Προς Θεου, πάψτε να το καταχωρείτε και να το μοστράρετε ως 6κλινο και μην θεωρείτε ότι μας κάνατε χάρη ακόμα και αν το χρεώνετε όπως λέτε, στην ίδια τιμή αν το είχαμε κλείσει ως τετρακλινο. Αν γνωρίζαμε τις συγκεκριμένες συνθήκες κατά την κράτηση, ευχαρίστως θα είχαμε πληρώσει για ένα έξτρα δωμάτιο και αν δεν είχατε διαθέσιμο (που θεωρούμε ότι μάλλον σκόπιμα το αποκρύψατε), δεν θα είχαμε μένει καθόλου.

- Stathis (10/5): - Ολα ηταν υπέροχα!! Φοβερό κατάλυμα!! Άνετο δωμάτιο, καθαρό με απίστευτες παροχές!! Σε φοβερή τοποθεσία, στο βουνό, δυο λεπτά απο το κέντρο της αραχωβας.

- Μιχαλης (7/5): Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και μοναδική θέα. - • Η θέα του δωματίου ήταν εξαιρετική. Ήταν η πρώτη εικόνα που βλέπαμε το πρωί και πραγματικά ανέβαζε τη διάθεση. • Η τοποθεσία βολική και ήρεμη, σε πολύ καλή απόσταση από την Αράχωβα και με εύκολη πρόσβαση. • Το δωρεάν πρωινό ήταν αρκετά φρέσκο, με καλής ποιότητας προϊόντα και ικανοποιητικές επιλογές. • Η θερμοκρασία στο δωμάτιο ήταν ιδανική – πολύ ζεστός χώρος, κάτι σημαντικό για χειμερινή διαμονή. • Το συνεχές ζεστό νερό ήταν πραγματικά μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα. Υπήρχε 24 ώρες το 24ωρο, χωρίς καμία διακοπή. • Η διάταξη του πάρκινγκ.. • Το μπάνιο ήταν το μεγαλύτερο και σοβαρότερο ζήτημα. Στο συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο δεν υπήρχε σωστή απορροή, με αποτέλεσμα το μπάνιο να πλημμυρίζει κάθε φορά που ανοίγαμε το νερό. Η στάθμη ανέβαινε γρήγορα, το νερό έμενε στο δάπεδο, και: δημιουργούσε έντονη δυσοσμία, άφηνε συνεχώς υγρασία, και έφτανε στο σημείο να μην μπορούμε να μπούμε ξανά στο χώρο χωρίς να πατάμε σε νερά. Αυτό δεν είναι μικρή ενόχληση· είναι σοβαρή λειτουργική έλλειψη που επηρεάζει την καθαριότητα, την υγιεινή και την άνεση της διαμονής. • Η ηχομόνωση ήταν ανεπαρκής. • Επιπλέον, το γεγονός ότι το δωμάτιο ήταν ακριβώς δίπλα στη reception. • Δεν υπήρχε παράθυρο με φύλλα / στόρια που να μπλοκάρουν το φως. Το πρωί, από τις 07:00, το δωμάτιο έμπαινε ήλιος και ξυπνούσαμε χωρίς να το θέλουμε.
