Guest Reviews
- Saif (8/5): Very good -
- Tilly (10/5): Really great location, clean apartments and the staff were lovely - Location was great and both apartments were clean and well presented.
- Arpan (7/5): Good -
- Anonymous (8/5): Great location to King's Cross, clean and would stay again - The host was really helpful and communicated well before the visit. They arrived shortly after we did to great us even though we had a door code.
Room was lovely and clean and had great facilities Could have done with another mirror in the bedroom
- Arzu (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good Room is very small for three people. Sheets were not clean at all.
- Muhd (10/5): Perfect for family of 4.. - Walking distance to the train station.. convenient shop and halal food is just nearby.. The building is near the main road so hence the ones that drive car and ride motorcycles tends to drive/ride by fast with their extremely loud exhaust so that’s the only downside.
- William (10/5): Exceptional - It’s a nice location
- Chambial81 (7/5): Overall a value for money. A few things if could be improved, it would become a great stay! - Pros (Studio Apartment, 2nd floor):
a. Location - Quite near to London Underground, National Rail and plenty of bus stations nearby.
b. Amenities - Washing Machine + Dryer, Iron with Board, Hair Dryer
c. Kitchenette - Induction Cooktop + Chimney, Microwave, Electric Kettle
d. Basic Toiletries - Shower Gel, Shampoo, Handwash, Dishwasher included Cons (Studio Apartment, 2nd floor):
a. It is not a hotel, so you have to treat it like your own home: Wash the dishes, clear up the garbage, clean-up the room.....all by yourself.
b. Kitchenette and the Toilet are too small.
c. Wifi occasionally loses signal
d. No space for wardrobe.
- Claire (8/5): Very good location, good value for money - Location was really good - couldn’t be better. The place was large and very clean.
- Wu (10/5): Exceptional - This property enjoys an excellent location, within a 15-minute walk from King's Cross Station. It's very convenient to get to all parts of the city center. The room facing the street can be a bit noisy during the day, but it's very quiet at night.
- Conor (9/5): Superb -
- Lisandra (10/5): Exceptional - Recently stayed at Eurostar and had an overall fantastic experience. Due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally booked a split-level studio which unfortunately wasn't suitable for my health condition. When I arrived and realized the situation, I contacted one of the hosts who was incredibly kind, understanding, and professional. Although there were no other rooms available at the time, he immediately offered me a full refund if I chose to book a different apartment or hotel more suitable for my needs. As soon as I cancelled, the refund was processed without delay.
Just the week before, I had stayed at another studio managed by Eurostar and was very impressed with the cleanliness and excellent location. The customer service has always been top-notch, and I truly appreciate how they handled everything with care and empathy.
Definitely recommend Eurostar and I will absolutely return in the future!
- Nigel (4/5): Go to a Travelodge instead! - Good location for Eurostar but property not labelled so hard to find. Even the shop next door did not know it by its publicised name. Good towels. TV worked Dingy. Needs a freshen up. Sofa bed stained. Pillows unusable. No tea or coffee that was usable
- Julia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eva (8/5): Very good - The host was very nice and met us at the house to give us the key codes. The location of the apartment is great and the kitchen and bathroom had everything that was needed (microwave, kettle, hob, hairdryer, towels). The host also provided a travel cot for our baby which was great. The noise from the street was very loud, so I would pack some ear plugs. The place was clean but looked a little run down.
- Jérémie (5/5): Passable - Stay was okay. I have contacted the property several times to request a receipt for reimbursement and received no reply. Disappointing service
- Clarice (7/5): Good place to stay in London. - It is very accessible to the train station. Property is clean and equipped with necessary kitchen items. Bed mattress is uncomfortable, too stiff.
- George (1/5): BEDBUGS - n/a Absolutely covered the bed bug bites. Stayed there for 3 nights for work and things weren’t perfect by any stretch but that didn’t bother me as just somewhere to sleep. But I’m now covered in bed bug bites. And it seems I’m not the only one who has had this issue. I should’ve read the real negative reviews. Absolutely disgusting
- Helen (4/5): Disappointing - The lo action of the property That we had to walk down and up a flight of stairs to our bathroom and kitchen
- Mark (6/5): Pleasant -
- Gareth (6/5): Pleasant - Location good Would like info to the room upfront
- Titobiloluwa (7/5): Highly recommended! - Loved our stay here! The property is in a convenient spot near Kings Cross Station, many bus routes, and food places. The flat was spacious enough for 3 people and comfortable, plus heating that worked in the main area and bedroom. The bathroom was quite small, but it was manageable and modern.
The walls are SO thin! We stayed below another flat and could hear stomping and furniture moving? very early in the morning but this may have just been unfortunate for us being under another flat.
Also check out is 10am :((
- Ray (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carrie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (10/5): It was the perfect location -
- Magnus (3/5): Poor - Nice host, responsive
Affordable
Simple to check in (door codes) but not sure how secure that is Cleanliness - very dusty around curtains / under the bed, bathroom sink doesn't drain properly, fan is clogged with dust, whole place smells like Febreeze to cover up the damp
Comfort - no bedframe, just a mattress on top of broken boxes, loose broken headboard, cheap sheets that didn't feel crisp, cheap synthetic duvet and pillows
- Ray (9/5): Superb -
- Karolina (10/5): Exceptional - location was great, next to kings cross station. a bit noisy at nights tho, but it was clean
- Lesley (4/5): Uncomfortable due to overriding vile smell from an uncleaned spillage - Good location
Fair communication with host
Cheap Awful smell - from a previous spillage - which I reported immediately- was not dealt with effectively
Dirty bedding, was changed - unfortunately this was dirty too
Toilet had not been cleaned properly
- Cheryl-louise (10/5): Exceptional -
- Benjamin (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (7/5): Good - Location Not big enough for 3
- Idris (3/5): Bed bugs - The space and the location. The shower could have been cleaner. Worst experience were the bed bugs. I made a complaint and we were moved to another studio apartment where there were also bed bugs. I was bitten in multiple of places. My wife and baby had to return home while I stayed to work in the city.
- Aku (9/5): Superb -
- Adam (10/5): Great value for money compared to other accommodation in the area. Will be back again 👍 - Great value for money compared to other accommodation in the area. Will be back again 👍
- Karina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Je (10/5): GREAT STAY - Spotlessly clean..
Every facility accounted for.
Literally nothing missing - no negatives at all.
Centre of London.
Very competitve price.
A complete apartment!
Great host.
Total hastle free stay.
Extended check out time to help us.
Will stay there again and again. No negatives at all.
- Lembke (8/5): Very good -
- Mairead (6/5): Okayish - Location
Azera coffee
Lots of cleaning products No ventilation
Cold
Noise from street is ridiculous
Tv at awkward angle
Shower goes hot to cold quickly
- Robertson (1/5): never again - nothing dirty unclean and photos hugely miss leading
- Paloma (9/5): Superb - Staff was so attentive they gave me all the comfort I needed within their ability. Such kind and proactive people - loved my room with windows to the road, so Londony and did not understand a bit of the reviews here about the noise - it was really lovely. Location is top top - stayed on my own for two nights and around a week with my son, so easy and enjoyable to move around. -
- Ian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sumanta (8/5): Very good -
- Déborah (10/5): It was so great and very appreciable to be so close to the city centre. - I loved the location of this flat, it was near the center and so practical, I appreciated. We hear too much noise from the street. The isolation is not good. It would be good to improve this point.
- Ells (10/5): Great find! - The studio was a good size with all that you need. Great central location and a good price. The staff are lovely!
- Maria (9/5): We had a very pleasant stay, the room was very clean and cozy with warm spaces. - Very clean property, cozy and warm spaces, good for up to 3 people, near busses trains and metro lines. More towels would be good since we were 3 people for 3 nights and we were offered just 4 towels for the whole stay.
- Barrie (10/5): Great central location, easy access and very clean apartment. -
- Trish2301 (7/5): Euro city apartments - Apartment had ample space and was close to where we needed to be Could have benefited from a bit more attention to cleanliness. Used dish sponge, used dish cloth, dusty furniture and quite noisey.
- Leyali (10/5): Exceptional -
- Giampiero (10/5): Exceptional - I like everything especially when they ask me what time we arrive,.I felt that they care Nothing yes it's small but this is the price and this is is only what we need
- Reda (6/5): The cons unfortunately outweigh the pros - Great location, easy self check in and check out, spacious apartment with VERY WELL equipped kitchen. Comfortable room temperature (stayed in January). Cheaper than other properties in such location. UNBEARABLY NOISY - you can hear your neighbours upstairs walking, taking a shower etc., it seems that everything is happening right inside your room. Extremely thin walls. Lacks cleanliness- we found semi-dirty dishes, torn and dirty bedsheets, dust, hair, crumbs on the floor etc. Broken shower holder.
- Tina (10/5): Exceptional - Great location
- Alysia (8/5): Very good -
- Adam (8/5): Excellent value for comfortable room in great location. - The location was great and host was very friendly. The room was nice with a kitchen and bathroom with everything you would need. Comfy bed too and good heating available There was a leak above the toilet in the bathroom and also a pretty bad smell in there. The shower could also only really be boiling hot or cold.
- Taggart (9/5): Super Kings Cross Location - Excellent location, clean and very good value.
- Alessio (5/5): Unpleasant stay due to cleanliness and bed bugs - The location was excellent, and the accommodation was suitable for a long stay. The cleanliness left much to be desired. I found long hairs on the sheets, in the shower, and in the toilet and fridge. Most concerningly, there were bed bugs, which made my stay extremely unpleasant. It was a shame, as the place had great potential.
- Adam (7/5): Good -
- Jamie (8/5): All in all, if you are not looking for luxury and just wanted somewhere you can sleep when you are in London, this is a - The property is very accessible to buses and is about 10 minutes walk to St. Pancras King's Cross Station. You can also find a lot of convenience stores and a decent amount of restos from Chinese, Vietnamese, Turkish, Indian and much more. The room is decent if you are not into luxury. You can prepare your own meals in the property as they provide you with an induction cooker, kitchenwares, utensils, electric kettle and a small fridge. The sofa beds are sturdy and can easily fit a couple comfortably. The bedroom is quite small but if you do not have a lot of stuff, it is bearable. As most of the properties in London, very narrow aisle leading to a very narrow staircase going to the basement unit. The toilet is very narrow too and as a big guy, I have difficulty moving inside. The sink in the toilet is very small but it has decent hot and cold shower. The toilet could also be separated from the bedroom as it could get quite disturbing to those staying in the bedroom when at wee hours, some of your companions go inside to pee or do their thing.
- Webster (8/5): Very good - The noisy git upstairs to go weight watchers Noisy neighbor
- Ursula (7/5): Probably would stay again but wary because of the noise - Clean and spacious Noise from the traffic all night
- Veronica (10/5): A lovely and convenient place to stay in London, with great value for money - The studio was conveniently located (about 7 minutes away from King's Cross station and minutes away from good restaurants, bakeries and pubs), very clean, with a tiny (yet useful) kitchenette with cups, plates and cutlery, an electric kettle, an electric stove and a microwave oven that we found very useful in the morning or when we were too tired to eat out. We also had milk, instant coffee and tea waiting for us, which we appreciated immensely, especially as we arrived quite late in the evening and were too tired to go shopping. The studio was located on the 2nd floor, but we travelled with little luggage, so that was no problem for us. It really was perfect for our needs. We were very happy with the accommodation. There were only minor things in need of fixing or updating in the bathroom, but they will probably be taken care of when the peak season is over.
- Banerjee (7/5): Good -
- Rhys (6/5): Pleasant -
- Barney (7/5): Good -
- Reca (10/5): Exceptional - Honestly, the host was genuine and helpful. It was comfortable and I honestly slept well during our stay especially around this time in London.
- Brett (10/5): Exceptional - The Manager was great. And the price for the location was excellent.
My only disappointment is that they don't have more available rooms. As I'd stay every visit if they did.
- Feiyi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dave (8/5): Despite minor complaints, it was clean and comfortable and suited our purposes. - Great location easy walk to Kings Cross The documentation only had the street name but NOT the number. I called and found it VERY difficult to understand the person giving me instructions. When he gave me the door code I had t ask at least 5 times to get him to repeat it. IN the end he Whats apped the instructions.
We had two apartments - number 11 had no corkscrew and a bad smell of drains in the bathroom
Number 9 the sheet on the bed settee was so threadbare it was almost as clear as clingfilm.
Notwithstanding these minor complaints, it was clean and comfortable and suited our purposes.
- Mark (8/5): Very good -
- Joanne (5/5): It served a purpose as it was a 10 minute walk to St Pancras - The bed was comfortable Access was difficult as the key pad sticks and when you leave you need to make sure you lock the door as it doesn’t automatically close. The walls are very thin and we were woken up throughout the night by neighbours above banging and scraping things on the floor. The rubbish on the streets outside was awful and the room is street level so this made it noisy in both sleeping areas.
- Hamid.r87-66 (1/5): Bad -
- Fang (1/5): Unadvertised Dungeon Room - Absolutely nothing, read the review that some of the rooms had bed bugs!! False advertising as well. Stayed one night and left. We ordered a studio room and was given a so call "bigger space" with two sofa beds and a bedroom which sounds good but guess what?! It was an unadvertised underground room like a personal dungeon. We checked in and the lot smelled like strong duty detergent to cover up that the box sized toilet smelled LIKE a SEWAGE PLANT.
10/10 would NOT recommend. Found out about the bed bugs review after and wasn't willing to risk another night at that place. Never picked up any booking.com calls for a money return.
The first picture is a what was given, doesn't look bad but it is. It wasn't advertised anywhere at all and what we were supposed to get was a studio like the other picture. Hope this helps anyone before making a decision to stay here.
- Angela (8/5): Very good -
- Nicola (10/5): Fantastic - Great location, comfortable and great friendly host
- Stefanie (9/5): Superb - Great location, cozy apartment, comfy bed, kitchen area hadeverything you need. All nice and clean. Shower pressure wasn't great.
Lots of traffic made it a bit noisy.
- Matthew (5/5): Ok but not great - Comfortable bed. Good size studio. Good smart tv. Easy checkin. Good location. Horrible lighting. Old, dirty fridge. Couldn’t access hot water so no shower. Wifi kept cutting out so streaming tv didn’t work properly
- Terry (10/5): All amazing thank you - Perfect in every way Nothing
- Steve (8/5): Very good -
- Rodrigo (8/5): Very good - Excellent position!
- Julie (8/5): Great for our overnight stay - Great for a night in London.
Comfortable bed, great shower, little kitchenette. Very clean. Communication before checking in was great, and the host was on hand to show me in, and answer my queries. He also went above and beyond when I said I was popping out to get milk. He insisted on bringing milk to me. Highly recommended. I'd stay again. Thank you! Street noise was loud, but it's London. The one room light is VERY bright. 😂
- Barnes (7/5): Good location easy to get in and out - Good location Shower wasn’t great kept turning off but was only minor. Also the ceiling started to leak slightly probably due to the rain
- Conor (8/5): Very good -
- Lindsay (10/5): Perfect for us good stopover - Exactly what we ordered
- Gita (8/5): Very good - It was ok. Not much space, but for two nights it's good. Clean, good location
- Kevin (5/5): Passable - Great location in walking distance of Kings Cross station giving easy access to London and Europe. Good size appartment close to shops, pubs and restaurants. Lots of road noise which was always busy. Poor heating and hob did not work. Shower was dangerous
- Anders (7/5): Location good, but much noise from the street, cheap furninture, especially chairs - The most important for me was the location, walking distance to SOAS, School of Orient. and Afr. Studies. (20 min), nice small restaurants and coffeeshops on the way to SOAS, The traffic outside was noisy - cars all nigth - but since it was 5-10th of November, I just needed to have the window open a tiny bit.
The chairs and the "table" was very cheap, but this is a general problem that such apartments do not have a office chair(s), so that you can read/anwer emails, polish your ppt etc in with some ergonomic furniture.
- Arkadiusz (10/5): Great stay in London thanks to this place -
- Tony (8/5): Very good -
- Angelina (9/5): Superb -
- Phoebe (9/5): Superb - Great facilities, easy to contact host, welcoming host. Close to King’s cross station and the underground! Comfy bed, nice and spacious. Only downside was the guest in the next room which were extremely noisy during the quiet hour however this is not the fault of the hotel/host. Aside from that everything fine!
- Yumna (8/5): Great ! Recommend for a short trip - Very clean, spacious easy to access Lots of noise outside during the night but not property’s fault
- Ahnaaf (7/5): Good - It was small and compact, and was the perfect size for 3 people. Not too big and not too small, just perfect! The toilet didn’t have a mat to dry our feet and the sink was clogged. Other than that, I was happy with it.
- Susan (8/5): Very good -
- Kimberly (10/5): Clean, compact, great location. - Great location, very clean. Laundry available. Easy check in. Bathroom very tight, but that’s central London!
- André (6/5): Pleasant - Basically the location, close to King's square will all of the public transports available.
"Cheap" compared to other hotel's in London. We stayed in a room that isn't shown on Booking pictures, the basement/cave. The feeling of security was quite low, since it had a door to the outside/street, also, the main door had a really bad locking system that we couldn't even block from the inside, we had to find out the trick to lock it from the outside while being inside!
Cleaning was not that good, the sofas for the extra beds were quite rusty and dirty.
Bathroom was always smelling like the sewer and the bath space was a slipping trap.
At night really noisy with the road nearby, a lot of ambulances pass through this street.
- Sam (7/5): Good -
- Fabeliken (10/5): highly recommended - Good morning,
Top ! all the instructions to get to the appartment were clear.
The accommodation is ideally located, it is clean and secure.
Thank you so much to our accessible and very kind hosts
Best regards
Elisa et Thomas /
- Arun (10/5): . - . .
- Judith (4/5): We got what we paid for, will not stay here again. - The property was a short walk from kings cross so very central and handy for travel. The drains were obviously blocked and the smell was rancid. The sink did not drain in the bathroom. The mould in the shower room could have been dealt. Family sleeping was not great at there was only one hospital grade full beam light in the room.
- Scott (10/5): Exceptional -
