• Karin (10/5): - Wir haben Apartment 1 mit 5 Personen bewohnt. Es war trotz Souterrain-Lage sehr hell mit Fenstern und wir konnten die Terrasse nutzen und ein Lagerfeuer machen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Küche ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr gut erreichbar.

• Roman (6/5): - Hezká lokalita, parkování v areálu. Pokoj prostorný. Vše bylo k dispozici. Tekla velmi vlažná voda. Kuchyň a WC byly na chodbě, ale ne společné.

• itay (6/5): אין פרטיות בין החדרים - החדרים היו גדולים ומרווחים. מיקום היו שני חדרי שינה, סלון וחדר אמבטיה. המעבר בין החדרים, כלומר המסדרון שמחבר את החדרים הם לא פרטיים, כלומר אורחים שעולים במדרגות לחדר סמוך יכולים לראות אותכם, במעברים בין החדרים. אתה חייב לסגור את הדלת של החדר על מנת לקבל פרטיות. לא ממליץ אין פרטיות!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

• Sportfreund (10/5): Eine traumhaft, exklusive Unterkunft - Wer eine außergewöhnliche Übernachtung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir waren mit unseren vier Kindern über Weihnachten in der großen Wohnung und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sowohl telefonisch (spricht super deutsch) als auch über Booking oder per WhatsApp immer sehr freundlich und stets zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder😊

• Gregor (10/5): Wohnen wie ein Knopfkönig des frühen 20. Jahrhunderts. - Die Villa ist eine geschmackvoll renovierte Residenz, die ursprünglich ein erfolgreicher Knopffabrikant um die Wende vom 19. zum 20. Jahrhundert in Jablonec (ehem. Gablonz) gebaut hat. Sie liegt etwas außerhalb des Standzentrums in einem Neubaugebiet über der Weißen Neisse, die im Tal rauscht. Die Wohnungen sind super geräumig, meist getäfelt und gemütlich eingerichtet. Eigentlich nichts.

• Adéla (7/5): Krásné, ale bez soukromí - Lokalita byla příjemná, vedle hřbitova. Ke všem atrakcím v okolí to byla chvilička. Moc se nám líbily pokoje, vysoké stropy, postel s nebesy, prostornost ubytování, čistota a snadné parkování, a taky že v oknech byly venkovní rolety. Nebýt ty prostory propojené se sousedním apartmánem, připadali bychom si jako na zámku. Moc pěkné. Náš apartmán byl přímo propojen s apartmánem jiných lidí, oddělen pouze dřevěnou přepážkou. Když sousedi pod námi vyšli na schody, přímo jsme na ně viděli. To bohužel také znamenalo, že jsme se vzájemně slyšeli a když spálili popcorn, bylo to cítit u nás a trvalo hodiny to vyvětrat. Jejich děti tam křičely v noci i brzy ráno. Jako hlavní nedostatek ubytování tedy beru nedostatek soukromí.

• Vardit (7/5): - הבית יפה, חדש ומרווח ויש חנייה פרטית, אבל: למרות שכתוב שיש מיזוג אוויר, בפועל אין במקום מיזוג אוויר! ובגל חום זה משמעותי. גם אין רשתות על החלונות כך שכשפתחנו אותם נכנסו הרבה חרקים. הדירה בקומת מרתף/ פרטר. ובנוסף למרות שכתוב שני חדרי שינה וסלון, בפועל יש רק חדר שינה סגור אחד- ובסלון ספה ומיטה זוגית.

• Kathleen (8/5): - Op zich een prachtig gebouw en een zeer ruime, mooi gedecoreerde kamer met comfortabel bed. Goede douche! Prima communicatie met de gastheer en makkelijk proces om in te checken. Gratis parkeren is absoluut ook een meerwaarde. Er hing een eerder muf geurtje in de kamer (ook zo voor de handdoeken) In de badkamer hingen er jammer genoeg ook nog wat spinnenwebben en de potjes met geurstokjes waren leeg. De buurt viel een beetje tegen en voelde voor mij wat onveilig aan 's avonds maar dat is iets heel persoonlijks natuurlijk.
