• Andiara Almeida (10/5): Lugar encantador - Quarto bem limpo e confortável, toda a estrutura muito linda, limpa e organizada, estávamos dentro de uma verdadeira floresta , amei tudo. Ao lado de alguns pontos turísticos de Lá fortuna onde fomos andando , só era um pouco distante do centro, mas de carro era apenas 5 minutinhos. Tivermos problemas apenas com wi-fi, pois o modem que atuava próximo ao nosso quarto não estava funcionando, para baixar as mensagens tínhamos que sair do quarto e ir até a área do restaurante, enfim nada que tirasse o brilho e a beleza do lugar . Café da manhã muito gostoso, porém era porcinonado e a quantidade achamos pequena.

• Pedro José (7/5): “El hotel tenía potencial, pero la habitación 104 contó otra historia” - Nuestra estadía tenía todo para ser una experiencia de descanso memorable… pero terminó convirtiéndose en una historia que merece ser contada. Nos hospedamos en la habitación 104, ubicada literalmente entre dos zonas de construcción. Desde muy temprano el sábado, los martillazos y taladros fueron los protagonistas de la mañana. El descanso, el silencio y la desconexión que uno espera de un hotel quedaron sepultados bajo el ruido constante de las obras. Resulta sorprendente que una habitación en esas condiciones siga siendo asignada sin una advertencia previa al huésped. Si necesitas algún tipo de conectividad via WIFI desafortunadamente la habitación 104 tampoco contaba con cobertura adecuada. Lo más curioso es que pudimos comprobar que en el resto del hotel la conexión funcionaba correctamente, por lo que el problema parecía concentrarse únicamente en esa habitación. En tiempos donde la conectividad es parte esencial de la experiencia del huésped, este detalle termina sumando más frustración a la estadía en especial si haces Teletrabajo. Pero lo más preocupante vino después. Tras pasar la noche, aparecieron varias ronchas en la piel compatibles con posibles picaduras de chinches o ácaros en la cama. Más allá de la incomodidad, esto genera una preocupación seria sobre los protocolos de higiene y control que debería mantener cualquier hotel que aspire a brindar tranquilidad y confianza. Y para cerrar la experiencia, la cena en el restaurante dejó mucho que desear. El tartar de atún —un plato que normalmente destaca por su frescura y suavidad— llegó seco, sin vida y lejos de la calidad que uno esperaría encontrar en la propuesta gastronómica del lugar. Sin embargo, también es justo reconocer lo positivo. El personal del hotel siempre fue atento, amable y claramente capacitado para atender a los huéspedes con profesionalismo y buena actitud. Además, el desayuno estuvo bien preparado y ofreció una experiencia mucho más acorde con lo que uno espera de la estadía.

• Guillermo (10/5): Very close to town, beautifull hot springs and price worthy - The waiter Esteban is an excellent employee in every sense. The rooms were cleaned every day. Vegetation was outstanding. Five different swimming pools with different tempertures with cascates. Quiet all around. The areas of the bungaloos are about 25 square meters, enough space but not big. The restaurant had deliciuos food at a reasonable price so we decided to eat there whenever we were close to it Seats outside each room or bunbaloo could be a bit more confortable for relaxing

Las piscinas muy limpiecitas, el lugar en si, como una postal lleno de vegetacion bien cuidada. Diay la parte mas importante la bienvenida, el recibimiento, la cara del hotel, es decir la recepción, la primer muchacha que estaba............ seca, pero digamos que bien, la segunda y el único hombre que me atendio ahí, como ver a alguien comiendo limón ácido sin sal.

• Anna (8/5): Wonderful affordable little hotel - The pool was awesome and the poolside drinks were pretty cheap by US standards. Hotel is close to town and you can get a simple breakfast on site. Rooms are very clean and have AC. The hot water in the shower wasn’t very strong

• Juan Carlos (9/5): Un lugar muy lindo - Lo bien diseñado que está todo, las instalaciones muy bonitas, con abundante naturaleza, mucha privacidad, el restaurante muy bueno. Falta aguas termales, no siempre están calientes las piscinas, me gustaría más zonas donde el huésped pueda realizar actividades entretenidas. podría ser, un futbolín, una mesa de billar, mesa de ping pon, una cancha de volibol, hacer un sendero un poco más grande por toda la propiedad para que el huésped lo recorra sobre todo si tienen más terrenos que no están utilizando, podrían generar un espacio como una pequeña granja con distintos animalitos (cabras, ponys, conejos, gallinas, tilapias, etc.), le venden alimento a los huésped (Zanahoria, lechuga, etc) para que se entretengan, un estanque con tilapias y los huevos que produzcan las gallinas les sirve para el restaurant y para entretener a los visitantes, solo son ideas.

Just in the middle of the nature, surrounded by birds, monkeys, frogs and millions kind of vegetation. Perfect for relaxing, enjoying, and great swimming pool for children. Restaurant service was exceptional, friendly staff, smily, helpful… all you can ask for. Anita the owner she is just an Angel. Everything was perfect.

La habitación equipada para cocinar (aunque no cocinamos) pero es una excelente opción. Las instalaciones hermosas con tanta naturaleza. El domingo empezaron la limpieza de la piscina muy tarde por lo que solo pudimos utilizarla un ratito.

• Maribel (9/5): - El hotel es espectacular, rodeado de naturaleza, la piscina preciosa y los senderos demasiado bonitos. Lo unico que no me gustó es que en la habitacion que nos dieron la red de wifi era demasiado inestable, fue casi imposible trabajar desde la habitación.

Of ze begrepen de vraag niet of ze hebben het niet goed gecommuniceerd > ontbijt was in ieder geval niet klaar.

• Rini (9/5): Fabulous - This is a beautiful little resort in a great location , very near the la Fortuna waterfalls and other attractions. The swimming pool area is gorgeous and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the swim up bar. The restaurant serves very good food at a reasonable price. All the staff were excellent but a special mention needs to be made of Fabien, who made above and beyond in looking after us. Over all we had an excellent time here. The lack of hooks behind doors and the lack of cupboard and drawer space.

La naturaleza y las piscinas dan un ambiente de relajación. El ruido de los clientes pero eso escapa.del control del hotel aunque la mayoría eran extranjeros. Pueden mejorar la variedad de desayunos.

• Petr (8/5): - Úžasné okolí hotelu Apartmány se 2 ložnicemi pro až 4 osoby, jedna ložnice bez oken, úzká postel. Pokyny pro ubytování jsou rozporuplné. Na pokoji nesmíte pod pokutou vařit, ale pokoj má kuchyňku. Vybavení kuchyňky je stejně slabé, dokonce i málo skleniček nebo hrnků. Chybí verandička.
• Taylor (8/5): Beautiful property, clean, fun pool - We loved the pool, the gardens around the property, and the cleanliness of the hotel room. The staff were kind and helpful too. The location was close to everything although not walkable into town with little kids (but could’ve if just adults). Parking was easy and breakfast was good. I didn’t like having to wear a bracelet every day. We lost water in the room briefly but the staff was quick to fix it. The tv didn’t work. While the room itself was simple and basic, it was what we needed for our stay.
• Andrea (10/5): Debería volver por más días, fue poco tiempo para disfrutar de tanto - Una belleza toda, el estilo, la pileta , el restaurante, las habitaciones, la ducha y la presión del agua perfecta ! el silencio por la noche !!! Amé ese silencio después de días agotadores, la noche es para descansar y realmente el respeto x el silencio después de las 10 pm es de reconocimiento, la comida en el restaurante siempre bien servida y deliciosa igual que el desayuno y el café, los empleados siempre amables, Fabián iba y venía a la pileta trayendo tragos con una amabilidad y educación de admirar ! Siempre atento, la señoras de la limpieza de la habitación cuidaron todos los detalles, un servicio impecable. No hubo nada …. Oh si, algo: no había postres en el menú del restaurante, solo helado. Quizá hacía falta mas reposeras en la pileta pero las hamacas están adorables , está muy bien pensado todo, es una injusticia quejarse ….

• Osvaldo Francisco (7/5): La habitación no nos gustó, el resto del lugar está bastante bien. - Los senderos para llegar al restaurante y las piscinas son cortos pero bonitos. El personal nos trató bien. Comida muy rica y rápidos. La habitación no se parecía a la que vi a la hora de seleccionarla en Booking auque luego en la confirmación uno puede ver la habitación que realmente nos asignaron y ahí si se veía como las fotos, pero fueron muy diferentes para nuestro caso particular. En nuestro caso el baño fue sumamente incómodo porque había que hacer malabares para poder cerrar la puerta y la presión del agua era muy baja.

Das Frühstück ist übersichtlich. Man hat die Wahl zwischen drei Gerichten, welche nicht wirklich sättigen. Die Zikaden in den Bäumen sind so laut, dass es schon störend wirkt. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts

• Juan (8/5): It was a relaxing amenity - The pools and jacuzzi with plenty hammocks to relax if you book rooms 210-211 you have great view of the toucan birds early in the morning. You can only choose one plate for breakfast unlike other places where they set up breakfast buffet style and you cannot eat and mix your plates with plenty of fruit options. One of my drink cocktails was too sweet and it made me dizzy inside the jacuzzi and I left it full by the pool to go to my room to be safe. I told the waiter hours later and they didn’t remove the drink charges even after I told him I had felt dizzy and left my drink full by the jacuzzi because I sipped the sweet drink with all the mixer purée not stirred at the bottom which actually caused the sugar rush.

Très bel environnement et le personnel étaient très gentil en particulier Fabien toujours souriant et qui me donnait des hits pour prendre des photos. Étant donné que l'on avait une plaque de cuisson, on manquait de chaudron et d'ustensiles pour faire de la cuisine
• Christof (8/5): Schönes Hotel mit kleinen Mängeln und beratungsresistentem Management - Das Hotel hat einen wundervollen Garten und einen tollen Pool, alles ist sehr gepflegt, das Essen im Restaurant hat sehr gut geschmeckt, das Frühstück war reichlich und gut. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten Zimmer 107 etwas abseits, das Zimmer entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen und dem bezahlten Preis, es gab keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten, kein einziger Haken oder Nagel in der Wand, um etwas aufzuhängen, nicht einmal im Bad konnte man die nassen Handtücher irgendwo aufhängen. Vor dem Zimmer gab es keine Sitzmöglichkeit, erst nach 2-maligem Nachfragen wurden 2 Stühle aufgestellt. Die Mängel könnten mit minimalstem Aufwand beseitigt werden, wurden auch in vielen Bewertungen schon angesprochen, aber das Management bringt es nicht fertig, diese zu beheben. Schade und traurig, da ansonsten alles gepasst hat.
• Satnam (8/5): Lovely hotel with friendly staff - Excellent staff, very helpful, great breakfast with a choice of American, Costa Rican or simple toast & fruit. The pool area is lovely and maintained. Restaurant was reasonable The WiFi signal was very very poor. One of our beds was creaky so a bit annoying at night time. The shower gel that was provided felt more like moisturising cream!
• Jean (10/5): Fantastic stay will exceed what you are expecting - We stayed for two nights with our family of seven. Booked 3 rooms and each was a little different in its own way. The property far exceeded the pictures on booking.com. The bed in one of the rooms was much too hard, but the other two rooms were fine. The breakfast at their restaurant was fabulous and and the staff was great. If you book this properly, I can’t imagine that you would be disappointed!!! The bed in room 113 was much too firm. There were a lot of ants in room 110 & roaches in 220; but that is somewhat expected in the region, I think.

• Scholz (10/5): It was our 25th anniversary. It did not disappoint us. - Great choices for breakfast. Service was exceptional. Very friendly staff. The grounds were exquisite. The gardeners kept the place serene. The pool, was something out of a fairy tale. The pool could have been a little warmer.
• Daniel (9/5): Geheimschatz: Außenbereich - Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Der Rio Fortuna und El Salto waren fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Auch der Wasserfall La Fortuna ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Das Personal war freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und das Frühstück solide. Begeistert hat uns der wunderschöne Außenbereich, unter anderem mit drei verschieden temperierten Whirlpools, zwei weiteren Poolbecken und der Möglichkeit, gute und günstige Cocktails direkt am/im Pool zu verzehren. Das Hoteleigene Restaurant ist außerdem ein guter Budgettipp für das Abendessen. Im gesamten Zimmer gibt es leider keinerlei Haken, an denen man Jacken, Handtücher o.ä. aufhängen könnte. Poolhandtücher werden zwar grundsätzlich vom Hotel gestellt, sind aber teilweise Mangelware, weshalb es vorkommt, dass man ab und an warten muss, bis der Trockner fertig ist.
• AUDREN (8/5): Cadre très sympathique - Les piscines et jacuzzi sont évidemment un gros plus. Très agréables pour se détendre. L’environnement est aussi top en plein coeur de la végétation. A 4min en voiture de la gare routière. Pas de poignée du côté de la douche donc difficile d’ouvrir la porte pour sortir. Petit-déjeuner simple. On n'indique pas qu'il y a du jus de fruits à disposition. J’ai payé plus que prévu pour des cocktails du fait de leur « taux de change ». Sensation de se faire avoir en partant, dommage.

• Leonie (7/5): Aufenthalt war in Ordnung, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt für uns jedoch nicht ganz - - Tolle Gartenanlage - freundlicher Empfang - Lage sehr gut für verschiedene Ausflüge - Parkplätze - Zimmer etwas älter und eng, aber trotzdem sehr sauer - Essen grds. ok - Portionen beim Frühstück relativ klein - zu unser Zeit waren die Zikaden sehr aktiv und sind am Abend auch ins offene Restaurant geflogen - es wurde kein Kaffee nachgeschenkt, man musste direkt zu dem Personal gehen und um Kaffee bitten
• Sonia (8/5): Séjour reposant et au calme. L'endroit est magnifique et la piscine est incroyable. - La piscine est vraiment magnifique (le design et les alentours). Elle est grande et comporte plusieurs zones distinctes. Les jacuzzi sont un vrais plus et leau y est vraiment chaude. Les chambres ne sont pas bien insonorisées. Le petit déjeuner est peu varié et manque en quantité.

• Lyndsey (1/5): Do not stay here - Nothing Dirty bedding, cobwebs in the kitchen, uncomfortable beds had to leave early no communication after I complained couldn’t get hold of staff.
• Myriam (7/5): Bel ensemble hôtelier dans la nature avec 2 petits bâtiments de moins bonne catégorie à l entrée prés du parking et de l - L ensemble est très joli et la restauration est très correct Nous étions dans 2 chambres séparées alors que nous avions demandé à être à côté de nos amis. Il était indiqué 2 chambres de même taille et nous avons une chambre double immense et nos amis une toute petite chambre. La nôtre donnait sur le parking et mes amis étaient collés à la laverie.

• alex (9/5): Would absolutely recommend and return. - The location for quietness and wildlife and flora and pools are incredible. These all truly made our experience. Could have done with some more cooking utensils. Accommodation was basic but pretty much absolutely everything you needed. Location was quiet and best to have a car as a little out of the centre.
