Sei immerso nella pace totale perché ti trovi in una zona residenziale molto caratteristica e tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo a 4 minuti a piedi c'è la fermata della Overground che ti collega al centro di Londra in 15 minuti. La pulizia assoluta della casa.

• YOON (8/5): - 굉장히 청결하고 차와 조미료가 다 구비되어 있어 집에 온 것 같았어요 한 집을 두개로 쪼개서 렌트하시는데, 그래서 침실에서 잘 때 위 층 거주자분의 발소리가 크게 들려요. 가벽이 얇아서 바깥 복도에서 나는 소리도 다 들리구요. 그것만 아니면 정말 완벽에 가까운 숙소에요
• Noah (9/5): It was a very nice and comfortable stay. - It’s was beautiful, very comfortable and in a good location. The shower temperature was a bit hard to calculate cause the handle was very hard to twist. So at first the water was extremely hot bit then we managed to fix it.
• mairin (8/5): - Bed was very comfy. I loved being able to sit out on the roof garden. Location suited me perfectly. Really appreciated having the 'Faith in Nature' products in the bathroom! Sofa not so comfortable. In the shower I could not manage to regulate the taps - water was very hot and I could not access the cold water at all.

• Karen (10/5): Can’t wait to stay again. - Home from home. So close to all amenities and bed so comfortable. Love the outdoor space to sit and have a quiet drink. Above all I feel safe and secure with the special lock on the door. The only thing that bothered me was the temperature tap on the shower. Found it very hard to turn. But did manage in the end.

• Karolina (8/5): Would happily return 😊 - Hackney is a lovely, diverse and vibrant area and we enjoyed every moment of our stay there. The flat has all you need and it’s a great place to rest after the active day. We enjoyed a cup of coffee on the terrace. Just a couple of pointers more than dislikes. The WiFi works ok upstairs but it is almost non existent in the bedroom, as much as we travelled most of the day would have been nice to be able to access it downstairs properly. The terrace is amazing but the plants could do with a little care to make it look more alive.

So great to have a washing machine as well as an outside area to hang the washing on a sunny day. It was also very clean. Nothing!
• Maria-luisa (10/5): A beautiful make-you-feel-at-home apartment. - The apartment was just beautiful. Clean, homey, well-furnished and appointed. It was perfectly situated around the corner from my daughter’s place so that made it very convenient. The apartment is situated between the Overground stations of Clapton and Rectory Rd. so easy to get around. Loved everything about it and will definitely return.
• Emma (8/5): Very good - Very clean and had everything we needed. We went to see Beyonce so it was close to the city but also not too far from Tottenham stadium. My only gripe was that it was quite hot and stuffy.
• Judith (8/5): Very good - All of the facilities were good, ranging from the laundry facilities and what the kitchen had to offer. I would like to see the shower alcove a little cleaner. There was an odour noticeable on entering each time we came home, after the flat had been shut up. The bedroom needs extra pillows.

• Nicola (9/5): Nice and cozy flat - Nice and cozy flat equipped with all the things you need for a long or short staying. The distance to the Clapton Metro Station is 5 minutes walking. Keybox wasn’t easy to open and the code to open the door of the flat is too long to remember.

• Linda (10/5): Lovely apartment - We really appreciated the terasse,full kitchen and cozy space. The sofa bed seemed jammed and hard to open. We gave up on it and just layed the cushions down on the floor. My son was still cozy.

• Kasim (10/5): Very nice flat, will definitely book again and highly recommend - To be quite honest everything was ace, would definitely stay again A couple of pointers - Maybe have a picture of the lockbox for guests when checking in to easily find where to collect the keys - Light blanket(s) for the livingroom would be a good touch - most guests, especially lazy ones like me, don’t wish to have to sit and flick through numerous instructions booklets to find how to use the heating, even when it’s found it’s still quite complex, would be a good idea to have a short and simple to the point couple of sentences on how to use the heating in the welcome laminated guide I have an Airbnb myself, feel the few things mentioned above would be really useful for prospective guests

• Alexandria (9/5): Absolutely wonderful, I hope to stay again! - Wonderfully decorated and was equipped with everything you’d need for a short or long term stay. I kind of wish I stayed longer! For me, the location was perfect. I think someone not familiar with London/without a car may struggle with the location. Just requires a bit of planning if you are a first time London visitor!

Also incredibly convenient as Clapton Station and shops are a very short walk away. It was very warm, comfy bed and lovely shower. • Ádám (9/5): Superb - The entire apartment contained everything that is necessary to have in an apartment. In fact, even above that. Everything to use was clean, tasty, and very practical. It was easy to find everything within a short walking distance. The bed is not OK for 2 normal person. Very small. Would be better to use 2 single duvets.

• Colin (9/5): Good place in north London - Really nice contemporary flat, comfy bedroom downstairs with very good shower room next door. Upstairs is a pretty spacious and well equipped kitchen and living area, with the special bonus of a nice outdoor seating area. Very well located for the Overground to Liverpool Street and the City. Quiet residential street. Not really a problem, there was a little sound of footsteps from upstairs neighbour. But perfectly reasonable.

• Abigail (10/5): Wonderful apartment - We were delighted that we chose this apartment. Our friends were getting married in nearby Abney Chapel so it was a great find for us. The apartment is fantastic - spotless, really nicely furnished and has a lovely roof terrace. Bed was very comfortable. Location was ideal for us. The next day we spent exploring Clapton and the owners had handily left a list of places to eat, so we went to a few of them. Had interactions with the owners and Linda the manager/housekeeper and all were lovely. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again. Very very minor..It might just have been us and obviously didn't affect our stay (as you'll see from 10/10 review) but only flagging as there might be some advice to leave for future visitors. The bathroom light (outside bathroom door) always timed out when were in the shower so you had to go switch it back on. Like I said, very minor, but if there is some trick to making it stay on longer might be worth leaving a note. We felt like it was probably something we were/weren't doing but didn't know what.

The flat has private check-in and check-out and free WiFi, a kitchen that has all essential amenities to have meals in, if you want, a bedroom with a French-sized bed (140 cm) and a double flip bed in the living room. As the weather was fine, we also enjoyed the patio! The neighbourhood is very quiet. The guesthouse is really only 300 metres away from Clapton overground station –you basically exit the station and Ickburgh Road is across the street!– and 3 overground stations from London Liverpool Street where the London Stansted Express train terminates/departs from, as do a number of tube lines to key attractions. If you spend the whole day touring London, the flat is a comfortable retreat to go back to. Staff was exceptional. Thanks to Linda :) We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back. Definitely recommended!! No faults at all!

Situated in a tranquil neighborhood, the apartment boasts a beautifully landscaped terrace that overlooks a serene backyard, offering a perfect retreat. The interior is tastefully furnished, and the kitchen is well-appointed with a variety of appliances, making it a culinary delight. The bedroom features a spacious closet, adding to the overall comfort and convenience. Additionally, the apartment is conveniently located near the nearest subway and bus stations, facilitating easy transportation. The area also features several charming and uncrowded dining options, such as The Anchor & Hope and Sodo Pizza Clapton. Overall, this accommodation provides an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend it. A definite 10/10!

• Mate (10/5): Perfect place to stay - We loved the flat very, very much. All was amazing and it is a very pleasant place to stay because it is very nicely decorated. It has all amenities you might need and the patio/terrace is wonderful addition. The staff was responsive and welcoming. We have enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful home, terrace definately added bonus as weather was lovely for couple days I was there. Had issues getting into property ( it was definitely my fault,did poor at following instructions) Linda was fab, phoned her 3x & she immediately helped me with everything, so a massive thank you (& sorry for being a nuisance) to Linda. Nothing I can fault. Only thing is no microwave, but it's minor as kitchen is fitted out with all other appliances.

Quick train ride to Liverpool Street and short walk to my meetings. Easy access to Spitalfields for an enjoyable evening. The apartment has everything for a short stay or longer.

• Giverney (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is comfortable, clean and quiet. It offered all the essentials that one would need for an enjoyable stay. The design and decor is well thought through, the bedroom was cosy and I especially enjoyed the outlook of the little garden roof terrace. Brilliant accommodation with excellent connections to Central London with the overground station at the end of the road. Couldn't fault the place and I will definitely be looking to book here next time I'm in London.
