• Mary (10/5): Our first time in Naples and staying in Elena’s apartment really made our trip - This apartment was gorgeous, nicely decorated and very comfortable. It was a bonus to meet Elena to collect the keys as she showed us around the apartment and gave us some local recommendations which we used successfully. However, the best thing for us was the location which was amazing, within walking distance of everywhere and in a nice neighbourhood in Chiaia. Naples is a boisterous lively noisy city and of course some street traffic noise is inevitable but that didn’t bother us. Highly recommend this apartment. N/A

• Anthony (10/5): See the real Naples - The property was excellent, in a very authentic part of town, close th boutiques of Chiai and close to the Spanish Quarter. The apartment was perfect for our family of four, a kitchen if you wanted to prepare any food, but we ate out most of the time, Elena the host was great, helped with restaurants and helped organise a airport transfer too. She also checked in on us to see how we were going, we loves Napoli ! 10/10, Highly recommended 😀 n/a

• Gabriella (10/5): Tiszta, igényes, barátságos. Ajánlom mindenkinek. - Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű az apartman. Közel van a kikötő, a spanyol negyed, és barátságos a környék. A szállásadó nagyon kedves és rugalmas. Előre meg tudtunk mindent beszélni és le tudtuk egyeztetni. Az utolsó nap a csomagmegőrzésben is segített a kijelentkezés után. A lakás nagyon tiszta, felújított, kényelmes. Nagy öröm volt számunkra, hogy hajvasaló, vasaló és hajszárító is volt a szálláson. Mindenkinek tiszta szívből ajánlom. Mi még biztos, hogy visszatérünk. Highly recommend The only thing we would say was the doors to the balcony could use a blind/curtain to block some light at night but honestly it wasn't a big issue at all.

• Francois (10/5): Very well located, great immersion in Naples - Very well located, safe, clean. The owner and the neighbours were very welcoming and made sure we had a great stay. The appartement is close to the port (an important meeting point for most day trips and tours) and the Spanish quarter which is great. Although the area is a little bit noisy at times, you are definitely in the right place to view the everyday life in Naples. There are small shops close to the appartement so that you can buy supplies all day. All good. It was comfortable and I could enjoy making my own breakfast early in the morning.

• Jelena (10/5): Cute & clean, central location :) - Firstly, the hostess was amazing-helpful willing to help, waiting for us with uncertain arrival time with no issue at all. Location is central central, everything at hand's reach. One note: When in Naples, be aware the city itself is noisy, with lots of little bikes in the narrow streets, cafés, etc-if you can't bare with it, then don't go to Naples :) Apartment was really clean, that was very important for us. We loved the fact kitchen was physically apart from the rest of the apartment. Just on the left from the building entrance there's a nice restaurant and a pizzeria. All in all, would return-grazie Elena!
• Lu (4/5): More professionalism needed - My initial overall score was 7/10, before the host contacted me privately. See the issue in the negative points section. (Initial review): - Host's attention, her availability, speed of response, kindness. Sometimes perhaps too much writing for us during the stay. Suggestion: Let the guest write if they need anything. - Flexibility in the payment of the tourist tax. We were able to leave it when we left the apartment (we didn't have the exact amount when we arrived). - Simple but modern decoration. - Good bathroom materials (Bluetooth speaker, even though we didn't use it), wall finish, etc. - Available shampoo, body wash (smells good), soap (although it smells funny) and detergent for dishes. - Sufficient toilet paper. 3 towels/person. - Central location. 15-30mins airport cab ride depending on traffic, although due to it being on a 1st floor, quite noisy (motorcycles and cars). - They have a spare quilt in case it's cold. - AC (hot/cold). Our mistake: we were cold the 1st day because we did not see it and thought there would be heating. - Sofa. - Enough sockets. - Sturdy front door. - Smooth sliding door for the bathroom. - They have a safe, although small (no laptops or tablets fit). - TV with Prime / Netflix connection. !! The host contacted me after reading my initial review asking me to delete it (7/10). My review was informative for other guests of possible inconveniences, as well as to help improve the apartment. She wrote to me in a very unprofessional way and now added I should have "gone to the North Pole" or a "5 stars hotel" instead of the city of Naples. - The toilet lid was not attached properly, which was fine, but when we told the host the morning after arriving, she suggested we broke it. We should have probably have inspected everything at 23:00, which is when we arrived. - The person who picked us up (daughter) was quite rude after saying we weren't willing to travel in a car without seatbelts. I left this info out and initially still rated the staff with 10/10. After the host's private message after our stay, not a 10/10 anymore. (Initial review): - Very low ceiling as you enter through the front door and down from the kitchen to the common area. Tall people hit their heads. My partner (1,85m) got hit twice as the wall is white and there is no warning. Recommendation: Add a visible sign or some colored tape. - Loud noises from the street and from neighbors (staircase and upstairs). The 1st morning, we woke up to noise from some construction in the building. For light sleepers, I recommend earplugs. - The big water heater makes weird and annoying noises. - Personally, we lacked areas to hang towels in the bathroom. There was only 1 hanger for 1 towel, but no place for the hand towel. - The airport pickup was quick, although we didn't make use of it in the end. We expected it would at least meet basic requirements as it was 30eur, such as having enough space in the trunk to leave backpacks (not even suitcases), and having access to seat belts (back seats). - The main door of the building was sometimes open and it was tricky to open it with the key (you have to find the spot).

• Matej (10/5): Great apartment! - Appartment Is wonderful, new and really nice furniture, clean and well maintained. the bathroom is not big, but luxurious. Perfect place for a trip to Napoli, no need for public transport, even if bus stops and metro is really close. But you can reach everything within few minutes - coast, Centro storico and Via Toledo. Hosts are incredible nice, supportive and always reachable, when ever you need anything. We will come back for sure again.

• Krisztina (10/5): A nice & cosy apartment in the heart of Naples - The apartment is very close to the attractions and in walking distance to the sea. Everything was nice and clean. Wifi is perfect. Elena was very helpful and was in contact with us for any case. Mattresses are very very comfortable, even better than in a hotel. We liked very much that we had enough bedsheets and towels as well. The bottled water was a very considetate thing. Check in and check out was very easy. We’ve stayed with a toddler, so it was a good decision to choose this apartment as there were only few steps on the hill, we didn’t have to carry our bags too long, it can be important if you do not like to climb the mountain. Restaurants and a mini market are very close, so we had everything what we need for our happy 5 day stay. Our next time visiting Naples we would choose this apartment again.
