Чистота идеальная. Всегда есть горячая вода. Есть дополнительный обогреватель. Быстрое бесконтактное заселение по коду. Нам никто не ставил временные рамки по времени приезда и отъезда, что очень удобно и не заставлял переводить деньги заранее, как мы затем поняли по опыту проживания в Аргентине-это очень ценно. Охранник на ресепшене выдает ключ от входа в здание. Отличный хозяин, помог заказать нам такси в аэропорт, так как убер в городе не работает, также подсказал скачать приложение Yango, чтобы вызывать такси по городу. Всем рекомендуем данный вариант проживания.

Pozwolono nam na wcześniejszy check-in (7 rano zamiast 15). Nie podobał nam się sposób kontaktu z nami przez WhatsApp z innego numeru niż podany na booking.com. Co gorsze próbowano uzyskać od nas płatność przez internet przez linka, co uważam za bardzo podejrzane i kosztowało nas dużo stresu. Ostatecznie zapłaciliśmy gotówką. Dodatkowo apartament jest zimny, baliśmy się włączyć piecyk gazowy. Mało papieru toaletowego (6 dni)

• Molly (1/5): Absolute Garbarge. AVOID! - Nothing at all. Absolutely rubbish service. We were told that check in was at 3pm and even indicated to the hosts that we will be there at 3pm when we made our booking. After a long overnight bus trip, on the day of our booking we texted the hosts at 1pm as we had not received any information about the check in process. We then got to the property for check in at 3pm(as previously indicated) and texted and called them again as we had still not heard from them. At 3.30pm, we received a message (first form of communication from the host) to say that our booking had been cancelled due to a plumbing issue.A lady then called us, and reiterated the same issue and said that we would be able to check in the following day. We declined as we needed to find a place for that night. Thankfully, the building doorman allowed us to sit in the lobby while we scrambled to find alternative accommodation. Whilst we were sitting there, a young couple arrived to check in for their booking which turned out to be for the exact same apartment number as ours and confirmed that they had received the door code from the hosts. We then texted the host again to convey what we had witnessed and there was no reply. We never heard anything else from the host. We understand that unexpected issues may arise but the communication from this host was extremely poor and we did not appreciate being lied to about their "plumbing issue".

• Carl (10/5): Great location and value - The apartment was perfect -- comfortable, well-appointed, great location and excellent value. Owner communicated well also. Had to get some help figuring out the heat, but that was minor.

Appartamento più che ottimo, comodo, pulito e dotato di tutti gli accessori utili per il tuo soggiorno. I signori della sicurezza sempre disponibili e gentile. All’entrata dell’edificio hai una tienda dove comprare l’acqua e a 300m un supermercato e bancomat a lato o la strada dietro lo stabile. L’host super gentile e disponibile tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno. Raccomandiamo 100%

• Sergio (8/5): Adequate apartment in La Paz - Building is well located between the older and newer part of la Paz. The host responded to my questions quickly. Self check-in was easy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The place was a bit neglected with many lights not working or missing lightbulbs. Despite being on the 15th floor, street noise could be heard at night. Smart TV never connected to the network. The washing machine in the booking.com ad was not in the unit.

• Marius (10/5): Comfy stay in La Paz - Modern apartment, everything was working fine, and the location was great, walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The area felt safe and the bathroom didn’t smell, as others mentioned in other reviews, maybe the owner fixed it in the meantime. Some of the lights were not working and if you need to pack at night that doesn’t help, but I think it’s just about changing some bulbs, no big deal

• Evgenia (8/5): Modern apartment in good location - Clean apartment in good location. Smooth check-in & check-out process. Heating system - it took time for the heater to warm completely up the flat. The building,in general, is cold. When we arrived it was freezing, also during nights.

• Alexander (8/5): Great place with some obstacles - Very good location and nicely furnished. Fully equiped kitchen. It would have been perfect if there wouldnt have been that sewage smell. I guess it is not the owners fault but a general problem with the building. But this was really annoying. The other problem is that even that many guests mentioned it the toilet seat is still not fixed. I dont know why this is not done but this is not nice.
• Jeff (9/5): Large comfortable apartment with amazing views. - Ir was a large , modern, comfortable apartement with amazing views of la paz from the 22 floor. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equiped, and it had a central location. There were a few glitches with the plumbing.

• April (9/5): Amazing view of city and mountains - The location was perfect. Close to everything you need. Close to gondolas that take you all around the city. The kitchen was perfect with all the amenities. The place was beautiful and modern. The site if the andes was great. Very sunny apartment. I didn’t like the communication to get the keys. After on going communication about our arrival time even with gps to the minute. He still made us wait an hour to get the keys. we were exhausted from traveling from lake titicaca and ready to rest. The toilet seat was broken off and unstable.
• Stephen (8/5): Very good - Nice location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby and Sopocachi feels safe to walk around at any hour. Also walking distance to the Celeste teleférico line. Really well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, good hot shower and fast WiFi. Huge space in front of the bed, great for some morning yoga. A bit of a smell from the drains. Lighting could be better, e.g. a lamp beside the bed, and some bulbs are dead. Blinds don't block much light so it gets bright as soon as the sun rises.

The kitchen was well equipped and it was nicely decorated The smell from the bathroom/drains is unbelievably bad, even with the bathroom door closed all day we still returned home in the evening to a really bad smell in the flat. Also the toilet seat was broken & there were no bin bags for the bin/toilet paper when we arrived (Gary did go and get us some when I pointed it out though). Also the bed was very hard
