- Michelle (2/5): Very poor - When we arrived at the place, which was not so easy to find, because there's no obvious reception(just some ladies sitting between random merchandise), we never got a room. And got told that we had to call them before to confirm the booking. Which was nowhere sad when we booked it online. So even if you have an online booking, you won't get a room if you don't confirm it, apparently. Other people with a confirmed booking had the same problem and were just as startled as us. Such a disappointing and frustrating experience after a long journey from La Paz.
