• Heiko (8/5): Tolle Ausstattung, schöner Balkon - Super ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, 4(!) verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen, gute Waschmaschine, bequemes Bett), Westbalkon mit Aussicht, zentrale Lage, frisch renoviert, problemloses Ein- und Auschecken.

• Javier (10/5): Buena estancia - Personal: nos dejaron utensilios para lavar platos, sal, cafe y aceite. Se agradece. Localizacion: la terraza esta ubicada hacia sur-oeste asi que casi nunca hay viento fuerte, el sol da en la terraza durante toda la tarde, y como guinda final, puedes ver a las categorias del equipo de El Medano jugando y entrenando en el campo de futbol 11. El sofa es un poco incomodo y las paredes/ventanas no evitan todo el ruido. El resto es perfecto.

• Mandy (9/5): wunderbare und zentrale unterkunft in el medano - die unterkunft ist gut gelegen, es gibt einige parkplätze in der nähe. das apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man benötigt. die kommunikation mit den hosts war reibungslos und zuvorkommend. wunderbarer ausblick vom balkon. wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! das schlafzimmer ist sehr hellhörig. uns beide hat das aber nicht weiter gestört.

• Gunther (8/5): Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. - Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem drum und dran, sehr freundliche Schlüsselübergabe, freier Blick vom Balkon nach Westen zum Sundowner Natürlich musste man immer einen Parkplatz suchen, aber das war ja auch vorher schon klar. Im 200 - 300 m Umkreis hat man aber dann doch immer etwas gefunden.

• Lena (8/5): Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, komme gerne wieder! - Sehr gute Ausstattung, v.a. die Küche, bequemes Bett, unkomplizierte und nette Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin via WhatsApp, sehr gutes wlan, was für mich wichtig war, da ich Remote gearbeitet habe, 5 min zu Fuß direkt am Strand, großer Balkon mit Ausblick und sogar ein bisschen Meerblick Als ich Mitte Feb 2024 1 Woche dort war, gab es Bauarbeiten im Haus, die teilweise tagsüber ziemlich laut waren. Wer lärmsensibel ist und tagsüber nicht unterwegs ist, erkundigt sich vielleicht vorher nach dem aktuellen Status im Hauss

• Innajv (8/5): Great apartment unfortunately with uncomfortable owners - The apartment is super nice. Modern and clean. Has everything you need and more. The guy who gave me the keys to the apartment was rude and had a very uncomfortable vibe. He didn't smile at all. In fact he seemed very grumpy and annoyed. He got angry at me for pushing the button in the elevator. Also, he didn't know that I had booked the apartment for 2 adults. He was super uncomfortable. The location is good if you only want to go to the beach. But there are many much more beautiful beaches on Tenerife than the ones close to this apartment. And if you want to do anything other than that, the location is quite bad. No shopping, no activities, no water park, no clubs for drinking, no smoking clubs, nothing.
