Tive que ligar pra booking pra conseguir o reembolso pq as pessoas da acomodaçao simplesmente nao falam nada, nem pela plataforma nem pelo numero que eles forneceram. Luiz (1/5): - Gostei de nd Fiquei 2 hrs esperando o anfitrião me responder não me respondeu,fiquei 2 hrs esperando na portaria o afitriao me dizer qual é o número do quarto q ele não tinha botado e msm assim não conseguir entrar no apartamento voltei pra cs e mesmo assim eles nem devolveram meu dinheiro

Tarka (1/5): It was not possible to access the property which caused us huge problems - Nothing Everything. This is a private apartment block and the booking.com email provided us with no details about how to enter the property. The host was non responsive, and the faceless intercom concierge knew nothing about the property so we had to find somewhere else to stay in a dangerous city at the last minute, late at night . Completely unacceptable.
