• EVA (10/5): - La ubicación es ideal. Junto a una de las entradas al casco antiguo. Es amplio. Para ir al baño hay que bajar unas escaleras desde la habitación. No deja de ser un sótano arreglado como apartamento. Pero está bien
• Valentina (10/5): Appartamento grande e pulito a un passo dalla old city - Tutto perfetto, appartamento nuovo, spazioso e molto pulito. Le foto corrispondono al reale, l’appartamento ha tutto l’occorrente anche per soggiorni lunghi (inclusa lavatrice con detersivo, stendino e mollette, solitamente difficili da trovare), Wifi funzionante e scaldabagno molto potente. Nonostante il soggiorno breve (2 notti) abbiamo trovato 3 asciugamani a testa. Menzione importante per la posizione: con 2-3 minuti a piedi si è nella città vecchia e altrettanti per l’ingresso della funivia e la fermata degli autobus. Il proprietario è molto disponibile, ci ha sempre risposto prontamente tramite Booking e ci ha fatto lasciare i bagagli post check out. Nota: Consiglio di far trovare agli ospiti una bottiglia d’acqua all’arrivo.
• mae (10/5): Wonderful spacious apartment - Very clean, new, large, modern, well appointed apartment. Lots of hot water in a nice clean tiled shower. Very quiet location, just outside the old town walls (close to the base of cable car), but close to everything. Wonderful comfy bed, pillows & comforter. Kettle w/coffee & tea in the room. Nice oven, PLUS a clothes washing machine with detergent! So nice after 3 weeks of traveling. Good wifi. I tried to change our booking for Dubrovnik next week to here, but they were full. Darn. A bit unusual, but there 5 steps to the bathroom/shower from the main living area. Not a big deal, as the steps are wide & deep and tiled. Just a fyi. The 2 main windows and door need room darkening curtains.

Property is spacious, clean and well maintained. AC and shower water temperature and pressure excellent. Kitchen ware is varied; , the washing machine was a great plus. Manager very responsive. Nothing to dislike.

• Jarek (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at Studio Rimac. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions. The apartment itself is very well-equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. A big advantage was the option to leave my luggage after check-out, which made my departure much more relaxed and hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend Studio Rimac and would gladly stay there again.

• Jean (10/5): Great location and very spacious apartment. - The location was wonderful - just outside the wall of Old Town. Very clean and spacious. Loved having access to wash machine and drying rack. Wonderful water pressure in the shower. The steps down to the bathroom were a bit awkward.
• Maia (10/5): Would definitely stay again! - The location was perfect - just outside the old town - and the host was extremely accommodating with luggage storage. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We had initially booked in the old town but glad we changed to Studio Rimic - so easy to get to from the Port and to also get to the airport without dragging our luggage over hundreds of steps!

• Stephen (9/5): If you want to be close to the wall and easy access for bus, taxi or Uber this is an excellent option. - Excellent location just outside the Buza gate to the wall. There is a washing machine which was great. There is a motion detector light outside the frosted glass entry door that woke us up several times.

• Mike Rider (10/5): I had a very enjoyable stay. - The location just outside the Ploce gate was ideal. Having a good restaurant, the Konoba Maestro, nearby was a bonus. My friend who stayed in a nearby apartment and I travelled to our final destination, Cavtat, by ferry, so the short walk to the old port was appreciated. The apartment was new and stylish, and well equipped. It was quiet despite being directly on a main road. I would have liked an ironing board instead of an ironing pad. The bathroom was down a flight of tiled steps. There were no views or outside space. The windows and doors were fitted with obscure glass.
• Cinzia (8/5): Splendida città - Posizione ottima per visitare la città vecchia! Eravamo in moto e abbiamo parcheggiato, senza alcun problema e gratuitamente, in aree apposite lungo la strada. Check-in con prelievo chiavi fuori dall’appartamento. Presente lavatrice. Per noi nessun problema ma sono presenti delle scale per scendere in bagno. Sarebbe gradita all’arrivo dell’acqua fresca.

• CON4057 (10/5): A hidden gem in Dubrovnik - The location of this apartment was perfect! I would 100% recommend staying here, everything we needed was available, the place was clean and comfortable. Only small issue was that the bed wasn't very comfortable but did not ruin our trip

• Javier (9/5): Apartamento moderno al lado del casco antiguo - Apartamento moderno, bonito, bien equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia de varios días. Bien acondicionado con aparato de aire para los calurosos días de verano. Tiene lavadora y tendedero por si la estancia es de varios días. En la cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar. A 3 minutos andando de la puerta que da acceso al casco antiguo y la ciudad amurallada. Las cortinas son insuficiente para tapar la luz que entra desde bien temprano en la mañana, sería mejor poner alguna cortina opaca. El perro del vecino se pasa el día ladrando y te despertará por las mañanas.

• Nongluk (10/5): Perfect - Perfect location—just steps from the Old Town entrance, yet quiet and peaceful like your own backyard. The apartment is cute, cozy, and ideal for two. Surrounded by tourists but still feels private. Rimac is an exceptional host—super helpful, thoughtful, and quick to respond. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable and feel at home. This lovely spot is a hidden gem !!!

• Xin (10/5): Exceptional - We had a fantastic stay! The room was very clean, cozy, and had everything we needed—including Netflix, which was a great bonus for relaxing in between outings. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the old town of Dubrovnik, which made it super easy to pop out for lunch or a stroll, then come back to rest before heading out again. Stan was an amazing host—very kind and accommodating. He let us store our luggage before check-in and after check-out, which really helped us make the most of our time. He was also incredibly responsive, answering all our questions about restaurants and transportation quickly and thoughtfully. A real highlight was the private boat tour Stan arranged for us to the Elaphiti Islands. It was both affordable and luxurious, and Stan was the perfect guide—sharing history, stories, and helping us to avoid the crowds. You can tell he’s very experienced and passionate about what he does. Highly recommend staying here!
• Yu (9/5): Still worth it, recommend it if you don’t mind the darkness in the room and brightness during sleep - Great location, newly renovated and big space. Only that not bright enough because of lack of windows. One thing bad was ppl smoking right next to the window and all the smell came through the window Too dark and no curtain for the door

The area is also safe during the night and with the bus stop just a few minutes away. Check in/out process was very easy and Stanko was responsive to my messages and very hospitable. The studio is very cosy, clean, had all the essentials and comfortable. I will definitely be back for my next trip to Dubrovnik.

The property was clean, well-equipped, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was extremely helpful, quickly resolving an internet issue and kindly offering to store our luggage after checkout until our taxi to the airport. The bed was a bit firm—not an issue for me, but some might find it too hard.

The kitchen was really great to have as well. Everything is as pictured - super clean and check-in instructions very clear, keys easy to use. I’ve slept on a lot of firm beds but I think this one was the most firm I’ve ever slept on - a little too much so for me!

The location is fantastic - right next to the old town, a store 2 minutes away, many cafes and restaurants nearby. Bus stop and funicular 3 minutes away. The owner offered to help if any questions arose. The apartment was cleaned and bed linen and towels were changed. Slow internet speed

• Marta (10/5): Exceptional - I booked the studio for my daughter and her friend. They were delighted with the location, very central and yet safe and quiet. It is just a few steps from the bus (stop) to and from the airport and overlooking the city walls. All major sights and the beach are reachable with a short walk as well as a well stocked supermarket. Studio was sparkling clean with a lot of fresh towels. Host was proactive and incredibly responsive. He managed to get the studio ready for them already at 11.30 in the morning which was much appreciated since they had an early morning flight. Leaving the luggage after check out was also not an issue. This was my daughter's first trip alone abroad and I was very pleased with the choice of the accommodation. Brand new, safe and clean, excellent location and amazing host, it ticks all the boxes!
• Eng (10/5): Excellent owner, we really enjoy our stay at this apartment, highly recommended. - The property is centrally located just outside the old town with easy access, there is also a bus stop outside the apartment which makes us easy to move around. The room is spacious, new and very clean. Restaurants and convenient stores is just a few steps from the apartment which is very convenient for the guess who stay in the apartment. The host / owner Stanko is very helpful, knowledgeable and fast respond on any request, I would highly recommend this apartment for any couple that who plan to visit Dubrovnik and I will be definitely chose this apartment on my next visit back to Dubrovnik. Nothing, everything is perfect.

• Chethana (10/5): Awesome 🤩 We will be back again 🙏 - We visited from Estonia, We like everything about the property. Most of the Dubrovnik apartments asks for extra fee, if we checkin after checkin hours. But Rimac will not ask for extra fees. And contactless checkin is there anytime, with a proper instructions. We stayed 7 nights at the studio apartment, and we enjoyed a lot staying there. And we worked from the apartment for a couple of days and the wifi is super fast. Supermarket is very nearby that you can access within 3-4 minutes by walk. It will save a lot of time for you. Oldtown entrance is even more closer, cable car to the mountains is also accessible by walking for just 2-3 minutes. Beautiful beaches within 2-3 minutes, And the Shuttle back to the airport is also there at the cable car stop. You can see the place in the picture I attached, just by stepping out from the door. The temperature outside was around 30-34 degrees when we were there, but still inside the apartment, its not hot or cold, just perfect. But you can use the A/C as well. We washed our clothes with the washing machine, cooked, and worked. You have all the utensils need for cooking. Felt like home. If you eat outside its costs a lot. We hope we saved around 500€ by cooking. Rimac is an amazing host, he was like a friend. Even before we ask some supplies, he texts and asks whether we need something. I would highly recommend to stay at this perfect place, you don’t need to worry about anything.
