• Dave DSi (6/5): Not a deluxe apartment - Very close to station San Pietro and St. Peters Bascilica. The checkin process was bad. Wrong codes vere provided. The apartment is not a deluxe apartment. The living room is the balcony. The place was still being cleaned 30 minutes before the checkin. It does not have a microwave. No paper roll provided in the kitchen and only one waste basket. Th guests are supposed to dispose the garbage with no instruction provided. The value is only the proximity
• Sara (10/5): - L' appartamento era molto bello e aveva tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole (cucina attrezzata con stoviglie, asciugamani, aria condizionata, sapone, etc ) La zona era molto tranquilla e sicura. Vicino si trova la stazione ferroviaria di San Pietro, utile per gli spostamenti in città e fuori.
• Jaap (7/5): Very nice appartment - Location is great. All amenities are there. Airco there if needed. We reserved the garage but received no instructions for it. Took several phonecalls/text messages to gain access. Kitchen is tiny and old, but functional. As mentioned in other reviews, the fridge is quite loud. Dinner table is very wobbly.

• Erik (2/5): No one responsible! - Close to St Peter, Bus and Train Station 🚉 We can’t recommend this Apartment since no one shows responsable for it! When the heating system didn’t work, when we had no water, shower or toilet for 24 hours, nobody reacted… When we wanted to stay a few hours longer, we were thrown out of the room!
• Tatjana (9/5): Superb - Everything was great! Excellent communication with the host. Easy key pickup. The location is excellent, even though it's close to the Roma St. Pietro train station, the environment feels safe. The accommodation is well-equipped (from shampoo, soap, to coffee capsules and a Nespresso machine). I would definitely come back to this accommodation on my next visit to Rome.
• Rainer (8/5): So close to sightseeing but quiet and save - Location location location price and clean. Quiet neighbourhood felt save but still close enough to restaurants public transportation and sightseeing . Safety is extremely important to me and I felt save in this place. Parking, Be aware of the €10 per day possibility to park in the garage. If you arrive by car in the afternoon it is no parking in the neighbourhood. Take it from me and invest in the garage
