• Hector J (7/5): Its OK - The staff is awesome!!! they were very willing to help and accommodate me. thats all i have to say, this app keeps asks for too much to write The Location... its an Industrial area with ALOT trucks making noise, pollution and congestion day and nite, area is very dusty. thats all i have to say, this app keeps asks for too much to write.

• Raqeebah (4/5): Disappointing - The initial arrival was pleasant, but after the first night the service began to deteriorate. Like not service water with breakfast and only having just one choice of breakfast. Also the essentials for the room ( such as soap, complimentary water, tea, toiletries etc) was only provided for the one day and having spent and paid for three days. When I complained to the manager she started avoiding my presence and told the staff to lie she was not around even when her personal line and bag was visible for everyone to see
• Daria (4/5): Disappointing - Comfortable bed Room for 2 adults,but only 1 breakfast included. Is opposite the factory,so tracks always moving and making noise.
• Bauer (10/5): Very inviting, clean and accomodating. Affordable prices. - Staff were accommodating and nice. The location was hard to get to as the roads surrounding the hotel were not good. The bathroom window didn’t close.

• Georgina (9/5): Enjoyable. You have a professional service for less than you would pay elsewhere. - Big bed, friendly staff, nice room and nice dining area. Bed mattress was a bit too firm. It could be softer a bit to make sleep comfortable.
• Georgina (10/5): Beauty is a fantastic host and the hotel is a place you want to be when in Accra. - The room was spacious and the bed generous with a sizeable bathroom. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant is spacious for its size. You get good value for your money. I enjoyed everything, but the mattress could be a little bit softer.

• Toluwalase (9/5): Value for money. Excellent Service. - The customer service was excellent and exceptional. The owner, Madam Beauty is passionate about delivering excellent service to customers and goes the extra mile to prove this. The food was also very good and the portions were generous. The road that leads to the hotel but this doesn’t diminish the value in the services provided and the overall experience.

• Mariam (1/5): Do not bother, stay far away. - Absolutely nothing. Absolutely filthy. First impression you we could tell that the room was not cleaned prior to our arrival. All the white rugs were brown like someone had stepped all over them, we had to request for them to be changed. The toilet had a very strong smell of urine, we had to request for it to be cleaned. And the icing on the cake was when we finally got into the rock hard bed and found a large blood stains which had gone through both bed sheets. Isn’t it great to know that even the sheets were changed before we arrived? The site manager Mr Johnson tried his best to make amends, but my goodness probably the worst stays we’ve ever had in our lives. The only time we saw the owner of the hotel is when she came to take payment, and I’m sure she heard of all the issues we had with our room. Thank God we only booked one night here because we were so uncomfortable.

• Francis (10/5): Excellent home from home. - Staff, Eben, Beauty (hotel owner), the girls, were all extremely helpful and very nice. Hotel arranged a free pick for me to the hotel. Great location too, easy to find for taxi drivers. Enjoyed the breakfast and the food very much especially the fried yam with fish. I would stay there again just to eat that dish. Large screen television in the lounge so enjoyed the Euros'24, each match I had time to watch. Excellent atmosphere. Great Restaurant. The Spintex road traffic needs patience. Have to set off earlier than expected. Not the hotel's fault. The area has developed beyond expectation.

• Omogbai (8/5): Safe, secure and great value for money. - For a first-time visit to Ghana, this was a nice place to begin. The staff were friendly, accomodating and always ready to help. Also great value for money. The hotel is pretty far from the city center, and there can be some traffic on the route leading to the hotel (Spintex Rd). Plan your trips accordingly.

• Matt (5/5): Decent value for money, but not as convenient for airport access as you might think. Don’t be out late at night or you r - Nice property, clean, and friendly management staff. Beautiful herself was very lovely, as was Ebenezer! Pretty much useless support staff, lack of coordination around the clients needs even when known, and the location is in a weird, isolated industrial area that risks having a ton of traffic for morning airport departures.

• Philip (8/5): Very good - The manager was super helpful and swift in response. We had a change of plan and were to visit earlier than scheduled and she made the rooms available beforehand. We felt relaxed even though we stayed a couple of days. Shout out Madam Beauty and Mr. Eben. Thanks to Caroline of the kitchen department too. Keep up the good work. The road through the apartment is dusty, not their fault though, hopefully it get's fixed in the future. And the mosquitos... Though I wasn't affected personally it's just based on my friends complaints. They were offered a mosquito repellent spray and it was helpful.

It was a very short stay but I enjoyed it. They could do better to upgrade their reception and restaurant ambience. Irrespective the breakfast was ok.. Will definitely visit again when passing through accra

They even gave us extra discount on the food we bought🤗🤗🤗 and they let me stay in the premises even after I had checked out (because my flight was for 5pm and check out time was 12pm) They took light twice but it came back on after 30mins

• Bah (10/5): Value for Money Hotel - The Owner (ie Manager) is nice and smiles to all customers. All the staff were nice but the chef Caroline is a friendly person she took good care of me. The hotel and surrounding is absolutely secure. I would definitely like to stay at Beauty Hotel on my next trip to Accra. I can't think of anything.
