• TRIANTAFYLLOS (8/5): Αξιοπρεπής, ήσυχη, ξεκούραστη - Είναι ένα συμπαθητικό ανώγειο διαμέρισμα σε καλή περιοχή, σε παλαιά αλλά πολύ καλά συντηρημένη πολυκατοικία με ησυχία. Η εκπρόσωπος της εταιρείας που το διαχειρίζεται ήταν ευγενική και πρόθυμη να εξυπηρετήσει. Κοντά σε στάση μετρό. Καλό στρώμα και καθαρά σεντόνια. Μια κανονική άνετη διαμονή με τα περισσότερα από αυτά που χρειάζεσαι. Δεν έχει κλειδοθήκη με κωδικό έξω από την πολυκατοικία (δεν το επιτρέπει η πολυκατοικία) για να πάρεις το κλειδί ότι ώρα θέλεις. Το checking είναι μέχρι τις εννιά το βράδυ και δεν το είχα προσέξει. Η κυρία που εκπροσωπεί την εταιρία διαχείρισης έκανε ότι μπορούσε για να μας εξυπηρετήσει (το παρέδωσε στην κόρη μου ), το εκτιμώ αλλά δεν παύει να είναι αγχωτικό και στερςι την ελευθερία στην ώρα άφιξης. Το μπάνιο έχει πλαστική κουρτίνα. Έχει μόνο ένα μόνο κομοδίνο σε διπλό κρεβάτι. Δεν έχει δεύτερο καθρέπτη εκτός από τον μικρό του μπάνιου. Δεν έχει κρεμάστρα ή καλόγηρο για τα πανωφόρια. Αυτές οι τελευταίες ελλείψεις που είναι μικρού κόστους αλλά κάνουν την ζωή του ένοικου πιο άνετη, με έκαναν να βάλω 8 και όχι 9.
• Apostolos (9/5): Πολύ ικανοποιητική. - Άνετο, πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα, σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά σε κεντρικούς δρόμους και στάση μετρό, βλέπει σε πολύ όμορφο και ήσυχο ακάλυπτο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο, άνετη ντουζιέρα, γρήγορα και άφθονο ζεστό νερό, άνετο, διπλό κρεβάτι με πολύ καλό στρώμα και μαξιλάρια. Άνετο καθιστικό και βεράντα. Η οικοδέσποινα Καρολίνα εξαιρετική, με περίμενε παρά την μεγάλη καθυστέρηση στην άφιξη και αφιέρωσε χρόνο να μου εξηγήσει όσα χρειάζονται για την διαμονή μου. Λίγα πράγματα: αν υπήρχε δεύτερη πρίζα ή ένα πολύπριζο στο γραφείο για τον υπολογιστή θα ήταν πολύ βοηθητικό, μία πετσέτα κουζίνας επίσης. Το διαμέρισμα είναι υπερυψωμένο ισόγειο, χωρίς ωστόσο να υπάρχει ιδιαίτερος θόρυβος σε όλη τη διάρκεια της ημέρας και νύχτας.

• Carlos manuel (10/5): Consejos sobre restaurantes - Comodo con wifi gratis y la propietaria nos dio muy buenos consejos sobre restaurantes: un autentico kebab griego, una taverna de pescado (mastra) pedir queso feta con miel y un rdtaurante en el barrio de plaka barato y bueno para lo turístico que es.. Visitad la colina del areopago al atardecer, gratis e inmejorables vistas. Muy buena experiencia Que estuvimos pocos dias🤣

• Charalambos (10/5): - The overall experience was excellent. Carolina, the host, gave me a warm welcome and took the time to show me all the apartment’s features. The place was spotless and located just 5 minutes from the Metro station, in a peaceful neighborhood. It’s very spacious, with a large flat-screen TV, a Nespresso machine, and a charming little balcony. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bakeries just around the corner. I highly recommend this apartment — a rare find in Athens and great value for money!

Metro station is only 5/10 mins away.The host,Carolina, was extremly helpful, and came to meet us from metro station, and in the appt how to use netflix.She was always easy to contact by phone.

• Offroad (9/5): Great value for money - The apartment is located in a quiet Greek neighborhood and still close to the center by bus or car. The size is perfect for a couple, and it is very clean and comfortable. Although the balcony is facing the cack it is still very nice as the space between the buildings is big and the neighbors keep everything clean and cultivated. There are close grocery shops, bars, restaurants and bakeries – all you need. The apartment is very basic. It is not fully renovated. The main issue for us was the bathroom – in the shower a curtain is used. If you don't want to touch it (as we do) the space left is small (as it moves). Foe me the pillows were too hard and big, but this is only my opinion

• Zhanna (10/5): Super comfortable stay in quiet yet central location - Great location: quiet yet central area. Nice, polite and punctual host. Pristine clean, well-lit and spacious apartments, comfortable bed and sofa, TV with Netflix. Well equipped kitchen (there are a big fridge and a coffee machine too).
• Marijana (10/5): 10+ - The apartment is in an excellent location, well connected by the metro line to all important points of the city, and only a twenty-minute by foot from the center. Extremely clean, equipped excellent, in a quiet street, the garage is a 5-minute walk away. Within a radius of 200 m there are many bakeries, shops, literally everything you could need is there. Thassos is a wonderful host (he kept the parking spit in front of the building for us until we arrived), helped us with everything, and honestly, this was one of the best travelling experience we ever had. I highly recommend the apartment, cause the ratio of price and quality is more than excellent.

• Joerg (10/5): Had a good time staying in this apartment! - Tasos waited for me to hand over the keys and provide details, even though it was close to midnight. He was also very flexible with my departure. The apartment is very convenient and offers all I needed. Would definitely come back. Well, not much to mention. In the neighborhood there was some guy with a jack hammer starting early. But I cannot blame the landlord, moreover, the work will most likely be finished in the meantime. Don't even think of trying to find a parking for your car. Take the metro, it is not far away...

• Ioannis (10/5): An excellent apartment - Very spatious apartment, easily accessible and fully equipped. Quiet neigborhood, but very close to the metro station and the center of Athens. IT was very clean with new furniture and electric appliances. I will come again.
