Pas bruyant Manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine mais il y a le nécessaire pour cuisiner un minimum (pâtes, riz et..). Il serait bien de laisser à disposition du sel et du poivre. Nous avons eu une coupure d'eau de 2h l'après-midi mais juste une fois.

Miquel (10/5): Really recommended - The room has everything you would need, and it's only about 3 minutes walking from Istiklal Street. Detergent is available for the washing machine, and even though it has no drying funcion, Istanbul is windy enough for drying everything up in about a day. There's plenty to do around, and both bus and tram are only about 10min away walking. And the views from the terrace were breathtaking. The host, Ünder, was the EXTREMELY hospitable and helpful. He shared tea with us a couple times over some nice conversation at the reception. He also allowed us to keep the suitcases in the building after checking out and before heading to another location in Tuekey. But furthermore, after returning to Istanbul a few days after the stay, he allowed us to keep the suitcases there once again eventhough we didn't have a reservation anymore. He received us with more tea, of course! Not to mention all the helpful restaurant and transport recommendations he gave us. We tried a couple of the restaurants and they were amazing. If the listed price fits your budget, you seriously cannot go wrong with this Hotel. Our room was at the highest floor of the 5 or 6 stories building. If you have any difficulty with stairs, perhaps this is not your best bet. But you do get used to it. If this is something that concerns you, you may want to get in touch with the property to see if they can arrange a lower floor.

Alissa (10/5): - A great place to stay for 3 days. The room has everything you need for a short stay. It's clean, fairly quiet, and has a cozy balcony. Conveniently located, just 5 minutes from the main street. The staff is very friendly, always available and ready to help. I highly recommend it! It's not critical, but some lighting could be added. One bulb wasn't working.
Alissa (10/5): - A very spacious, bright room. It has everything you need and more. The bathroom is spacious. The room is clean and quiet. The hotel owner was very responsive, allowed me to check in early and stay longer for an additional fee, and also helped arrange a return transfer. You feel safe in this hotel thanks to the responsive staff. I would choose this hotel again if I were in Istanbul.

The location is perfect — right next to Taksim and Istiklal Street, everything is just a short walk away. The staff is outstanding: genuinely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We even got a free upgrade to a terrace room with an amazing view over Istanbul — absolutely worth it. Everything was clean, tidy, and well maintained. A place you naturally want to come back to.

Oleh (10/5): - Great place to stay in Istanbul. The location is very convenient — right in the city center, close to Taksim, which makes getting around the city really easy. We had two rooms, and it was warm inside with working heating. There’s everything you need: a stove for cooking, a kettle, a wardrobe. The beds are decent and comfortable enough for a good rest. The highlight of this place is definitely the staff. The guy working there was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and answer any questions. He genuinely tried to make our stay comfortable. Overall, we really liked this place and would happily stay here again. Great Location, Warm Stay, and Exceptional Staff
Anna (1/5): Это было худшее размещение во всех смыслах. - Только месторасположение Это было ужасно. Номер совсем не соответствовал ожиданиям и отзывам. Все очень старое, поломанное, в номере было ужасно холодно. На просьбу помочь поднять чемодан, нахамили. Я не могу тащить такие тяжести на третий этаж по здоровью. Когда мы попросили помочь прохожих, то тут же появился представитель и наорал на них и на нас, хотя до этого говорил, что его нет и помочь он нам не может. Номер обшарпаный, на второй день пришли чинить батарею, которая не работала. Но они нам не верили, пока не произошла авария в другом номере. Все раскрутили, залили. У нас было болото. Вид из окна на заброшенный дом. На нашей улице по всей видимости находился какой-то бордель. По вечерам там ходили очень интересные личности и девушки с грудью на ружу.

Peter (7/5): Good value for money! :) - The apartment was big and the terrace was nice. It was also up to standard in terms of cleanliness. It was definitely worth the money. So all in all a good deal. Some of the doors couldn't close and there wasn't any wine glasses. Also the suction from the stove just went into the cupboard above and led nowhere - so I don't know If I personally would cook in the apartment. There was also a huge conflict with some other guests one day in the stairway. I think it was one of the people working the place and the guests. Anyway they were screaming and shouting at each other - pretty crazy stuff haha.

Milda (6/5): You get what you pay for. - Great location, very central, easy and walkable distance from main spots. Quiet street, pretty easy to find. Bed is comfortable and great price. The apartment is very very worn, my nightstand was barely standing, kitchen is falling apart. The door looked like someone was trying to break it at some point, balcony door did not close properly, even latch was not secured proper. The place is clearly clean but it looks dirty, because everything is so old and there wear and tear stains on everything. internet was very spotty on the second floor, sound insulation within the building is non existent i heard neighbours, drains, flushing toilets - all of it.
Mikołaj (1/5): DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. - DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. We booked a 4-person room, but upon arrival, we were offered a tiny room with only 2 beds. When we complained, the owner tried to move us to a private apartment "at his cousin's place" under a different address outside of the Booking.com system. This is a huge safety risk and a common scam! To make matters worse, the owner instructed us to cancel our reservation in the app, promising a full refund. As soon as we did it, he rejected request and marked us as a "No-show" to steal our money, even though we were standing right in front of him. Unprofessional, dishonest and dangerous behavior. Stay away from this place if you value your safety and money.

Η αριστερή πλευρά του στρώματος του κρεβατιου έχει μεγάλο βαθουλωμα, θέλει οπωσδήποτε αλλαγη. Ο βραστήρας θέλει πέταμα, γιατί στο χείλος του έχει σκουριά.

jie (3/5): - 位置不错。飞机到的比较晚，房主还特意等了我们，交了十五欧元的手续费。住宿期间网断了半天，老板也积极解决问题电视坏的，楼上浴室漏水，楼上一洗澡就往下滴水掉墙皮。当然由于在老城区市中心，的陡坡上，路过的车都得加大马力，比较吵。
SUN (1/5): 特别特别差！！！避雷！诈骗一样的酒店！！！ - 超级超级差，避雷避雷！！跟预定的情况以及照片完全不一样！简直是诈骗！！！！在凌晨12点依旧堵车人声鼎沸的伊斯坦布尔坚持说晚上9点之后不能办入住。如果办入住要多交15欧元，行，我没有看到这个限制就预定了，是我的问题，我交了。然后进来房间，跟预定图片上完全完全不一样！！！大概只有10几平米，卫生间的马桶对着墙，只有大概10厘米空隙，坐在上面腿直接卡在墙和马桶中间，厨房阳台床头柜桌子全没有，床单破到起了很多小毛球。我们到的时候是凌晨12点多，而且自己拎着行李箱爬了两层楼的楼梯，结果看到这幅样子，我们实在太累了没力气吵架，就没说什么，这家酒店也是利用这个心理欺负旅客。我想问问房东，我在约定时间之后入住，但是按照你的要求我交了15欧，为什么没有给我安排原来的房间？入住的房间跟booking上面根本就是两个建筑。你说需要我交15欧，因为需要安排一个员工不关门在这里等我，可是我到2点多听到对面有其他旅客入住，所以根本不是因为等我们这个员工才不能关门，既然这样为什么还要多要钱？我甚至觉得这家酒店本质上是种族其实亚洲人，看人下菜碟。这是我在土耳其住过最差的宾馆，甚至入住当天是我的生日，他在我生日当天的一早像给我吃了一坨屎一样。

Po mojej interwencji usłyszałem, że ten pierwotny został zalany i jeśli mi nie pasuje nowy, mogę anulować rezerwację. Rozumiem nadarzające się usterki. Problem polega na tym, że obiekt nie zaproponował żadnej rozsądnej rekompensaty, nie padło żadne „przepraszam”. Można było taktownie załatwić sprawę, zrobić herbatę, ukroić kawałek ciasta - na dole jest kawiarnia. Zamiast tego słyszałem podniesiony ton właściciela w jego rozmowie z pracownikiem, który był pośrednikiem sytuacji i sugestię, że możemy sobie pójść. Lecieliśmy z Omanu i byliśmy po nieprzespanej nocy. Przykre.

The apartment had all equipement we needed and it was so clean . I recommand this stay for everyone! Nothing , it was all great

Christopher (1/5): Avoid. Scam of a place. - Literally, one of the worst hotel experiences. I’ve had traveling the world for years now. They didn’t have the room that I selected online. No elevator. WiFi cut out a few times. Owner wouldn’t help at all. I booked for one month and ended up leaving after just a few days losing all that money because it was really that bad of a day.

ZAIKINA (10/5): - Чисто, на кухне нам всего хватало. Чудесный балкончик, на котором можно посидеть вечером и до центральной улицы можно дойти минут за 5.
PABLO (1/5): - Buena ubicación si quieres moverte por el centro comercial y la zona de bares. Estamos muy decepcionados con el trato recibido y con las instalaciones que nos encontramos al llegar. Éramos un grupo de 3 personas que tenía pensado pasar un par de noches en la ciudad y no fue como pensábamos. Al llegar al apartamento, no se parecía en nada a las fotos colgadas: la cocina estaba encajada en 2 metros cuadrados de una manera muy particular, sin terraza, sin salida directa al exterior (rejas en la parte superior del trozo de "suelo" que daba la ventana) ya que era un subterráneo, las cosas del baño se caían (colgador del papel higiénico, la propia pica).... Menos mal que teníamos planeado estar en el apartamento solo para dormir, y para eso sí que hacía la función, pero debido a las condiciones de limpieza de la cocina y la dudosa higiene decidimos no cocinar. El trato con el anfitrión dejó mucho que desear, nos justificó que colgó una habitación a la venta cuando estaba lleno, y solo pudieron acondicionar aquel rincón del edificio para hospedarnos, aunque al menos nos ayudó con el check-in y las contraseñas. Si estás leyendo esto, no recomiendo que te alojes aquí, sí que es cierto que está (más o menos) en el centro de la zona nocturna y comercial, pero creo que hay alternativas al mismo precio e incluso a un precio menor que merecen más la pena. Espero haberte ayudado.
Despoina (8/5): - Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή. Πολύ κοντά στην Ταξίμ και στην κεντρική αγορά. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να μας εξυπηρετήσει. Το δωμάτιο μέτριο αλλά οικονομικό. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε!

Nina Grunen (9/5): - I liked this hotel. Clean, great location, lots of shops and cafes were around but it didn't cause any noise during the night. Only some cars and happy people passing by the hotel, but with earplugs it didn't seem a problem. Bed was very comfortable and room was well equipped for a few days staying. A kettle, a fridge and even a microwave, also a stove, stuff for cooking. Please fix the light in the room 1, it's flashing after a few minutes of working and lubricate the door hinges of the bathroom door — it squeaks very loudly, I guess it could be heard in other rooms. Thank you!
Stefan (1/5): - Nothing, this was one of the worst booking experiences I had. Worst experience ever. I booked more than a week ahead and discussed the arrival time at 21:30 (they mentioned that only 21:00 is doable), but then offered to check me in slightly late for a fee of 20€. We agreed on this. However, on the day of arrival, they tried to cancel my booking out of nowhere because of the arrival time. I talked to booking.com, however, they were not helpful at all. They told me, that when I arrive late I will neither get my money back nor will they check me in. Unbelievable!
