• Μαρία (8/5): - Καθαρό, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Ευγενέστατη η κυρία που μας εξυπηρέτησε κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Από τα δύο μπάνια, το ένα δεν λειτουργούσε, με αποτέλεσμα να εξυπηρετούμαστε από το άλλο. Βέβαια είχαμε ενημερωθεί κατά την άφιξη για το πρόβλημα αυτό κι ότι θα αποκατασταθεί. Επίσης, το σεσουάρ δεν μπορούσε να χρησιμοποιηθεί, καθώς η πρίζα ήταν αμερικανικού τύπου χωρίς αντάπτορα.

• Anna (7/5): Неплохо для одной ночи - Чистая постель и полотенца. В целом чисто в квартире. Удобно расположение. Лифт не работал, багаж пришлось нести вручную на второй этаж. В ванной комнате стояла лужа воды. В идеале было бы хорошо увидеть пару бутылок питьевой воды на кухне, так как мы приехали ночью с детьми и покупать воду было затруднительно, а пить из крана невозможно - вода пахнет неприятно. Не слишком оперативно получали ответы на наши сообщения.
• Andrikos (9/5): The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to the Athens coastline — an exc - A bright, spacious, and extremely comfortable apartment just a short distance from the stunning Athens coastline — perfect for a relaxing stay. The locks on the balcony doors was broken, and we didn’t feel completely safe because of it. We recommend fixing it to improve security for future guests.

• David (5/5): This apartment is good value if you’re willing to overlook issues but could be outstanding with a little TLC - Apartment located in a quiet neighbourhood, approx 10 minutes away from marina/tramline albeit situated on a very steep hill; Spacious apartment with good design/level of finish, which is let down by general tired condition; Large balcony with distant sea view but lacking any useable table/chairs; Spacious 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities; Kitchen equipped with all necessary white goods, utensils, etc Very poor communications from host, no replies to several messages prior to accessing the property, which lead to having to make telephone contact; Lift out of service during stay (previous feedback from 2023 had similar experience), no lights working in communal hallways/stairs, apartment located on 2nd floor with marble spiral staircase so navigating it with suitcases/in darkness was hazardous; General poor condition, in need of tlc - multiple walls were marked/scrubby, light shade in sitting was missing, sofa marked/stained, kitchen worktop chipped, mosquito net in sitting-room had several rips; Family shower unsafe to use due to leaky boiler valve (r/h t piece) - electrical cable/socket underneath leak. Constant pooling of water on floor as a result of overflowing bucket set to catch the water. Message from host advising to switch off boiler’s RCD at consumer unit prior to taking a shower. If a guest forgot to switch off RCD this could have potential life threatening consequences. Needless to say that shower wasn’t used during our stay; Balcony has 2 hard plastic chairs and a small side table - useable table/chairs would make this space useable and pleasant space

• Alexandru (4/5): Comunicare proasta cu cei ce administrează apartamentul,nici o problemă nu a fost rezolvată până la plecare! - Locația a fost bună și apartamentul mare ,spațios Lumina pe scară nu a mers,liftul nu a funcționat,internet nu a fost,nu mi s-a răspuns la mesaje…iar terasa are un foarte mare potențial însă are doar 2 scaune super incomode de plastic ,nici o umbrelă sau altă sursă de protecție pentru soare,pe timpul zilei este imposibil să stai

• Linn_ (5/5): Bra läge med dåligt städat - Lägenheten är stor och det finns AC i varje rum. Ligger bra om man både vill ha strand och city Aten. Lägenheten behöver en rejäl storstädning. Var mögel på duschdraperiet. Var smutsiga golv. Drog man en blöt server blev den svart. Var fläckar över allt. Spegeln var full med stänk i badrummet. Handdukarna fanns det rester av smink.
• OLEKSANDR (9/5): - Хорошее расположение,близко к морю,близко к хорошим кафе и магазинам.Квартира хорошая,шикарный балкон с хорошим видом.Я,не привередливый. Мне ,всё понравилось. Отсутствие интернета,но все плюсы отдыха,Мне всё компенсировали.Всё понравилось.

• Michael (9/5): Superb - Everything was well organised. Apartment was pristine clean and well-appointted in equipment and furniture. Close to Athens tram system which is excellent and cheap, as well as the X96 bus to and from the airport. €5.50 fare, whereas taxi is over €60. Elevator in building very useful. Not a dislike but the slats that hold mattress could be more robust and held implace better.....they move and slip out of position. Easily sorted. Excellent apartment.

• Denys (9/5): I definitely recommend a stay. Close to the beach and all amenities. - The host is friendly and responsive. She went extra mile and fulfilled a few of my requests. Somebody said they didn't find a sea view ... not trying to offend, but you should be blind not to see it ) I definitely recommend a stay!
