- Adam (10/5): - The location was beautiful! Extremely peaceful, open the windows and all you can hear is birdsong. The property itself is stunning. My room was exceptional! Not applicable!!!
- Kyle (10/5): Wonderful venue, wonderful hospitality, a wonderful stay - Accomodation is in beautiful surroundings, property is beautiful. Staff were excellent, when asked for an iron, offered to press a shirt for me - great hospitality Everything was perfect
- Martin (10/5): - It's the best place ever. Too soft matrass.
- Jackie (8/5): Stunning house & gardens - Beautiful house with the most amazing Wisteria. Lovely secluded gardens. Very tastefully decorated house. Nice room, great shower. I didn't see any staff apart from when i arrived & shown my room.. (this suits me!)
The bed was comfortable. The only negative was that i found my room too warm & the windows did not open. I found a fan in the wardrobe so this did help.

- Kim (10/5): Breath taking views and building - Breath taking views. Amazing spacious room. Really tranquil. Would highly recommend. We live locally but it was like being on holiday. Incredible 18th century beautiful building, with lovely friendly and helpful staff and owner. Thank you for a wonderful visit.
- Kitty (7/5): Great place pretty location - Beautiful setting, nice decor, great staff. Entering and exiting property requires calling to open the gate which is difficult for taxis

- Laila Teresa Contessa (10/5): EXCELLENT HIDE-AWAY - Beautiful, quiet, elegant, gorgeous surroundings, quiet! 0
- Fabiha (10/5): A peaceful, fairytale escape with Bridgerton vibes and a touch of luxury. - Lovely place for a peaceful retreat, I felt very safe throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. We stayed in the Heritage Suite (King Suite) which was very spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable and clean.
The hot tub was a highlight, although it could have been slightly hotter. The property itself is stunning, the Regency-era mansion gives strong Bridgerton vibes and feels very serene. The lake and horses add such a magical, fairytale touch.
The gardens are absolutely beautiful, with a wide variety of flowers and plenty of space to explore. It’s perfect for relaxing walks, especially in the evening.
I would definitely recommend opting for breakfast. Letting them know dietary requirements in advance was really helpful, and they were very accommodating.
I would happily return again, especially in the summer! The hot tub temperature could have been slightly hotter, but overall it still worked well and didn’t take away from the experience.
- Mark (10/5): - The room was amazing decor fantastic staff very friendly.

- JOHANNES (9/5): - A bit difficult to figure out how to get into the gate extra bigger sign would help. Charming room and check in experiance
- J.K. (10/5): Excellent. - I have stayed at Denham Mount multiple times now and it still delivers 100% every single time. Location, Setting, Staff, Rooms and i am still to fully be able to make the most of the property and it's facilities yet. I don't highly recommend it, i am finding a way to set up an event here soon. Nothing not to like here.
- Khalid (10/5): Welcoming - The staff and property features N-a
- Paul Moffatt (8/5): - A beautiful house, lovely clean and freshly decorated room and en suite, and a friendly welcome. Quiet location, and despite being close to the motorway, complete silence in the room

- Safi (9/5): - Lovely house and rooms so clean and homely ! Staff are also super friendly and helpful
- Nehal (10/5): - Peaceful surroundings, great view from the room and rooms were spacious and pretty.

- Shaun (9/5): Excellent stay - Everything Nothing by
- David (10/5): - It was a beautiful setting and felt like a home away from home. Parking can be a problem but we managed to sort it out
- Michael (1/5): Terrible, we were offered a full refund that never materialised - The breakfast was terrible , the dining room was scruffy, the room infested with ladybirds and a window was missing Everything
- EVA (10/5): - IT WAS VERY WELCOMING AND WARM. LOVELY SETTING AND VERY QUIET. NOTHING WE FELT NEEDED IMPROVING
- SERDAR (6/5): -
- Fiona (9/5): Will try to get there sooner and enjoy the facilities. - Beautiful surroundings. Lovely house. Nothing
- Dale (3/5): Very poor value for money, no staff available to discuss our dissatisfaction. We have received better service at Premier - Initial impressions were it was clean and well laid out. The room was tidy and spacious, the bed very comfortable, and lovely to have decent sized towels. The setting was lovely, the spacious grounds were very well presented. On closer inspection it was obviously a half finished project. Paint missing on walls, poorly fitted (loose) taps on bathroom sink, no hot water through the shower. Poorly fitted curtains, pulled too tight so didn’t fit the window properly, i.e. left a gap in the middle when closed.
The drinks making facilities in the room were sadly lacking, and not replenished during our stay.
No staff present when we arrived at the agreed time, no staff present in the morning when we wanted breakfast, to be told it should have been pre-booked, how could we pre-book when there was no staff there when we arrived the night before? Following a phone call, staff arrived and prepared us breakfast, but we got what they wanted us to have, we weren’t asked, or offered any choice.
Only one cup of coffee provided, with no offer of a refill. It actually made us feel rather uncomfortable.
- Phil (10/5): -
- richard (9/5): very good - very very nice old country house all lovely, rooms beds grounds all excellent. a tough place to find , there is a very narrow lane leading down to the place and if you were to meet another vehicle coming in the opposite direction problems indeed.
- Fiona (9/5): I have now booked my third visit in six weeks! - Plenty of room. You were made to feel as if it was your home. Couldn’t find anyone to say goodbye to.
- allan (3/5): Not worth it. - nothing Not worth it
There are better places to stay in the English countryside and you’ll get better service in a basic B&B.
Worst reception ever. In fact, no reception at all. The place had no staff when I arrived - could have been the beginning of a horror movie arriving at some sort of ghostly accommodation. No staff also meant no option to have some breakfast. The following day the manager apologised and said the staff had left without notice and that it was hard to find employees because it is hard to get to the hotel. It certainly isn’t easy to get to and it is on a rocky road — an Uber driver got annoyed when his car got hit underneath. The room was nothing special and when I came back from work past 17.30h the room hadn’t been done yet. I then got some water and biscuits that weren’t there on arrival and an apology. Afterwards the room was done, I also had to ask for toilet paper since there was just enough on arrival. To get in and out of the property you need to call a number to open the gates automatically which requires some clarification with delivery and Uber drivers. And if you need to use the back gate to walk to the pub, you then need to call the manager’s mobile. Overall it wasn’t a great experience.

- Adam Langley (8/5): - Large room and bathroom great shower welcoming host Nothing
- Paul (9/5): -
- Alan (10/5): Great place - It was a great place to stop. Large room and bathroom It was all good
- Michel (10/5): Lovely house and splendid staff thank you. - Beautiful peaceful all we could wish for Nothing.
- Matthew (10/5): Genuine hidden gem 10/10 - Staff were amazing, a genuine hidden Gem The entry with a tight 1min drive through a country lane was a bit daunting for a city boy like me. But once you get inside the automated gates, it’s a wonderland.
- David (9/5): Great spot, Good Value. - Great location and good value for money. Lovely setting. The weather wasn't great so didn't have a chance to look at the grounds
- Scott (10/5): -
- GARETH (6/5): -
- William (8/5): -
- Chi (10/5): -
- Oliver (7/5): Great value for what you get. Not overpriced regards the setting and condition. - The setting of the hotel is stunning Needs a bit of a refresh of the paint - cracked and peeling in the rooms.
- martin (10/5): -
- Kate Standen (8/5): Great place in beautiful grounds and a very convenient location. - Quirky property with lovely grounds which were a pleasure to walk in. We enjoyed spotting all the annimal statues and exploring the hidden corners of the grounds with the hidden follies. It would be great place to take photos.
We had two very comfortable rooms which were very well appointed. Our bathroom could have benefitted from better lighting (top floor bedroom on right).
We opted for the light breakfast as we were short of time. It was a bit lacklustre. Orange juise tasted like orange squash or Sunny D. The 'toast' was barely warmed white sliced bread.
It would have been good to know in advance how to access the property and exit through the electric gates, especially if arriving in the dark.
- Yasir (5/5): Badly maintained and badly serviced property - Breakfast was awful and staff were not trained to do their job. Smelly bathroom due to blocked sewage drains and un-serviced bathroom tabs. Smelly kitchen equipment, glasses etc..
- Adam (5/5): - Very little Very odd place. They didn't seem to be aware that we were coming. Quite the strangest place we have ever stayed by some distance.
Not really a hotel - no reception, no breakfast, staff completely unaware almost zombie like confusion
- Anthony (10/5): Home from home - Great location for my needs. Fascinating building. Warm and comfortable bedroom. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Everything was fine
- Jon (8/5): Was a pleasure - Very pretty location Nothing was lovely
- John (10/5): a relaxing stop over in a fabulous location - Another visit to what is becoming a second home. As always everything was perfect. The location so close to Heathrow and the M25 is really convenient. The view of the lake from the room was a great start to the day. Every thing was great
- lee (10/5): -
- Rhoda (9/5): A delightful stay - A beautiful location and a gorgeous bedroom. Great staff who were friendly and helpful. Would stay again at this lovely property.
- jill (10/5): Beautiful house - Beautiful house with lovely grounds.
We stayed in the lakeview room, large comfortable bed with very spacious bathroom.
Fantastic views.
Highly reccomend.
Private parking on site.
- bala (9/5): - Excellent location and a comfy stay!
- brouwer (8/5): Heel goed - Prima verblijf, op hele mooie locatie,
Authentieke gebouwen en dito sfeer
- Chi (10/5): - I have stayed here twice and love it so much that I know that I will come again and again. The grounds are beautiful and so peaceful, tucked away from such a busy city. It is like a home away from home. Alix and Seth, who manage the property, are absolutely delightful and the most kindest people ever. They made me feel so welcomed and as I was by myself, I had plenty of wonderful conversations with them. They are great company and work so hard to maintain a wonderful stay and to keep the manor running. During my stays, I was doing exams so they made sure I was stress free and gave me advice. I adore them so much and can see how much effort they put into their work.
The bed and room are spacious and so comfortable. When you walk into the room, it immediately smells lovely. The living room and conservatory are great rooms to relax or work, which is what I did. I could not have asked for a more clean or beautiful place to decompress and work. I also enjoyed the hot tub during the nights and it was perfect! I can't recommend Denham Mount or ALix and Seth enough.
- Scott (8/5): -
- Kelly (9/5): Superb -
- Katrina (10/5): Exceptional - The home, room, and gardens were exceptional! Breakfast was not great.
- Bryony (7/5): Good - Beautiful surroundings, massive bedroom, overall a pleasant stay! Pretty run down, the toilet wasn't attached to the wall or it was half off, everywhere looks like it needs a lot of tlc. The mattress wasn't comfortable and there was an ant situation but eventually got sorted as we sprayed it with cleaning solutions to deter them.
- Martin (7/5): Friendly stay in what is a nice place but … - Its location, the nice spacious rooms Sadly it’s not being maintained, as a result it’s hanging on and needs attention. It’s still ok but …
- Andy (9/5): Superb -
- Jackie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alex (8/5): Very good - Amazing space. Lots of room. Like visiting an aging grandparents country home Bit tired and in need if tlc.
- Ali (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eric (10/5): Peaceful, comfortable location. An oasis not far from Heathrow - Very peaceful setting. The grounds and the house are well kept. My room was very comfortable and quiet. I used an Uber to get to and from the property. It worked fine but just be advised there is a gate you have to open with a provided phone number. When I left I met the uber driver on the other side of the gate.
- David (9/5): Great value and easy to get to Heathrow for an early drop off - Clean and spacious Nothing bad
- Susan (6/5): Pleasant -
- Alex (9/5): Superb - Nice place, spacious, clean and comfortable. Remember to bring your own drinks and snacks flr the evening.
- Guy (9/5): Beautiful and unique! - The homes, the grounds and the location were amazing and well beyond expectations. Staff were friendly and helpful. Some of the furnishings in public areas are a bit tired.
- Jill (9/5): Fantastic stay9 - Lovely large room, comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom.
Beautiful views across the grounds towards the lake.
Stayed in the lakeside view room.
The house is beautiful and kept exceptionally clean.
- Robert (8/5): Beautiful rooms, large property, close to airport, downtown and castle. - Love, love, love the room! Large, coffee and water provided. Water pressure was great. Love that you can use the whole property- was a beautiful walk through the gardens. You can even use the kitchen. The two sitting rooms were quite comfortable and looked out over the property. If you want a glass of wine, you need to bring your own. Loved sitting out back in the evening with a glass of wine. Hot tub available too! Just too hot to use. The grounds could’ve been better maintained. Our room was on the top floor and was scorching hot. Unfortunately we were there during a heat wave. A few good working fans would have helped tremendously. The bugs were a bit overwhelming since we had to open the windows. The owner wrote back to me right away and apologized and said they will work on these issues.
- Gerard (6/5): Pleasant - Location Dated, clean but not spotless.
- Alice (8/5): Very good - The room was nice The shower water was cold.
Bit difficult to find as wasn’t clear that the hotel was through the gates
- Safi (9/5): Superb - Beautiful old building. 2 rooms downstairs for guests to enjoy and then the rooms are beautiful decorated with new carpets. All rooms are really clean and spacious. Room was very hot - it was hot outside but rooms retained heat and not all the windows opened
- Nuno (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sharon (7/5): Good - Quiet and peaceful lovely gardens Isolated, difficult to get to. Had to cross big roads at busy times
- Mesteru (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (10/5): Good - Good
- Aaron (10/5): Exceptional -
