• GEftimova (7/5): - Стаята беше чиста, леглата удобни, банята нова. Трудна комуникация със собственика. Няколко пъти информирах кога ще пристигнем, включително и като кацнахме, че тръгваме към апартамента. Отговор не получих. Като отидохме звъняхме и вдигна от втория път след доста дълго изчакване. Накрая ни каза, че идва след 25-30 минути може би. Изчакахме повече от това. Всичко това се случва в 22 вечерта.

• Carolina (7/5): A mejorar la comunicación - La ubicación. Y la habitación y baño estaban bien. La comunicación con el propietario. No contesta. Quisimos ver la posibilidad de dejar las mochilas al hacer el check-out y ni nos respondió.

• Aldren (7/5): - Room size and amenities were OK. I had to call the staff when I arrived at accommodation to ask for key access, passwords etc. I had also to ask later about WiFi password more than one time to receive an answer. Staff wasn’t really responsive. A 7 score is fair .

• Razvan (10/5): Foarte multumit! Recomand! Revenim cu drag! - A fost un sejur foarte plăcut! Zilnic s-a facut curățenie, iar camera este foarte primitoare. Este situată la 5 minute de stația de metrou, 10 minute de gara Termini sau Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore. Vasul de toaletă este foarte zgomotos când tragi apa.

• Monica (10/5): Muy buena Roma es fantástica !!! - Muy bien ubicada !! Barrio tranquilo cerca de todo ! El metro te lleva a todos lados y la parada en plaza Victorio Emanuele a mano. Muchos lugares para comer y bb . En definitiva perfecta la ubicación y el barrio.

• silvia (10/5): Il soggiorno è stato perfetto e divertente. - La colazione l’abbiamo fatta fuori al bar per esigenze personali di alimentazione, in camera c’era solo la possibilità di un caffè che noi non beviamo. La posizione era molto strategica. Sinceramente è stato tutto molto soddisfacente. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la caldaia che è stato subito risolto. Nel bagno la doccia aveva un problema il porta doccia non stava fermo e abbiamo dovuto lavarci tenendolo perché non restava appeso nel suo appoggia doccino

• Josh (6/5): Decent for what you pay, but I would not stay here again. - We liked the fact that the room was clean and was also cleaned everyday. The coffee which they provided was also good. The shower head was broken and could not remain upright on its own. The water was also not hot most of the time, but Luke warm. We struggled with the communication upon check in as well as the host not being responsive to our messages.

Les escribí por Booking, por correo, por whatsapp y finalmente me respondió el de la limpieza - muy amable - pero no le corresponde.

• Tatevik (7/5): - Had to wait to the “manager” at street with luggages for almost 20 minutes, though we warned about our arrival time. The hot water for the shower was not hot at all, it was almost cold, which made it impossible to take a shower, also the shower cabin was very small.

Tuttavia, la camera, considerati i prezzi richiesti, dovrebbe essere curata con maggiore attenzione nei dettagli. L’ambiente nel complesso è carino, ma la pulizia può essere migliorata e in bagno alcuni elementi risultano rotti o da sostituire. Nel 2025, bastano pochi interventi per dare un aspetto più curato e accogliente: un piccolo investimento che si ripagherebbe facilmente con recensioni migliori e più prenotazioni.

• Judith (9/5): - Habitación limpia. Tenía cafetera y una muy buena nevera ya que enfriaba mucho. Nos dejaron de bienvenida café y dos botellas de agua. Buena comunicación con el transporte público. La verdad que muy recomendable.

The rooms have their own bathroom and the kitchen was very nice too! The interior design is a bit old fashioned but it has its own vibes!

• Alejandra (8/5): Very good - The room was spacious enough, clean and well-kept. They changed my bed sheets and towels, not everyday but it isn't necessary in my opinion. It had some shower gel which was nice and the communication with the manager was excellent. The lift was a bit small, but understandable in an old building.
