Tiago was the perfect host and made - The property was spacious, clean, quiet and in a truly perfect location right by the beach and the marina. It was also in walking distance of all the restaurants and shops.

Tiago is the owner and super helpful in providing details about beat places to eat and visit. The small terrace is very nice and romantic. The kitchen could be better equipped and things more accesible.

• Anne (7/5): A good apartment that would benefit from more attention to detail. - We very much appreciated our host being so helpful by guiding us to the apartment. We liked the central location, the coffee pods and the pretty terrace with side marina views. Soft furnishings looked as though they had been through a busy season. Poor lighting in sitting room made reading difficult. Bathroom light broken. Hand mirror, broken. Plastic strip at bottom of glass door for bath/shower quite grimy with limescale as was the join between bath and floor. Towels a little thin but adequate. Some chipped mugs in kitchen needed replacing.

Geen terras om 's avonds een biek te lezen In de jachthaven ook geen mogelijkheid om gewoon te zitten en te genieten na een dag wandelen zonder dat je weer een bar of cafe of restaurant in moet.

This is the apartment I booked yet on arrival was told it was an “ upgrade” . Not enough bedlinen for 2 adults for 9 nights. No cloths to enable the kitchen surfaces to be cleaned, no washing up liquid, no trays and only one bin liner. Very poor and not what I expect in Sotogrande.

Big apartment, beautiful large balcony, biggest bed I’ve ever seen and so comfortable. Great location for beach, shops, and restaurants Nothing really. It had a big ceiling fan in the lounge and bedroom which was great and large patio doors in both rooms which helped keep you cool.. Possibly air con in the height of summer might be good though we found it a lot better than air con.

• Burns (5/5): Short stay in this apartment !!! - We went to visit family who live in Soto & were greeted by a young man who took us to the apartment left the key & told us nothing else There was meant to be WiFi but we weren't told how to access it if it existed The house keeping was poor.. the decoration needed renewing It was dirty with dust everywhere The utensils provided were dirty & the cooking facilities were very poor We were only there a short while!!

That made all the difference in our stay in Sotogrande. The restaurant tips were excelent. Excellent location. Wonderful balcony and sea view We only stayed one night and it would have been better if we had stayed a few more days. Even the weather was perfect.
